I switched to this firm after dealing with an incompetent lawyer, and I immediately saw the difference in representation. Lynda Parks was assigned to my case, and she has been incredible. She took the time to get to know me, and understand exactly how this accident impacted my life, and her interest was genuine. She made sure I fully understood every step we took, and valued my opinion at all times. My questions were always answered, calls, and emails were responded to in a timely manner. Lynda is super professional, but I can tell she takes a personal interest in her clients, because after all, we are people, and not just a case number or a check. I pray I'm never in another car accident, but if I ever am, Lynda is the only person I want to represent me. The world could definitely use more lawyers like her
