A BIG joke. Have to keep calling for updates; nobody returns calls. Always a different person handling your case. Went to court, the person who showed up was brand new; knew nothing about me or my case . AND she showed up late, had to ask for time to browse files. Very unprofessional. They only care about the money they will receive for doing absolutely nothing!
