The customer service is incredible! I purchased my car in August 2015 and Zane and Jamal frequently check on me to make sure that I am still enjoying my car and to just keep in touch. I would recommend that everyone buys a Honda from this dealership, you can't go wrong. They help you in every way and makes sure you never regret your purchase!

This past Saturday I was blessed to have received the most incredible service at John Eagle Honda of Houston. We were greeted right away from our Salesman, Shawn Allan, who turned out to be nothing short of great. He took into consideration everything I was looking for in a car, and he found me the perfect fit. He never hesitated to hear my needs, he didn t get frustrated and he stayed patient throughout the process. When it was time to move into financing, we were then greeted my Manny Gil, who was our business/ fianance manager. He was very professional and answered any questions we had. We explained our dissatisfaction that we had experienced at Honda of Spring just the week prior, and he made sure that we didn t get that same service at John Eagle. Overall, I m truly happy. I ll definitely suggest John Eagle to friends and family, and I m more than sure that I ll be returning back in the future.

Came in to check out the new Accord and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I was given. Jamal was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I've had my fair share of bad experiences with car salesmen and I will definitely be returning to do business with Jamal in the future.

I have been going here for about 3 years and today they tried to screw me. I needed my starter replaced and they told me the price would be $995.00. Why wouldn't they give us the lowest possible price initially? I questioned the Service Tech Adam he said the part was $540. Then said he could do $900.00 for total price. a Unless, it has real diamonds on it i don't see how it would be that high. To Add that means over $400 for labor for a 30 min job. Yes a 30 min job. I went with Cypress mobile mechanics who charged me $200 with a lifetime warranty on the part. Im am so upset with Honda. I will never go back or buy another Honda again.

Got a good deal on a 2016 HRV. There were some complications with the paperwork but Ali and Lydia and a few others helped fix everything for me without any complaints and as fast as humanly possible. Very good customer service.

But Dealer finance people are terrible. I had score of 780. When I went for dealer finance. they sent my score to the 8 Banks.

It reduced my score from 780 to 719.

After excellent Credit score. They forced me to buy the Car Warrenty which was technically not needed.

Overall I had wonderful experience. But finance could have made very wonderful.

I would defiantly not recommend this dealership if you like customer service and or fast service. The sales guy was good but no manager ever came to introduce themselves or see what type of experience I was having. Finally I asked my sales guy twice to speak to a manager and it was like asking the biggest favor. I had to wait over an hour and a half for finance and everything has just been so dang slow and horrible customer service.

Nothing will ever compare to the experiences I have had with the John Eagle family of dealerships. John Eagle Honda in Houston is no exception. As we all know, Honda's sell themselves so this is solely on their impeccable customer service. I was treated so well. Nick, the new car sales director is outstanding. Evans Alomepe is professional without losing a warm and hospitable presence. Daniel Richardson in the finance department was very fair and easy to work with. I probably won't be in the market for a new car any time soon since I purchases a brand new one and Honda's last forever but I will be sending anyone I know their way. I highly recommend them for your car buying needs.

Went to John Eagle with full intent to buy a 2017 Civic Si. Overpriced dealer add ons that I didn't want or need would not budge on the price either on a used 2017 with low mileage. Moved me to a new 2018 model then wouldn't budge on the price on it. Went to Honda Cars of Katy got a fantastic deal on a 2018 Si with 2 miles on it with all dealer add ons reduced to zero except for an agreed on oil change service agreement. Came out lower than the price I asked for at John Eagle that they swore they couldn't get to. Looking to buy one more car a 2018 Honda Accord wouldn't go to John Eagle if they paid me don't like dealing with liars and cheats. One round at Honda Cars of Katy they made and offer I countered that was it. I just recently bought a 2018 Honda CRV EX. I was dreading it because I don't like pressure salesman and have had many bad experiences buying a car. Abel Sixtos, our sales person, made me feel at ease, explained everything to me. Any questions I had or anything missing from the car, he had replaced immediately. So far I am very pleased with the car. Everyone at John Eagle Honda was very very nice and I highly recommend them, especially the sales person, Abel Sixtos.

