I'm writing this post hesitantly. Up until today I would have given them 5 stars. We found out we were mislead through the whole buying process that we were buying as part of the Costco Auto Program, only to find out after some serious pressing that they are not part of the program at all. Their excuse? We gave you a better deal than the program. Even if so, why lie to my face and tell me you are in the program (which if so I would be receiving a $700 gift card from Costco) and then after I press the issue after the sale admit you never were to begin with but make excuses instead of apologizing for misleading me. It's sad to have to do this, I'm sick of car salesmen lying to close deals. To me this is no different than stealing $700 from me.
I went into the dealership with a car in mind that I found on line for such a great deal. My husband and I with our two little girls went in and looked for the car. I was given a quote online by someone so I just assumed the car was still available. We got there and walked around and was looking for the car but it wasn't there. Another salesmanu had informed us that the car was sold just the previous night, and that the website wasn't updated with the car being sold. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't updated for it being sold. But we went and looked at other cars and fell in love with the car we purchased. The salesman was friendly and nice and took me around to look at different models with no hesitation and answered all my questions that I had. When I finally made a decision, the process was quick and easy. No pressure on anything and informed me on everything I needed to know. This wasn't my first car I bought at John Eagle Honda and definitely will not be my last. I don't have any problems with either service, parts or sales. They're a bunch of great people who will take care of you in any way possible that they can. Thank you Johh Eagle Honda for getting me in the car I fell in love with when I saw it!. I look forward to working with the staff in the future.
Hi Readers, I bought a 2012 Honda Pilot EXL w/ Navi here @ JEH about a month ago. My salesman... or should I say my saleslady (LOL) was Trang Nguyen. I came into the dealership just to look around and do my shopping before making a final decision. I was comparing to Toyota and Nissian and Lexus (Which I know is not in the same category), but anyways when I first walked into the dealership everyone greeted me and made me feel so welcome... like they say first impression does count. I then was escorted to the front desk and informed the receptionist that i needed Trang in the internet department. She then paged for Trang. I went walking around the showroom floor and looked through the Pilot Touring that they had, which may i say is a beauty. My saleslady (LOL) Trang approached me with a smile and an open hand shake and welcomed me to the dealership. we then sat down and she asked me some questions and i told her that I am in the shopping stages right now. she wasnt pushy what so ever. I felt very comfortable and at ease with her. She then pulled up a Pilot in which we sat in for about 30mins for her to go over the special features that are standard and the equipment that are dealer installed, which i really dont care for much 150 for N2 tires isnt come on... so after the presentation of the car i took it for a test drive. I was planning on taking it for a quick test drive but this machine was so smooth and handling was so great i took it was the way down close to waller, tx. Trang didnt stop me at all she actually told me to take my time and make myself feel comfortable because after this purchased i will never buy anything else but a Honda. when we got back to the dealership she asked me if i liked the car i told her yeah but i still have to go a test drive the other cars. We went back inside and she sat me down and told me that she is going to gather some information for me. She than came back with some J.D. Power, Edmunds and the neat thing is the car to car comparison. Its showed everything for the price to quality to safety to some other stuff i didnt really consider. so after the review over the information. I asked her to get me a good deal on the #s for me. she came back with the sticker price window which i told her she knows i am not going to buy the car at this price. we then started the "Negociation" After about 20mins of running back and forth we finally agreed on the price. Still in the back of my mind i wasnt ready to buy the car. i signed off a couple of forms and went to the finance office. i then meet with jeff schramm the finance manager. i had to admit i was a bit nervous. but from the beginning i told him that i am not ready to buy the car. he said why? i told him the story about me being in the shopping phase and he told me that it was fine and he was going to do the same thing he would with any one else and that is to get me what i want. i then said ok and we proceeded. i am going to skip the next few details, but at the end i was so satisfied with the process that i would me a complete fool to not buy the car. jeff explain all the details to me in the contracts that i was signing and trang demonstrated the car so very well. I would recommend this place to everyone and everybody i know actually i had two friends and and my brother coming to JEH to buy a car for his daughter. and the best thing that some program called the eagle edge. free this free that free free free. ofcourse that wasnt the best part but it was the icing on the cake. anywhoo i do apologize for writing a book but i just wanted to stand behind MY DEALERSHIP and let everyone know that people will only post stuff if they have a bad experience. but rarely will they post if they have a good one. i had the best.

They took care of her, completed the repairs and then explained what work had been done. She was very happy with the service she received. Mike Ma has been my dedicated Express Service Consultant for years. As a busy person, he makes my life much easier. I email him when I m bringing in one of my cars and he responds very quickly with setting up my appointment and even having a loaner car ready. When I arrive, everything works like a breeze and I don t miss a beat. He makes sure I m aware of any recalls or services that need to be done while my car is there. He tells me if immediate action needs to be taking or if it can wait until next time as well as all costs up front. Mike is very friendly and I trust him with my cars. The best feeling is when I drive off the lot, knowing my car is safe to drive. He has extremely strong customer service skills that are over the top.

