Our meal was good. Our service was horrible. The waiter was condescending and rude. When I paid the bill which was $44.+ and I gave $45 he looked at me and was like..oh ...no tip. He said oh I see....gave me a dirty look and never came back. I needed more cash , which me husband gave me for a tip, I didnt really want to leave but did. Bummer for us as we live in Rigby and love eating here. Boo on Ramiros' service.

The manager on Sunday, July 19 was a mean, callous person who did not want to have a conversation about the bad service. Food was terrible, cold, not as billed, and ambience left everything to be desired. The manager should be fired for telling us not to come back just because we wanted to talk to her.

Food was fair, but the service sucked. Waiter never came over to ask about refills and my order came out 30 min after the rest of my table and it was wrong. Top it all off with the attitude of the waiter was horrible. Very disappointed.

Wish we could have gone back. The food was absolutely delicious. Not expecting to have some of our best meals at a brewery. I get fish and chips everywhere we travel. This was hands down my favorite fish and chips.

Not a family place at all. Should have known right away when you had to get a wristband at the door. Place was packed with college kids everywhere. Was looking for a good place to sample some local brews and grab dinner but couldn't find a place to sit even at the bar. Their porter was great but I couldn't tell you about the food because I had to go somewhere else to eat!

Nice venue with average drinks. Definitely took a little time to be seated due to distancing precautions which is understandable. Our service was slow and ordered an app that showed up after we had our drinks.

Ordered wings... they were so spicy that I couldn't taste anything other than the inferno in my mouth. There is no mild/medium/hot option...they are insanely hot and inedible. The beer was awful, too. Tried the Jenny Lake Lager, and was very disappointed...couldn't finish it. This was the only amber they had (no amber ales), didn't try any others.

Food and ambiance here are very good and servers are prompt and friendly. I'd ordered the Big Hole Burger, substituting the beef Patty with blackened chicken and ot was just perfect. Their beer selection is quite impressive and the Jenny Lake Lager was quite good. I would definitely recommend it for anyone coming into Jackson.

Terrible service. No check back after our food was brought. Empty drinks. Our waitress had 4 tables and as a waitress myself that s not enough to warrant empty drinks and bad service. Our nachos were brought out cold and dry with a hair in them. We wanted more guacamole but never had the chance to ask. Not to mention we were quoted a 5-10 minute wait and waited 15-20. I get it that things happen, just not this many things....probably won t be back anytime soon :/

Good, but over priced
The food was good. $17 for bison burger was high. All the prices are high. Service was only okay as well.

I was very pleasantly surprised to discover this gem whilst stopping over in Jackson on the way to Yellowstone. So much so that we loaded the trunk of our Camaro with all the beer we could fit in around our suitcases. It was certainly well received later sat around the fire.

Stopped by Snake River Brewing for a beer and a bite to eat and was very happy with this restaurant! Lots of space, relaxed vibe, outside seating. Great beer selection and the food was also very good. Tried their chili (pictured) and a burger and everything was great! Service was also very good, we were not rushed at all. Very enjoyable meal and experience.

Took 30 min to be seated as a group of 7 outside on a Friday evening - not too bad. Once seated our server was very attentive and remembered every little thing we asked for. Food was great. Recommend the trout dip and the beer flight highly.

Pros: atmosphere, hosting staff is attentive, food comes out quick.
Cons: for the price, the food was not worth it.
We had a smoke trout dip appetizer (this was great), steak, pan fried trout, and an elk burger. Portions were plentiful but my burger and my daughter s vegetables with her steak were nearly too salty to eat. My husband liked his trout, though. Overall, the place has a neat vibe but for the price, the food just didn t cut it. Our server was friendly but didn t refill our glasses the entire meal and when our food came out, the runner accidentally dropped food into my lap bc he was rushing to get everything down on the table which seemed to be a product of management seemingly not having ow enough food runners present. He apologized and quickly replaced the items dropped but that said, waiting service overall wasn t up to par for the price either (we spent well over $100 for 3 people). Aside from the steak, nothing we ordered or experienced felt worth spending that much to eat here.

Our waiter delivered 5 kids burgers ($8 each) against an order of 3 kids + 2 adult burgers ($16 each), then proceeded to get angry at us for asking for adult burgers, he even calling up the chef to explain the difference between a kids and adult (kids burgers are discounted to make the restaurant family friendly)... but in our group of 14 people it was only kids getting burgers!! Yes we paid the extra $16. No we didn't add entree's after the appetizers or second drinks, or desert for the kids. Shame, I actually wanted to try several of their beers. If their burgers confuse all their staff maybe they should change their menu.

I've been to Snake River Brewery several times on previous trips to Jackson. Took a friend there for her first visit. We both keyed in on the Ramen, and it didn't disappoint. Paired with a Nitro Stout, this made a wonderful lunch on a cold and dreary day.

Staff, as always, was on point, friendly, and made for a wonderful experience.