I am very happy with John Eagle's Sevice/Parts department, namely Allyne McBride. Here is what happened: It was raining cats and dogs on Thursday August 20th of this year. My husband and I noticed a sizeable water spot on the interior roof, on the passenger's side of our 2014 CRV. As the day progressed the water spot got a bit bigger and it started dripping in the interior. We decided to take our car back to the dealership (Spring Branch Honda) where we purchased the vehicle. We were met by a service representative, and we proceeded to tell her of our predicament , and show her the interior water damage. We asked what we should do, and she mentioned that the soonest they could attend to the problem was Thursday August 27th. We asked if we could obtain a loaner car, and she said "We don't have loaner cars." We understand, there are hectic days, and people can have busier weeks than others, but this service representative was totally disinterested in helping us. She didn't even bother to ask us if Thursday was okay, or if she should write us down for that appointment. No questions. We drove off with our dripping car. A few minutes later we called Spring Branch Again. This time someone else answered. They had a Tuesday 9 a.m. appointment open. Okay a little better. He asked if that was okay. What else could we do? We finished our errands for the day, and as we were heading home down 290 and Eldridge, my husband and I started talking. If our leaking roof is a factory mistake then any Honda could fix it. We stopped by John Eagle Honda, and husband went in, and in a few seconds he was out with Allyne McBride and his Manager. Allyne inspected the damage immediately, and the first words out of his mouth were: "I can't let you leave with this car." Allyne also brought up something we had not thought of; the location of the leak was directly above the passanger side curtain airbag. In the case that the airbag was damaged because of the leak, we could be driving in potentially unsafe conditions. Allyne said, "You see that loaner car over there? You're taking that one." Allyne lent us a 2015 Honda Civic. In a matter of 30 minutes we were out of there (and the appointment with Sping Branch cancelled). The next day (Friday) Allyne told us that a bad seal near the windshield was the cause of the leak and that it should be fixed early the following week. Allyne called Monday and he said our car would be ready Tuesday. On Tuesday August 25th (on the earliest day Spring Branch Honda could get us in) our CRV was fixed. Allyne made sure a new headliner, and a new windshield with the appropriate seal, was replaced. Thank you Allyne McBride for your kindness, constant attention and follow-ups! Thank you John Eagle Honda! Keep up the Great work!

Friendly and helpful. Service department was very professional and explained everything thoroughly.
I have to add a special note about the cashier, who's name I didn't get, but you'll know her by her brilliant smile and bright eyes.
I was having a bad day and was a bit curt, she noticed and instead of returning my negative energy, she engaged me with good humor and that really improved my entire day.
So an overall positive experience with a little extra. Highly appreciated and recommended.

Do not buy from this shady dealer. They claim to be the lowest priced in the market, but are not willing to match drive out prices from other dealerships.

Instead they like to give you a low price then tack on over a grand in accessories most buyers don't need or want. They add these highly inflated accessories to the car so that you are forced to pay for them.

I'd stay away from this dealership.They are very nice and polite when they want to sell you a car, but as soon as you call them out on their sketchy sales tactics they get defensive and rude.

Stopped by last Saturday, 2/15 for get my car serviced and tires rotated. The service person, Jose Santiago, was incredibly awesome. He came by to let me know that they had tested my battery and it was low. He recommended that I get a new one. Told him, I had purchased a battery last January. He looked up my information and I was extremely happy to find out that my battery could be replaced due to a 3 year warranty. I asked why my battery had gone bad if I had replaced it a little over a year, about 13 months to be exact. He said due to the variable weather conditions in Houston. Nonetheless, I was very happy with the service I received from John Eagle Honda and the extra care Jose took to explain to me about my vehicle. Thank you.

Heath Dixon, Sales Consultant helped with my 2016 CR-V and he was excellent to work with - very customer focused - answered my questions - was very clear and concise on going through and explaining not only the sale details but also how to work the various upgrades from the 2013 CR-V that I traded in.
I am in Sales and Customer Relationships and how you treat customers is key and Heath and the John Eagle team exhibit that - very pleased and I recommend John Eagle to anyone looking at a new or used vehicle.

We had a great salesman (Jason) who helped on finding the best deal on their used Honda CRV. He kept in contact with me on the prices and what was available. Jason kept informing us on the real cost with TTL & TAX that we could afford or not. Only one problem that came up (only had one key for the vehicle we just bought) that was resolved by the manager and we were happy. Jason wasn't pushy in the sales and informative. I will go back if or when we need another vehicle and direct family and friends to.
Also had the guy in the service section (Lewis) assist in getting my second key program and fix the problem with a missing parking brake pad that I found out later. The service was done quickly and in a friendly matter. I feel good on the service, that I will be going there for service on my new 2016 CRV. PS.. they even wash my car before I received it back.

Service Technicians Lack of Knowledge on State Inspection Standards and Customer Service Skills

We brought our car to this dealership for state inspection, they wouldn't do the inspection, stated that our front windshield's tint wasn't meeting the state's standard.

Here is what I have found on TxDPS regarding sunscreen device, it was also confirmed by another dealership nearby. Ours is clearly above the AS-1 line, and their service technician (I believe his name is Mike Ma) still tried to argue with us and wouldn't even read what I was trying to show from my phone.