Just recently purchased a CR-V for John Eagle Honda and had an excellent experience. Zane Pruett was outstanding and really listened to my needs and concerns through the process. Very professional all the way around.
On the blustery, cold evening of February the 2nd, I got a text from a friend that there was a beautiful, new(-ish) Chevrolet Silverado 1500 that was just traded in at John Eagle Honda. I left work in a hurry, and after fighting through rush hour traffic and what seemed like accident after accident for 2 hours, I finally made it to the dealership. Upon arrival, Stephen and I immediately hopped in and drove it around. Once we got back to the dealership, I was then informed that someone else was already interested in the truck and they had started the credit check process (thanks a lot Clayton -.-). So the gloves came out! (Not really) But I was told to wait around for a bit and see if they checked out. Ultimately, it didn't work out for the other person (sorry, not sorry... But kind of sorry) and I got to start my credit check. This being my first time to do some real adulting, I was nervous that I too would not pass the credit check. (But clearly I did since I'm writing this review). Ultimately, Stephen and Alex made it an easy and quick-ish process to get everything filled out and completed. It's about a week later now, and I love the truck. I've had to go back for the used car inspection (since I took it before they could actually get it done) but everyone that I've encountered at the dealership have been friendly and helpful. So over all, a great experience. Recommended!

I just bought a Honda Pilot from John Eagle Honda and I LOVE it!! The entire experience was great and everyone was very friendly, especially Heath Dixon, who went above and beyond to not only get us a great deal but also to make sure we had the best buying experience possible. It's been a long time since I went back into the market for a new car, but I didn't forget the last experience--it was painful from pushy sales personnel to finance directors trying to make an extra buck and delaying the process.
This is why I especially appreciated my car buying experience yesterday at John Eagle Honda of Houston. It began with their service department, believe it or not. My wife's 16 years old Odyssey, 230,000 miles finally broke down. Anthony, the sales rep reviewed my car and quoted me a repair fee. Considering the car was only valued at $500 (yes, we got our money's worth from that car), we decided it was time to part ways with our Odyssey. Anthony put us in touch with Abel Sixtos, as good as they come with sales people. The guys was super informed and courteous. He provided me a no haggle discounted price via email within minutes via email.
We wanted he EX-L with Sensing, but they had none in the color we needed. That's when Nicholas Herrin, their sales manager when into full gear. He scoured the state of Texas and found the exact car (in Black Forest Pearl) that we needed. Within a day, the car was in Houston from Dallas.
I went in yesterday, financed the car through Capital One, and Daniel Richardson, Assistance Finance Director worked with me to put finishing touches on the deal. Daniel is super bright, friendly and helpful. He didn't waste my time, yet was able to offer other services like extended warranty. Within a couple of hours, I drove away with the car.
Apologies for the length of this review, but I would be remiss if I didn't mentioned Jamal Richardson, sales consultant. You see, I drove alone to the dealership (with my wife) as I wanted to surprise her. Abel drove the pilot behind me to my home and I drove him back to the store.
What an experience--painless, courteous and efficient. This is what a car buying experience should be like. Go see these folks if you're in the market for a Honda!

Mike Ma took good care of me when my battery would not stay charged. He kept the car overnite, shuttled me home, diagnosed Kahu anti theft devise was draining the battery & replaced that unit & shuttled me back to the dealership to pick up my car. I appreciate John Eagle for the care they take to keep & satisfy their customers.
I can not complaint the John eagle employee Ali Shahid enough . He was on point with every aspect of purchasing my Honda Odyssey. There was one last item I wanted fixed on the used Odyssey and Ali came right in and took care of it. Done and done! From that point on Ali took care of everything, and helped me get through all the stages of buying this new vehicle as quickly as possible. Nothing against the service I got, it was ALL great, but he was the ONLY employee who brought me water after two others said they would. I know it sounds trite - but - Mike Ma is the best service advisor I have worked with --- EVER!!!! He is thorough, very trustworthy, communicates extremely well - does everything right as far as I am concerned. He makes me feel good about doing business with John Eagle.
Nice people, however if they ever say we will match a printed quote, they won't. I had a limited time for a quote I got and they said they would beat it. Instead they wasted all my time, even after telling then if they couldn't do it I had to go. In the end their quote was $2500 above my original time sensitive quote.
I went to John Eagle honda for a diagnostic regarding noise coming out of the AC vent and squeaking noise from he front passenger side of the seat. We thought it was related to work done just previous week. When I dropped the car off in the morning they said it would be $87 for diagnosis, but when I went to pick up the car later that afternoon, I was PLEASANTLY surprised that they did NOT charge me a DIME!!
The noise issue was related to ac motor fan, to which the advisor said can wait for while and no need to spend money at this time.

