When I first started my case I had a lot of faith ...

When I first started my case I had a lot of faith in John Foy and Associates but now I am not so sure. My lawyer Kim tells me she is going to check in with me and she doesn't. I have to send multiple emails and I still don't get a response until a week later. When I do get a response from Kim her response is as if I am bothering her. I really feel that as a client I should know what is going on with my case and as of now I don't know anything. Plus its been 60 days since my demand letter was sent off and I still don't know anything that's going on.

Revise- I have spoken to my attorney and Kim is doing everything to help me at this point. At first there were a little communication issues but I have since spoken to her and anytime I contact her she returns my calls and emails right away. I now have faith that she has me and my case best interest at heart.