Please train your service technicians with the updated State issued standards, better customer service skills and stop wasting customer's time.

Window Tint Standards can be found in the Texas Administrative Code, Title 37, Part 1, Rule 21.3.
(c) (2) Windshields. No after-market sunscreening devices shall be installed, affixed, or applied to a vehicle windshield below the AS-1 line, or five inches from the top of the windshield if the AS-1 line annotation is not present.

I can't say enough good things about my car buying experience. This was actually the 3rd consecutive automobile that I've purchased from John Eagle Honda. I started by searching their website and "chatting" with Trang Nguyen. She was extremely helpful and located the exact vehicle that I was interested in. When I arrived at the dealership, Trang met me to say hello and then I continued the process with C.K. Ede. He has helped me on my previous two occasions. Great guy and very easy to work with in the purchasing process. A few minutes later I was working with Steve in Finance and then on my way. I couldn't be happier.

Did not really have a good experience here. Car was not in excellent condition for the price and they lowballed my trade and would not budge. I said ok so was ready to go and got hassled by the used car manager for way too long with my whole family there and tired and just wanted to go. Fast talking was not the right move at all for them and just made me more upset. Earlier had asked about swapping some tires off of other used car in better condition and had no interest in doing so. I ended up finding the right honda for the right price at a non Honda dealer. They have me fair trade when I pushed back on their original offer and even later put brand new Michelin tires on it for me. I don't expect to revisit John Eagle Honda...period.

First, I'd like to compliment you on the wonderful experience. I wanted to let you know about my test drive at Joe Meyers Toyota. It was so different than my experience at John Eagle Honda. Let me just say when spending a lot of hard earned cash, I follow dating rules, I believe in developing relationships with dealers in order to earn trust and enjoy my first car buying experience. You did a great job.

First, when I met you, you took notes on exactly I was looking for and were so respectful of my budget needs. You told me exactly what you had available in my price range, and really were receptive of my need to research. Especially since my husband is out of state, you were more interested in getting to know my needs rather than why I wasn't purchasing on the spot.

When we went out to look at a few models, you pointed out great features, what you thought I might like about it and told me what the price was, what the model differences were and gave me the keys to enjoy getting to know the car a little better. It was actually a lot of fun, very relaxed and I needed that because I had not sat in a single SUV yet. You approached the car research based on my family, my lifestyle and so on. Like pointing out that with dogs, having the rubber mat in the back would be great.

What an enormous difference I had from you! I wanted you to know all of this to compliment you on your kindness and your understanding. You even talked to me about financing, how your inventory changes, and that you also promised not to stalk me the second I walk out the door.

In comparison with the other dealership I visited on that day, my salesman was more knowledgable, more down to earth and fun to meet with. There was no pressure or questioning why I would want to research and test drive several models before making a decision. Its amazing how some dealers expect you to just drop in and spend $20k after meeting for the first time. I was so pleased with Brandon and John Eagle Honda and hope to continue working with him in the future.

Bought used car. part of the agreement on contract was the missing antenna would be replaced. days maybe weeks later got phone call antenna is here. Go there (45+ min drive) find out old antenna threaded area broken inside. They tell me come back later we fix it. Go there (45+ min drive) something happened, come back later. Go there (45+ min drive) they bring car back from service department, antenna doesn't look like it matches but on there. Month or two later find antenna loose as a goose, find out they drilled hole into area where old antenna broke, hole drilled too large, "rustable" (some type of wire that rusts with age) was inserted into hole so antenna stays. John Eagle, this is TRASH.

I recently purchased a Certified Honda Civic from JohnEagle and initially I was very hesitant as this would be my first time purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. I was helped by Internet salesman Micah Emenike who was very knowledgable about the vehicle and its functions, he was very helpful and informative. During the delivery of the vehicle I was helped by salesman Jamal Morrison, he is the best. He was sooo very helpful and patient. I did not know how to work anything in the vehicle including turning the radio off...lol. It was very close to closing time but he never got in a hurry or tried to rush, he made sure I understood how to properly operate everything in the vehicle. Jamal has even happily help me after the purchase complete when I returned to the dealership with a question. They really made the whole buying process much easier and enjoyable. The service I received was awesome. I would recommend JohnEagle to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and I would definitely refer both Jamal and Micah, they worked well together as a team with the goal of satisfying the customer.

