I was assigned Argun Nair - an attorney that I felt was under qualified to handle my case. On the occasion that I did speak with him, I had to constantly remind him of the details of the case, several big issues that he'd forgotten over the duration of a year. This led me to believe that he was overworked and never placed in the time that needed to be placed in order to ensure a fair claim. The case dragged out for a year, as he insisted that I continue to receive medical services after the documents highlighted that this would continue to be an ongoing issue and surgery could be an option. What does he do? Continue to give the same advice and same updates, monthly - sometimes bi monthly, after we'd already discussed options and how we'd move forward. I became so frustrated with his antics and confusion, that I became short and told him to accept any offer they gave. I was done. I received a small payout - after he received $5k. I would NEVER recommend them. I will NEVER work with them if I'm in the position again. Strong Arm, huh, forgetful and will not fight for larger amounts, only seeking to get their payout.

Worst lawyers ever. Took my elderly mother in complete circles. Did not help what so ever. My mother got into two accidents within a week, neither her fault, so you would think an auto accident lawyer would know what their doing but no. Her "lawyer" gave her a complete run around. My mom would call and no lawyer around. My mother asked questions and we never got anything good from him . Took this lawyer a year before he gave us any response and the best he did was raise My moms car insurance and including her medical Bill's, (which by the way after a couple visits to the doctors the lawyer told my mom she could no longer go to the doctors even though my mother was still in alot of pain)then including his share..3000. Which didnt seem right at all. So my mom told him our concern and he completely dropped us after a year and a half. Horrible man and had no respect for the elderly or his clients. If I could give no stars I would.

It took me a while to think about making a review but hopefully management will actually read suggestions and concerns. I found my experience with this firm to be mediocre. I found my attorney's attention to be more focused on how much my medical treatment facility would get in the end when we know they overcharge often for their services, then me who suffered the hit by another car. My settlement was resolved in a take it or leave it manner after 2 years of going back and forth with insurance company. I don't even drive hardly anymore. I often found I did most of the work via uploading pertinent paperwork, etc in the beginning before getting case transferred to another attorney because my first attorney either left or got fired. Again, I am not writing to say pointless things about this firm but to bring attention to how clients are treated. Not everyone is filing a claim and rushing to settle for quick money. Most are real people who were lucky their accident left them alive, but suffering physical issues and or loss of a vehicle they need to use to support themselves. I would like to note that some of my concerns if any were addressed with my second attorney and his assistant, but at times I felt by his actions, he underestimated my comprehension of the process and case and became lacking in consideration of my future well being and loss during my settlement outcome. I was in a car accident on August 13 2019, I signed with John Foy & Associates on August 23, 2019 as my legal representation, and we settled my case in June 2020.
I truly appreciate the dedication my lawyer had with my case. Though there was little communication for a few months between my completion of physical therapy and the offering of settlements from the at fault insurance company (I prefer communication, whether or not there is a significant update; I d rate them a 3.5 on communication), my lawyer was very transparent with the process when I asked. I felt confident in her ability to get what I deserved from the at fault insurance company, and she did!
I hope I don t have to reach out to my lawyer or John Foy & Associates in the future (ya know, meaning I will not be injured again), but I know that I d request the very same lawyer, and would refer her to anyone that asks!
