I went there for an alignment. First time they did good job it was pulling a little to right and the steering was not centered soI went back and they did an alignment again this time it was a mess up. The car pulled horribly to left and the steering was way off. It was really risky driving it. So I went to good year auto to get a free alignment check and they gave me papers with alignment way off in left front and rear wheels. So I took it there and showed then and they worked on it again and they told me that alignment doesn't go out by itself meaning I did something which messed it up and and my tire was worn on left side to its pulling. Though it said 3 years warranty they said they said they wouldn't fix it anymore for free. I'll take my car to another place and check if they can fix it and I'll update this post. They have good customer service no doubt.

Great service. All service employees seem to care about customer service which is good. Bought my first Honda car from Ali, he did a good job at knowing the cars and connecting with customers. Through a lot of negotiation I got the car for what I felt was fair. Only thing is John eagle Honda could do better at pricing trade ins. I owed money left on my car and they offered less than blue book value but overall satisfied.
The manager came by to attempt to close a deal with me, was super rude did not have any interest of helping me just wanted to close the deal. The one young sales guy before him Informed me they had a good deal and pressured me to run my credit (which I did) before showing me the deal. They don t care for you, they just want to over charge you so they can receive a good bonus. Best bet to go somewhere else

Great experience love my Honda CRV Mr.Evans Alomepe is an excellent Sales Consultant no pressure super knowledgeable and very very patient and was able to reach him with ease days after my sale was completed to help me with some programming of my CRV. It s usually painful when dealing with the finance department but not this purchase Zach Diaz and the finance department were great , total experience was with ease and very pleasant I highly recommend John Eagle Honda.
Be sure and ask for Ali, their long-time top performer. He really knows his stuff. He's very thorough and informative, very fair on the bottom line, he'll make sure you are taken care of but do it all with time efficiency, and he'll definitely treat you with the same attentiveness when you're in contact AFTER the sale. I'm sure he does this for all his customers. There's a good reason he's #1. Just sayin'...

Really unprofessional. I thought I finally found the car that I liked. Took a test drive, got the price negotiated and then I worked with my bank the next day to get my loan processed after confirming that the car is still available. The unprofessional salesman didn't even have the courtesy to inform that another party expressed interest in the car. He told me the car was sold to someone else only after I got the loan processed from my bank. All this happened in a mere 1-2 hour span.
Lost the car I liked, lost a loan application and lost a half day's pay. Really disappointed in the service. Treat your customers with respect John Eagle Honda!!

Professional staff, a cozy waiting area, and some vending machines to past the time. Wait time is usually 30-45 minutes than estimated though. Practically, just plan on being here 30-45 minutes than you think and you won't be disappointed. Bring a book or your phone and just do what you would have done if you were sitting at home.
I've been there twice. This last time we spoke with Alex A, internet sales manager. I'm truly sad we couldn't figure something out with them since we did business with them twice before. Never coming or referring my family again. We weren't getting "the best deal" that he claimed they could give. And he had a little of an attitude problem as well. We went in not exactly knowing exactly what we wanted but settled on the crv lx in the display room. He claimed it was at a discounted price but was charging more than what the lx outside would have been and that price didn't sound right either for a AAA member either. The only real difference was the "leather" & that wasn't even real leather. He def wasnt honoring my aaa discount fully, which I fully intend to call in to AAA car buying service to inform them about. I'm currently sitting at Honda of Spring about to drive off with the exact same car AT THE BEST DEAL(seriously I'm shocked) AND APR EVER. I didn't struggle with anyone here. They are truly on your side and don't make it seem like helping you is annoying. HOS Totally honored that we have a good standing with honda as well. The one star (that I'm forced to give John Eagle) is for the benefits you get for doing business with them: Oil changes, ect. But again what good are your great benefits with poor deals and customer service. GO TO HONDA OF SPRING. I worked with Robert James. Such a smooth transaction with TRUE NO HASSLE PRICING. Not the BS JE has in their showroom either.