Good beer, food ok. My husband liked the pretzel, but I thought it tasted like a dense bagel and dipping sauce was too thin. Despite ordering appetizers and mains, everything came all at once. Portions are big and we ordered too much. Kids menu cheeseburger was adult sized. Cobb salad was good.

Definitely not as chill as everywhere else we visited while in town. Came over to have a beer, thinking we would sit outside and have a couple then grab some cans to go, but after seeing the no dogs sign, I stood outside to wait while my husband went in to grab a 6 pack and was promptly asked 3 times by different servers to leave the premises. Typically outdoor seating is dog friendly, but not here. It just had really weird vibes. We won't be back. Hopefully this helps others, I wouldn't want any other dog owners to mistakenly spend any money here.

Our first time dining in Jackson. Our hotel recommended Snake river and brewing for beer and burgers, with a lot of variety. We arrived and it was very busy ( good sign) only took 15-20 mins to be seated for two. got Beers at the bar was great w/good prices . Then we were seated and Ordered the cauliflower wings for an app, took 35 mins and arrived cold, sent them back and they came out warm with-in 10mins. thought ranch would be made in-house but deff store bought along with their fancey ketchup and mustard they just pour store bought condiment and put them in the glass bottles. we ordered the bison burger and the Cobb salad that took an hour to get, after 30 mins of sitting at the table the restaurant Had cleared out. bison burger was very good, well cooked and very tasty. Cobb was unique, lots of sweet cherrys and chewy sweet potatoes. not a fan, and huge peices of leafy greens (huge) could have been protioned better along with a store bought vinaigrette that was disappointing. service was okay overall. great place for beers and burgers ! They should minimize the menu , theyre doing to much on the menu and not executing.

Here s what happened: apart from generally slow service which I would usually forgive, multiple orders at the table were messed up for people with food allergies. MOST EGREGIOUSLY: My girlfriend ordered a gluten free pizza and I ordered a normal one. When they came out, hers looked strangely flakey and bready and mine looked thin in the way a GF crust would be. The waiter insisted that her pizza had the cauliflower crust. Then he took it back to the kitchen and the chef came out and confirmed that it was gluten free. She took a couple bites and stopped because it didn t taste right. Now we re back home and her stomach is killing her. Pretty bad guys. Not gonna lie.

This brewery/restaurant is a great local hang-out. The servers are awesome, and yes, I'm definitely biased due to their hospitality during my short stay in Jackson Hole. Really, they're a great bunch. It's a great later night hang-out.

Some of the atmosphere of a brewery with the added bonus of decent food. Family friendly which is good for a restaurant, but bad for a brewery. A really cool place to stop by if you're travelling through. Better prices than a lot of the other local places and the best place to try some local brews. It was packed when we went so the service was understandably slower. The food was decent but nothing special. Overall a great place for a few drinks and a small bite, just be ready for families and small children

The last time I came here, they were way better. Today, they no longer make their own root beer, their pretzels are no longer pretzels and have become mildly salted loaves of bread, and their pizza didn't even have sauce and was mediocre at best.

Everything looks pretty, but like an anorexic model, the pretty exterior disguises a dangerous attitude and an incipient kidney problem.

If I dont hear about a marked improvement, I see no reason to come back.

Visited here after spending 5 days in Yellowstone. The brewpub was clean, service friendly, and food delicious. Oh yeah, the beer....Yum! I enjoy IPA's and they did not disappoint. Both the IPA and the Session IPA ranked high in my opinion. If ever in the area again, I will definitely be back.

Lazy service, food was really poor - bison burgers were unevenly cooked and clearly reheated on stale buns. Gruyere was flavorless, somehow, and the smoked ketchup soaked into the bin completely overwhelmed the other flavors. Chili and beer are sugary, salad was overdressed but unmixed. Nice big portions, at least.

We waited 45 min for our nacho appetizer. It had very little toppings, and most of the cheese was baked into the parchment. Our entrees came 10 min later. The Steak Frites ordered medium came purple. The Fettuccine Alfredo came loaded with broccoli when we ordered it without and the added steak was a mangled mass. My daughter said my pasta tastes better. It was pathetic.

Excellent food. Bison burger was cooked to a perfect medium, just slightly pink with delicious greens and a nice horseradish bite. Only complaint is the ketchup bottles are horrible. Ketchup does not come out the small spout. And knife wouldn't fit in the hole.

Awesome local brewery and restaurant. Nachos, chili and fries were fantastic. Had the Jenny Lake Lager is light and has the perfect malt balance. The Snake River pale is a great pale ale with a floral finish. The Dortmunder is a fabulous easy drinking euro lager.

Lovely brewery, great local ambiance, well worth the short walk. My only complaint was getting super excited for the "loaded potato soup" to find it was still tomato based, which upsets my belly. If only they would list all the ingredients on their specials... Sigh. But the beer was excellent, as well as the French onion soup and the brussel sprouts salad.
