I went in for my scheduled maintenance later on a weekday afternoon. There was no line so I was greeted and assisted immediately. The oil change and overall vehicle check went quickly. A couple of filters needed to be changed which seemed to take a while. They washed they vehicle even though it was a rainy day. The check out went quick. Overall experience was pretty good.

I have to give John Eagle, and my salesman (Sekou Sininta) props. I bought a cheap used car from them. (Less than $8k) The car was in good condition for what it is, but had the TPMS light on. Sekou told me no worries, he would get it taken care of. When I signed the car deal, I forgot to get that in writing. Sekou, and John Eagle were good to their word. They took care of the issue. Hell, they even gave me a loaner car while they fixed it. If they will do that on a $8k used car, you can bet I will be back.

Bought a CPO 2012 CR-V 4 weeks ago. Battery and TPMS aready failed.

Service center covered both cases at no charge, but only after I complained. Was told service would take an hour. We were there for three.

Also, there isn't a baby changing station in the men's restroom. When I asked for a place to change my son, I was told I could change him on the bathroom floor! Seriously?!

I was forced to find an isolated corner and change him in the showroom. That was fun.

Plenty of lies. I attempted to negotiate over the phone as I have a young family and didn't want to be tied up negotiating. I was ok paying a little more than I would if I had the time to play their games. They had extra add-on's once I arrived. They lied about mandatory packages. They tried to add other details to the final price. They tried to use the late night to keep us there to have us cave. My wife caught it all. Time to finance, my wife and I both have credit scores at 825, but they would not give us the 0% financing promised over the phone and via email. My wife needed a car so we went ahead and did the 3% then paid off the balance before the first payment was due as a means to giving them the middle finger. They lie and are the worse and will use every tactic available to them. It is almost as if they know you are negotiating on the phone and via email because of previous bad experiences, and trying different tactics you haven't seen before. Never again will we buy from John Eagle Honda of Houston's House of Lies!

This is the worse honda show room, I have ever been to. They quote something else on email or phone and then add lots of things up later. RONNIE RODRIGUES is a thug and rude guy (one of internet sales men). He told us something else out the door price and then changed it immediately when his manager told us higher price. Same car we got for 22.5 what they told us for 23.5 out of door price. Stay away from these thugs and buy from somewhere else for cheaper price. Dont even waste your time by going there.

I recently purchased 2015 Honda CRV, I was shopping around Houston area to get good deal when a friend of mine referred to Mr. Ali at John Eagle Honda. I almost decided to buy my car when I met Ali as he was very proactive and considerate in terms offering good deal on the vehicle I wanted. He would go to other area like finance and services to get things expedite and make overall buying an experience. I would recommend future buyer to contact Ali at John Eagle Honda.
However, I wish John Eagle Honda Finance team could provide similar experience...not to panic but you should go prepared as you will have to wait for too long, Finance guys will try to sell for long term (over 4 or 5 years) did not even tell you there is lower rate for 3 years term. Thanks to Ali for his support in this area too.

I just purchased my new CR-V at John Eagle Honda last month and had a GREAT experience there. This is a second time I buy my cars here, and I was very satisfied with them.

At first, I was not sure what kind of CR-V would I buy? Fortunately, I met with Ali Shahid, very knowledgeable and patient, he spent his time to explain and to compare the features of all CR-V models with me. He firstly helped me to pick the car I wanted. Then, he guided me how to use the car, to set up the Bluetooth, set up the seating memories after I bought the car. Honestly, even I received the emails and phone calls from other dealers with the promised prices, I still wanted to purchase my car here at John Eagle Honda because I felt safe and really trusted Ali by the way he works, by his knowledge, and the way he helps customers. WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! BUYER BEWARE! FRAUDULENT DEALERSHIP!!! SCAM!!! BAIT AND SWITCH!!! RIP OFF!!!

I called John Eagle Honda on Saturday afternoon 12/14/13. Inquire about the new upcoming 2014 Civic EX Sedan. I spoke with Goerge Motown. I explained to him that I was looking to pre-order the Civic and inquired if they were doing Pre-orders. He assured me that they were, and he would be very happy to order me on and I can pick it up on 12/28 and close the deal today. By Closing the deal today I would also receive the $500 cash incentive from Honda Financing for the car. He told me If I come and picked up the car today I would be able to purchase it with Tax, Title and License for a DRIVE OUT PRICE OF $19,629. The price was significantly below MSRP so I said great I'll be inn today.

