Where do I begin? In June I got a call saying that I should hear something back in thirty days. Here it is November and I got a call back after I emailed checking on the status of my case. I spoke with Kim Lamb several times and every time Kim was very professional and helpful. The actual attorney, Janelle, I spoke with twice since my accident in February 2019. The first time she called it was about something Kim had already told me and the second was when she indirectly told me she dropped me as a client. She called and said the other party doesn t want to go through with the settlement. I asked her several times what happens next and she repeatedly said idk. Of course I m in panic mode because I was told to visit all the doctors and now these bills may possibly be on me and the only answer I m getting is idk. I called a second time to make sure I heard correctly and that s when Janelle snapped and firmly told me idk it s not in my control and to call another lawyer. I understand she wasn t able to help but her delivery was uncalled for. I was told by one of the medical providers that I had officially been dropped. Now I have a $7k bill and haven t heard back from the other doctor with their balance.