This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had involving a car dealership. We had to jump start our car and assumed the battery was going. I drove to John Eagle service last night just before 6 P.M. The service advisor, Nicholas Foreman took the car in immediately and tested the battery. It was under warranty and was replaced in less than 30 minutes. They even washed the car.
Nicholas was the most respectful, helpful, & friendly service representative that I have ever dealt with.
Best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. We went on Memorial Day and we expected it to be busy and chaotic. It was very busy but it was not chaotic. Bought a set of front brake pads for my accord, and asked if the retainer clips were included. The young man assured me that all of the necessary parts were in the box, so I paid and left for work.
Opened up the box when I started to change my brakes, and realized that the retainer clips weren't there. So I went back this morning, and was informed that those clips were out of stock and cost $40!
So I left a review about how sad and disappointed I was about not having enough money and parts to change my brakes. Sure enough, my phone rings a couple hours later, and it's a gentleman named Chris from John Eagle Honda. It's his day off, but he still took the time to call me right away. Resolved every issue I was experiencing, and blessed me by paying for my brake pads. He's a good man, and I appreciate all the assistance.

After a really bad experience at another Honda dealership ended up getting to John Eagle late on Friday saw some cars and test drove them and Jose was able to make the experience great and even told us to go home sleep on it. I've only been here twice and overall liked my experience...I bought a CR-V from a Nissan Dealership and got the extended warranty...my vehicle started having trouble locking correctly when i would push the button on my key...I called John Eagle Honda to ask how the warranty process works (because Nissan told me to take it to Honda for a quicker repair time) and the service advisor woman I spoke with seemed to have an attitude right from the beginning of the call. I was trying to ask her how the process worked because I didn't want to come out of my pocket for any expenses since it was under warranty and when i had questions about it she laughed (as if to say "How don't you understand this !?") I had to just hang up the phone from lack of respect or tact. I know John Eagle expects more out of their employees in regards to customer service.

Stay away, unless you like to be treated as though you just fell off a stupid truck. The deal makers are full of themselves, their first offer on a used vehicle I was looking at was through the roof! They did magically come down a couple of thousand, but were still very far off. Terrible experience, I wouldn't return if they offered to discount the vehicle 80%.

I planned on purchasing a certified pre-owned Honda from this dealership. After speaking with a salesperson, I drove in on a Saturday to find out that the vehicle wasn't there (A manager had driven it for the weekend and it wouldn't be back until Monday). I told them I would be back to see it after working. I arrive on Monday to find that the vehicle has been in negotiations and it is sold before I am even able to put in an offer. I give this dealership one star because while I am there, the customer service is great. It's the small details....and a few large ones that they missed out on telling me. Communication is key in all aspects. After expressing my frustration that this was my second time driving an hour to come to see the vehicle, the salesperson pretty much told me that they cannot prevent another person from buying it. I understood this, but a phone call would have been nice before I went out of my way two days to purchase it, just to be steered in the direction of "you're not a customer anymore since the vehicle you want isn't here. The exit is located to the left."
Big shoutout to Abel (Sales) and Zach (finance) for making my first time buying experience as smooth and stress free as possible. This is one of the best experiences I ve had at a dealership. Abel was extremely personable and friendly, and was able to find me exactly what I was looking for and was able to meet all my needs. Zach was also extremely helpful in finalizing the deal and really went out of his way to ensure I was able to get everything I needed for my new car. He went above and beyond my expectations to ensure I was happy with every part of the car buying process. These two gentlemen made my first car purchase feel special and I will definitely be back again.
On October 31st we bought a Odyssey at John Eagle Honda. The experience was great. The whole process from start to end ran smoothly. But I have to say that the sales representative, Justino, made the difference. Since we got to the dealer, he was very attentive and professional. He took all the time necessary to assure all our questions were answered. A new Honda is a new Honda no matter in which dealer you buy it. The experience you go through makes the difference and Justino assured our experience was enjoyable. Next time we buy a car, our first option will be John Eagle Honda, and we ll definitively look for Justino.
I drove 25+ miles out there and spent hours at this dealership only to find out the vehicle I wanted would not be available for 2+ weeks. This was after sending an email/phone calls specifically stating what I was looking for. My time is not free or cheap and for someone to abuse my time is essentially abusing me. Furthermore, I have no idea why a salesperson thinks if they waste my time I would then be excited about spending 50k on a vehicle. Jason was the salesman and I was very disappointed in this whole experience.
I do accept some responsible as I had gone to the dealership a few days prior and was ignored. I should not have returned.
Horrible experience. Wanted to buy a new accord, they have almost $3000 worth of "protection packages " basically just additional fees. And they won't negotiate at all.