I've shopped with John Eagle Honda for several years now. Each experience has been really good. I can't say enough great things about Joe Coleman. I've been doing business with him since '01. He's a gem and John Eagle is very lucky to have such an incredibly stand up man on their team. I'd highly recommend asking for Joe. Additionally, both George, in finance, and the GM, Bryant Sharp are absolutely phenomenal at what they do. I couldn't ask for a better team of individuals!!!
Recently purchased a new Honda Civic from John Eagle Honda and couldn't be happier with the customer service we revived. Our salesman Joe Coleman was very knowledgeable of the cars and helped us find the perfect one. He listened to what we needed and respected our budget which made the buying process a breeze. The Finance Manager we worked with was Darryl Burns (didnt see his name on here to select) everyone knows the finance side of buying a car can be confusing and frustrating but he did a fantastic job explaining the warranties, coverage, and pricing in a way that made it easy to understand. I bought my vehicle 3 months ago. The experience was A1 from the first call from the sales manager. Our sales person was Evans Alomepe. His service was superb. He walked us through the whole process of selecting our vehicle...a Honda CRV. And, he explained all of the options on the car. This was extremely important with all of the technological advances in the new cars. Definitely ask for Evans when you go. I checked with 2 other Honda dealerships and didn t get the same level of service. We have been back to the service department and they are very thorough and accommodating. We re planning to buy another car from them also.
Had a test drive and oil change here recently. This place seems very busy. However, staff members were kind and professional. The service advisor I met didn't push hard on new parts like other Honda dealers I had been to.
Definitely will come back here for future services and maybe buying new cars.
Decent but very overpriced. Their service quote for some basic work was 35% higher than the other Honda dealership by my house. I wont be going there for service any more.
Finally getting around to writing a review. I have purchased 3 CRVs from John Eagle and have had them all serviced at the dealership. Mike Ma (service tech) has taken great care of us from day one. As a matter of fact, I think I will start taking my Ford F150 to Mike as his service far surpasses what I get at the Ford dealership. I highly recommend buying and servicing your car at John Eagle.

I went in to John Eagle Honda today for an estimate on a car repair and to get my air bag inflator replaced as part of a recall. Jessie was my Advisor and he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and kind. When asking about estimates for other repairs my advisor did not try to oversell to me and was very respectful. As someone who isn t very knowledgeable about cars, I really appreciated that! And as a fellow professional in the community I would like to commend management on the training of their employees in scripting, not to mention timely repairs. I would definitely recommend this location over Spring Branch Honda and plan on driving out of my way again to come back to John Eagle Honda when I have any further service needs on my Civic. I was looking to buy a 2015 CRV desperately and i went to these guys. I met a nice sales guy and i went to test drive and every thing is good. When i got a quote it's around $1600 hight compared to Russel &Smith and accounts department(Nicholas) dont want to price match and i walked out.
I got a call on 3rd day from Sales manger and he told that he can price match if i have a written quote from any other dealer. After i went to the showroom once again accounts department(Nicholas) handling this quote and say that"Russel &Smith numbers dont make sence"

Was really sad, was expecting great service with how many five stars they have. I brought my car in for a recall. I went ahead and knocked out the breaks while I was there. I asked for my key to be replaced due to it falling apart and the windshield wipers. I could have gotten it done cheaper elsewhere but the dealership washes the cars and vacuums too.
When I came to pick my car up they handed me the wrong keys and walked away. I went back to the counter who than gave me the right keys. Only the recall and breaks were done. The car wasn t washed or vacuumed, key not replaced, and the windshield wipers still broken. Left very disappointed.
I had the best experience at John Eagle Honda. I live in Victoria, TX and got the typical run around car salesman experience here. I was so upset and disappointed and did not think I was going to be able to get the car I wanted. I called to inquire about a certain vehicle I saw online. I was quickly transferred to Walter Boyd who was willing and able to not only help in anyway he could, but he LISTENED to me and what I was looking for. He didn't try to get me to buy something that was more expensive to benefit him and his sales - like the other guy in Victoria did. He was very helpful and knowledgable and was able to find the right car for me. I had the best experience there and will definitely be returning for any future purchases!! Updated: I had an awful experience with the finance department at this dealer in 2016. However, after their response to my review, I decided to give them another chance. I took my 2015 Civic there for a routine service and, although the price was high (as with most dealers), the service was quick and convenient. And the staff were friendly and professional.
I went in for an oil change and my service advisor Jessie Eskind did an awesome job on helping me. They discovered my AC line had a leak that needed to be replaced. So I went back the next day and it was replaced. Thank you so much for all of your help.