THE NIGHTMARE BEGINS... Once I got there, I asked for George and he came to the front and said he was busy with a customer but a inexperienced sales rep by the name of Brandon C (who couldn't even remember the colors I was interested inn) was going to have me test drive the 2013 model and show me the colors. I drove the 2013 model and liked it so I told him that I would like to speak with George. He told me that I need to close the deal with him as George was busy (I had a bad feeling when he said this) nevertheless I insisted George take care of me, and asked him to get him for me.

While waiting I came across a British sales manager by the name of Allen, he agreed to help me close my deal as I insisted that I did not feel comfortable with Brandon as he was quite inexperienced. He agreed. I asked him to close the deal at $19,000 and he went back and forth between the GM (named Darryl), and said that $19,600 would be the best. I asked him will it include the tint on the car, as Brandon had told me it was standard with every vehicle they sold. He said yes I will be receiving the tint on the car as part of the deal but the paint protection and seat cover protection won't be valid unless I pay for the warranty. I said all right as long as I get the tint and the car at $19,600 I'll be a happy customer. We agreed on the price and shook hands. IN MY MIND THE DEAL IS DONE AT THIS POINT, BUT BOY WAS I IN FOR A SHOCK!!!

Allen comes back about 20 minutes later after reviewing the car I had for trade and tells me we have a problem! I asked him what was wrong and he said he couldn't include the tint, and that its a $299 charge!!! FRAUD #1, then he tells me that the GM (Darryl) won't allow the deal to complete because the price we agreed upon is too low and that he needs to start adding Tax + Title + License ETC!! FRAUD #2. I explained to him that you and I just agreed on a deal and shook hands on it. His excuse was that, that is a deal I had with George and he was giving me the same numbers. I insisted that you, Allen, went back and spoke to the managers and confirmed that deal and shook hands on $19,600. He then proceed to tell him that he couldn't do it and that he is under NO OBLIGATION.

At this point I became irate, and very upset. Demanded to speak with the GM, and got a chance to speak with him and George (the original sales rep) in his office. Darryl said that he could not approve the deal, and I indicated to him that George had already spoken with you earlier and gotten approval from the GM!! He said it was a mistake and we need to CHARGE YOU ALMOST $24,000 FOR THIS VEHICLE!!!. FROM $19,600 TO $24,000!!! FRAUD #3.

I WASTED ALMOST 2 HOURS AT THIS DEALERSHIP ALONG WITH DRIVING ABOUT 30 MINUTES EACH WAY. DARRYL EVEN REFUSED TO COME CLOSE TO THE DEAL GEORGE AND GEORGE'S SALES MANAGER, ALLEN AGREED TO OR TO EVEN OFFER TO FILL UP MY GAS FOR WASTING MY TIME.

I WOULD NEVER SET FOOT IN A JOHN EAGLE DEALERSHIP AGAIN.

MY ADVICE: Make sure you receive an official buyers order before you set foot into this dealership signed by the General Manager on duty, otherwise they will give you the run around with multiple different sales people who give you different stories, and try to RIP YOU OFF!!!

Unfortunately, we couldn't work out a price. Not all deals can be met and I definitely benefited at a different dealer, but that doesn't change their rating. Solid place.

Edit: Went from 5 stars to 3. The staff I worked with was knowledgeable and professional. However, I may have caught the GM in a lie. They told me the vehicle in question was going off to another dealership and I had to make my purchase by Friday. I asked if they could work with me on my price point and they insisted it was the lowest they could do and it was going to their sister dealership.

I ended up purchasing at another dealership but on a whim looked up this vehicle and it was still listed at this dealership on multiple websites. I called and spoke to a salesman I had never contacted and he looked it up and said it was still available for sale.

Sure, there may be some lag time in the system, but this seems suspect.

Absolutely painless, shopping for a car is the worst and I've done it many times. I worked with Ali and if I could buy a car from him every weekend i would. You can tell he genuinly cares about his customers, i shopped around many places and not one person treated me so well. Didn't take much effort at all to get to the price i needed to be at either, there was no car salesmen nonsense with him. They are straight to the point and are great at what they do.
I have never written a review before but i was take care of so well it was only the right thing for me to do. I am very pleased with my experience and highly recommend Ali. I will happily buy another car from these guys!

