I recently purchased a Certified Honda Civic from JohnEagle and initially I was very hesitant as this would be my first time purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. I was helped by Internet salesman Micah Emenike who was very knowledgable about the vehicle and its functions, he was very helpful and informative. During the delivery of the vehicle I was helped by salesman Jamal Morrison, he is the best. He was sooo very helpful and patient. I did not know how to work anything in the vehicle including turning the radio off...lol. It was very close to closing time but he never got in a hurry or tried to rush, he made sure I understood how to properly operate everything in the vehicle. Jamal has even happily help me after the purchase complete when I returned to the dealership with a question. They really made the whole buying process much easier and enjoyable. The service I received was awesome.