Would not reccomend this dealership to anyone sales and finance straight up lie to your face with hidden fees and both laughed at us when we asked what happened to the price salesman gave us. Very aggravating.
I took my truck in because of a light that came on. The guy, told me all we can do is run a check to see exactly what s going on. Since the truck is so new, if there is something wrong we probably won t have the part and we will have to order it. SIX HOURS LATER they tell me they ran a computer test and the catalytic converter is bad and they would have to order a new one. That s six hours of life wasted waiting for them to tell me they can t fix it. The TVs don t work at the front waiting room. There s barely any coffee in the pots. Terrible.
This was my first time buying a car. Immediately Ali was there to help. He was very helpful in answering all of my questions, from all of the features of the car I wanted, to showing me around the dealership itself. In fact, all of the people on the floor and in the financial offices were extremely kind and accommodating, making my car buying experience smooth! Even though I came in pretty late that night, I was able to drive home in my new car that same day! I also appreciate that the dealership will service my car. I don't have any sort of rapport with any of my local shops, so I see this as a great opportunity to begin a more personal service experience. From day one, John Eagle Honda will take care of my car, from oil changes to flat tires to a/c. It makes it easy for me, who admittedly is a little bit afraid of being jipped on car repairs. I am looking forward to doing business with them in the future! Overall, a great experience.
Felt the financial part was forced and run thru. I know I overpaid for my CRV and they took me for my trade. I was tired and it was 10pm in the evening before I got out of there! They delivered the car in the dark and found a dent in the hood the next day in the daylight. Will never buy from them again.

They left visible scratches in my car after repair. Supervisor disagree to fulfill the warranty the first time, have to talk to many people for the repair.
Our experience with our salesperson at John Eagle Honda was great. She was friendly, and everything went smoothly for her part of the process. With that being said, we had a HORRIBLE experience in the finance department. We spent approximately 3 hours with the finance person who was clearly new. We spent over two hours with this man for him to put in our application, discuss warranties, and negotiate interest rates. During this time, we told him multiple times that we did not want any warranties on the vehicle. After our finance person made several trips to the manager s office in which the interest rate kept changing, an assistant manager came into the office. The assistant manager then told us that instead of the interest rate in the 2s that we were told by our finance person, our interest rate would be in the high 3s. Despite the increase in our interest rate, our monthly payment had somehow decreased. When I asked the assistant manager to explain how this was possible, we were told that the only way we could get the interest rate in the 2s was if we purchased the warranty. Our finance person did not tell us that we had to buy the warranty if we wanted our interest rate in the 2s, and we had told him multiple times that we did not want any warranties. The assistant manager also stated regarding the interest rate and the purchase of the warranty, we have to make money some way. After all this, we agreed to pay the higher interest rate with no warranties. When we signed the paperwork, there were two additional warranties that they added on totaling approximately $200. At this point, it has now been 10 days since we purchased this vehicle, and our old vehicle is still not paid off. My husband has sent multiple emails regarding the payoff of the old vehicle, and nothing has been done to rectify the situation. The finance department at this dealership is INEPT and DECEPTIVE. If you will need to finance your vehicle, please find another dealership.
so John eagle honda will try and screw you over math changes when you are here btw it does not matter what your credit is payments are over $480 on any CRV that s just how it is and that s what the sales man Max said he ran my dads credit and my credit and payments were more than $485 and he said and I quote even if her credit is better it does not matter you monthly payment will be $485 if not $500 at this point I rather just go to Toyota it s cheaper and better I could just get myself another highlander and have a cheaper monthly payment so overall that s the last time I go their John eagle Honda on 290 is just trying to screw their customers over don t buy from here
I bought my new Honda about a month ago, and was told that the Service Dept. will provide free car washes for customers. Well, I get the impression this is not a service the "Service" dept. wants John Eagle Honda's customers to use! When I brought my car in for the first car wash, they returned it to me within what seemed like 5 mins. and only sprayed it with plain water. I was surprised that they did not even dry my car. I had to wash it again when I arrived home because as it dried, it left water spots all over my new car! Second time I brought it in, I asked if they would please dry it this time. When I asked the guy to please dry the sides of my car that he'd obviously missed, he seemed annoyed and sarcastically responded, "Oh, so you wanted a detailed job on your car!"" Don't think John Eagle should offer "free car washes whenever you like" if this is not something their Service Dept. gives the impression they're not receptive to doing. I felt I was imposing! I don't expect an immaculate car wash as the one they did when the car was delivered to me at the time of purchase, but I hardly consider plain water on a car, without drying the entire vehicle, a "detailed car wash"! The Service Dept. must not like customers taking advantage of what's supposed to be a free service and I think they need to work on "customer service skills". I was disappointed by this experience with the Service Dept. If this mediocrity is indicative of "excellent customer service" then perhaps...
I rate this place 5 star. Got my car in my budget, and the way the team had treated me was awesome. I would recommend Sales Consultant Jamal Morrison. He narrowed down to my exact need very quickly, and made sure the entire process was pretty quick and smooth. I rate him 10 out of 10.