I am changing my review from one star with a list of problems to five stars.
over the span of the last couple of weeks, I have been dealing with the service department of this dealership because of issues with my vehicle.
Now to start with I had some major problems with the staff because they told me twice that my car was fixed but each time it wasn't.
The second time I picked it up I didn't even bother calling them back because I really felt like it didn't matter by this time. I wrote a review on here that wasn't nice by any means; however, less than 24 hours of posting my review, the service manager contacted me.
Shawn Smith told me to go ahead and bring it back so he can thoroughly check it out. This man went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. He put me in a loner car first thing the next morning and my car was ready by the end of the same day.
As I picked it up, Shawn walked me out to my car and sat in it with me to make sure I was happy. I felt the difference right off.
He didn't have to contact me or even take on my car again, but he did and he made sure I left happy. I will gladly bring my car back to them for future services. Even thinking about checking out the car that I was given as a loner when I am ready to trade in.

We purchased our car from one of the salespeople, Trang Nguyen. The car was fine, the price reasonable. But Trang is a liar. Do not trust her. She just spits out fake policies and stories, and gets you to add on items to your purchase. From my own sales experience, I know these add-ons are where they really make their money, which is fine, but she would out and out lie. She told us the tire upgrade had a specific warranty but when we were discussing it with the accountant during the contract signing, he told us that information was false. When he called Trang in, she said, I said I THOUGHT so-and-so. There were a couple of other things, I honestly can t remember now, where the accountant read us the policy, and we had to say, But Trang said this and he had to call her in 3 times in total. All 3 times, she either claimed we BOTH misheard her or would say she THOUGHT X , when it was really Y. Well, if you just THINK something, don t SAY it. We have a joke about it now, actually. Whenever someone is obv being dishonest, we pull a Trang, and say, Oh, he/she must have THOUGHT

She also convinced us to buy the key loss policy, that it was a good deal because replacement keys cost $X, but the policy only cost $Y, much less than $X, and we could just use the policy to get extra keys before the warranty ran out (2 year period). She claimed she had just done so herself and that she had 4 keys, just in case. Having lost expensive keys before, we decided it was a great deal. But when we went to cash in our warranty, we were told (1) there was a fee per key (which she failed to mention) and (2) USING THE WARRANTY DISABLED THE OTHER KEYS. If she hadn t been aware of the policy (still a bad thing), that s one thing. But she if she had actually used the warranty herself, as she had claimed, she would have known this.

That s just 2 examples of the many many lies Trang told us. Again, we are happy with our car and the price we paid, and I get sales people needing to push, but the complete lack of honesty was a complete turnoff. We would purchase from John Eagle again, but would never ever deal with Trang again.

I just upgraded my CRV and I absolutely love it, not only because it's a great vehicle but because Ali, Elhadji, and Bryant took care of me. And because of their great customer service I have my grandmother, two sisters, and friends that all have bought from this dealership. So I am very proud to be a Honda family. I would rate them with excellent service all around!

Scumbags, even by car dealer standards. Spent the majority of the day going back and forth with their internet sales department to avoid spending hours at the dealer haggling to absolutely no avail. Ended up wasting 3 hours of my life dealing with them.

First problem: (I should have known better...) READ the fine print on their no hassle offers. It s just a deception technique to get you in the door. It doesn t include delivery fee or dealer add-ons. By the time you add that stuff back in you re basically at MSRP. Salesperson wouldn t even negotiate with me on that. This was for a Honda Ridgeline which has seen a 22% decline in national sales this year and is struggling to compete with Tacoma, Colorado, etc., so a few grand below MSRP is not unreasonable at all. It s my fault for not reading the size 4 font in their offer, but I feel it s indicative of the type of people your dealing with: not transparent, shady dealers, always trying to pull one over on you.

Second problem: internet sales guys encourage you to value your trade-in on some website they recommend. Sounds obviously biased, but I did it anyway and the offer was actually reasonable. They give you a range but when I got to the dealer and had my trade-in evaluated, they offered below the min value on their own trade-in tool they recommend! The weak excuse they offered was that my trade-in vehicle was so new (uhh, it s a 2017) that they can t get an accurate valuation on it and need to call the manufacturer to check. This was after 5 pm so that wasn t going to happen.

Bizarre experience all around. I ve never known a dealer or salesperson that doesn t try their absolute hardest to work with you or keep you at the dealership to keep the negotiation from stalling out until you make a purchase, but they refused to negotiate with me at all and the salesperson literally stood up and walked me to the door. By this point it was after normal closing time, so pretty sure they just wanted to go home rather than sell a car. I thought I was being very forthright and fair with them. I had done my homework, my asks on new car price and trade-in were reasonable, I put in time ahead of coming to the dealer and made it very clear I wanted to buy a vehicle from them. Major BUYER BEWARE when it comes to this place.
