Mr. Mike Ma is the best customer service technician that I have ever had! Not only is he personable, knowledgeable and efficient; he's also extremely flexible and kind. He's helpful with my kids and ensures that we have everything we need as we wait. I contact him directly for appointments and quite honestly don't want to go to anyone else. He has a will do, can do attitude and customer centric focus that you don't see much of anymore. I value his oppinion when it comes to recommendations concerning my car and genuinely enjoy his upbeat "happy to see you again" attitude. Every Express Service Consultant should take note :-) He's the BEST!!