Leased a car for my daughter. Very professional. Geoff (salesman) treated us very well and showed my daughter several cars. My daughter decided on the type of car. , but she had to leave early to go to work while we worked on the pricing details. Since she was not with us, we did not want to "pull the trigger." While I could tell they did not want to leave, they were gracious. While away, I received a call in response with an internet request for bid. I received a quote a little better than the quote here. I called them, and was told thay would match the offer. The next day, no unreasonable add ons and the deal was done. A shout out to Heath for matching the deal. I recommend this place
My boyfriend's car gets service at this honda location and he loves the people there especially the person that takes care of him every time he needs something done on his vehicle Mike Ma. He is very attentive and keeps us posted on the status of repairs and services and always gets back to us on a timely manner.
I usually go here for maintenance on my Honda, staff is helpful and they don;t pressure customers into services, yet they inform you what is needed or may be needed soon.
I bought a 2013 Honda Civic about a week ago. I am truly happy with the car and my experience with the John Eagle "Family" has been nothing but FANTASTIC! Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and went well beyond anything I ever expected in the way of time, patience and service. I spent several hours with various team members during my purchase experience and never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. I almost hate to name names for fear of leaving someone out because my experience was truly with a terrific team of individuals! "My team", and I felt as if they really were mine, consisted of George Mouton, Seydou Keita, Leonta Matthews, Richard Scarbrough, Jonathon Nicasio, the internet sales manager and the finance person that "took" my money (lol), and I cannot praise them enough as individuals and as a team. I returned today to pick up additional keys and found the Service Department to be equally as excellent; such service and hospitality! I truly bought more than just a great car when I chose John Eagle Honda. Thanks again for a great car and a magnificent experience. I ve owned Honda s for many years, but had bought a Mercedes 2 years ago - worst car purchase I ever made, so I knew I wanted to go back to Honda. I recently moved to the west side of Houston, so decided to go to John Eagle Honda for the first time and Greg Santiago was my salesman. Greg was so nice, extremely knowledgeable and really helped me thru this process. I am newly divorced so this was my first vehicle to buy on my own and Greg was very sensitive to my situation, patient and did not pressure me. I was undecided about the model I wanted this time and he helped me select the right vehicle for my circumstance. Greg, the sales manager and the finance manager went out of their way to help me with this process. I will definitely be back to this dealership for future purchases!
John Eagle Honda is the only place I will take my Accord for service. After having so many bad experiences at other chain auto places I have learned my lesson. It is a bit pricey but worth it to me. They sometimes offer coupons to offset the cost.