Always enjoy walking into John eagle Honda. You can tell that the staff really does care about you. Heath was amazing, I had been working with him for awhile. He was able to get me exactly what I had been searching for. Always answered my calls even text with urgency. His partner Zane helped me out with a lot as well. Last but not least George was beyond amazing, the greatest customer service I had ever experienced. He was able to ease the scary part of signing all the paper work.

I came here looking for a 2012 Honda Accord that was listed online, which would be the first car I ever purchase. It was Ali who took care of showing me the car itself and test driving it. Ali was really friendly with me and my brother and had good knowledge of the car itself. He also gave me some useful tips regarding the key use, tips that I didn't even know of and were really cool. I'm a first time care buyer, having driven my dad's '03 Honda Accord for 10 years. I went here first, having enjoyed the reliability of the vehicle. I just came back from a deployment to Korea, and had no car. I worked with Abdul-Haq Sheikh, the sales consultant who showed me the new 2014 models I wanted to see. I fell in love with the coupe, and Abdul along with Allan Worthington, Sales Manager, helped me make it mine. Both served their country honorably, and there were no shortage of incredible stories! It was a pleasure working with them, and they did their best to help me in the most accommodating way possible. Unfortunately, I can't remember the gentleman that financed my vehicle. This is unfortunate, as he helped a first time buyer get a great deal. Everyone who works at John Eagle Honda seemed to really care about service members in the military, and that made me feel at home. Thank you to everyone for helping me buy my first car!

I randomly went to John Eagle Honda on a whim after picking up my kids from school and daycare off Barker Cypress. I called ahead and asked what could be done with my negative equity and if they had rebates.....not only did they find someone to buy my trade-in, I got a great rate with Honda financing and had my 1st payment paid for by Honda through their Honda Deal Days promotion. Can't stop talking about how they made a believer out of this "former Ford" girl. Lastly Ali made car buying such a welcoming and pleasing experience - my first of it's kind! Customer for life......

We bought two cars from them. Our sales person, Sergio Vargas was exceptional. Patient, kind, fair, and enjoyable to work with. This is one of our top experiences with a car salesperson.

Our experience with the financing office however, was very different. The individual we worked with B. Salman was very extremely unpleasant; avoid this individual at all costs. He kept trying to sell us additional coverage and despite saying "no" over and over, he was relentless. After a while, it felt like date rape; no matter how much you said no, he was going to get what he wanted. We almost had to walk out and just as I was leaving Sergio Vargas came back and salvaged the situation. After that, B. Salman finally did his job and acted truculent the rest of the time.

We walked out with two reasonably priced Hondas all thanks to Sergio Vargas.

The very friendly staff from Mr. Who receives you, the salesman Sergio Vargas who was charismatic and diligent, the salesman Jessi who was responsible for clarifying a small confusion even when he was not the seller. Very grateful mainly to Mr. Abel who was super nice, concerned about the interest of the client, in resolving situations and accompanying kindly and patiently throughout the process so that his client leaves happy and with the vehicle you want, with translation service ( He spoke Spanish at all times) and thus clarify any doubts and concerns making the job easier and easier. Also grateful to Mr. Zach that he was the one who gave me all the financial details with a very complete, detailed, explicit and accurate advice. SUPER GRATEFUL WITH THIS GREAT WORK TEAM! Test drove a Civic with an unfriendly sales person, tall skinny guy. I asked about Honda student discounts, I had just graduated from UT Austin. The manager came out, an older guy with gaudy jewelry with that fake sales person "hospitality," and all he said was basically that I could come back when I was sure I was ready to buy the car... in a fake nice tone...They didn't bother to show me any financing options or anything related to purchasing the car. That day I went to Toyota, was treated amazingly, bought a Corolla, couldn't be happier.
Sad, because my parents have bought multiple cars from their dealership and go there for their services every year. Now they are just as upset as I am and most likely will not be buying there again. Toyotas for them too? I think yes. BUY TOYOTA! and STAY AWAY from these unfriendly sales people... from the ratings on here it seems like this is the way they normally treat people unlike their IT Marketing Manager claims...
