Purchased a car here on June 3RD, my credit union sent draft next day. 33 days before I received the title. The car I traded in still hasn t been paid off so I am making another payment on a car that has been traded in, to ensure it won t reflect negatively in my bureau. I will never do business with norton again, after reaching out 10-14 times in the past two weeks getting the run around. Emailed the GM and still didn t get a proper resolution. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NORTON. Take it anywhere else. No post sale follow up, no communication and obviously their accounting department is unorganized.

My husband and I went to Jim Norton Toyota to look...

My husband and I went to Jim Norton Toyota to look at a used highlander I found online. The highlander on the lot did not match the description on the website. I informed the salesman of my specifications and price range. After finding nothing within our price range, he put us in a highlander $10,000 over our budget. He informed us it was his job to negotiate this car into our budget. He then took the keys to my car to have it appraised. He went to talk with his manager and, came back with a quote $250 over our monthly payment budget. After a few time going back and forth to their little glass managers office, I told him I just didn t think they were going to be able to get down to our price range, and that we understood. I informed the salesman I had lunch plans and needed to get going. From this point, it was 2 HOURS before I got the keys to MY vehicle. At one point the manager, who was very nice, came to talk to us. He informed us he really wanted to help us out but, the specifications and price range were very hard to find. I knew this, as I had been looking for a car for over a month. He informed us he understood if we didn t want to stay but, to give him 30 minutes to look through his entire inventory. I informed the manager we had plans but, that we couldn t leave because they refused to give us our keys. He persuaded us to eat at the food truck they had in the parking lot and, it was another 45 minutes before we got our keys. I understand they are sales and, work on commission. However, they clearly didn t have anything we were interested in and, kept our keys from us. My husband and I almost felt as though we had been kidnapped. It was one of the most uncomfortable experiences of my life. We then went to another lot, found exactly what we were looking for, in our price range. Unfortunately, this experience has deterred me from ever visiting Jim Norton Toyota.

We bought a 2015 Certified Toyota Sienna in Octobe...

We bought a 2015 Certified Toyota Sienna in October of last year. The sales person lied to us about the loaner car being a van when we bring it in for service, they never did any inspection of the vehicle I can guarantee, because it had 4 different issues that we noticed just driving it off the lot. It has been in and out of their service department repeatedly each time coming back worse than before. Their General Manager doesn't return phone calls, because hes "too busy". The lies are just growing. They have now said that our bluetooth system isn't compatible with iPhone and its my 4 phones that are the issue. Yet when I get a loaner car they work flawlessly. They don't want to buy the car back, they want me to trade it in and take a hit considering they sold me every warranty known to man. To say they are a disappointment to the toyota brand is putting it lightly. They tell you anything you want to hear to sell you a car, and then they don't care because they have maid their money. Buyer Beware!

I love love love Jim Norton Toyota. I go there for everything whether it be an oil change or getting a new vehicle. I went in February 27,2014 hoping to look at a vehicle that was reasonably priced that had more room than my corolla, and with low mileage. I went in shortly after Jim Norton opened and was greeted by Thomas Hector, who helped me get into my corolla two years before. I told him what I could financially and he said hold on let me go get a car and see if you like it. I said ok. He drove a brand new 2014 Camry SE Sport around. I immediately fell in love. He told me he could more than likely get it within my budget. He had me meet with Kord Padilla in the financial department to see if it was possible. Kord told me Thomas said to treat with love and care, and that is exactly what he did. i could not be anymore satisfied. Both are amazing Christian men that truly want to help their customers. I was so happy. Long story short. I have a brand new, beautiful car that is safe for me and my daughter. I can't thank those two enough for all they did for me.

In addition to everything in the past, I leased a 2015 Rav4 a couple of months ago. Messed up the front end of my vehicle, trying to avoid a car that pulled out in front of me (long story short). I've been helped by a gentleman named Brett in the service department, and he is absolutely amazing and so helpful. After i had initially taken my car in to get it fixed, I've been back a couple of times because my car was making weird noises. The last time I took it in, the found a bracket that was bent, that would keep getting worse if not addressed. Although, there was no way I could afford it, I let them know and said I would have to wait (I didn't want it on my insurance). Brett called me and said "What could i pay?" I said I could probably do half. He calls me back a couple of minutes later and said "Don't worry about it, we are going to put it under warranty". Thank you Jim Norton and Brett!!!

Wonderful facility, friendly staff, good service department.. I purchased a service plan when I bought my car so I get free oil changes and tire rotations when needed! Drop it off on a Saturday around lunch, go eat, then come back and get it afterwards - very convenient. I'm glad I got my car here, and definitely recommend.

Cassandra went above and beyond to accommodate my needs in purchasing my vehicle, Excellent knowledge of vehicles and very customer friendly. I feel even more satisfied knowing that she made sure I was in the right car for me, instead of just a car right now. Would highly recommend her expertise to anyone in the market for a vehicle.
The Financial department was highly professional and answered all my questions. I was able to purchase my new 2017 Highlander with a payment I can afford.
I would give Cassandra AAA++++++++++++! Thank you for a pleasant experience and a great vehicle!

I feel that their initial customer service is outs...

I feel that their initial customer service is outstanding; however, they lack the same friendliness when they cannot seal the deal. I originally went into Jim Norton and looked at a 2017 Highlander and had my trade evaluated, etc. They were working on lending overnight, so I left without the vehicle. I went to Fowler Toyota just off the BA and Sheridan and they were able to not only give me more for my trade-in, but also took 4k off the exact car I was looking at Jim Norton, but the one from Fowler actually had a few additional options that the other lacked at a higher price. I was asked to come back in before I signed paperwork with Fowler to complete the deal because I was told they could make me a better deal. I went in there, gave them the credit union's name (that they didn't have if it hadn't been for me giving it to them that Fowler worked to find), and they asked for the same deal as Fowler, which the bank matched. However, unfortunately, they couldn't even come close to matching Fowler's deal, so it was a complete waste of time. Up until that point, the sales woman, Karissa, and sales manager, Steve Massey, was incredibly nice and wanted all the information from Fowler, which Fowler was fine with me giving. After I left when they couldn't match the deal, we realized the CU gave them a little bit of a decrease in the interest rate and with proof the CU would match it. When I reached out to who I "thought" had my best interest at heart and acted like they cared regardless if I bought a car or not, they told me they could not share that information. So, my conclusion, I am so thankful I did not end up purchasing with them because reading other reviews where they, too, complained that they were nice and then non-existent after the sale was complete, I truly believe that is how they do business. We are just money, not people. It's really sad to do business in such a way as that, as they will definitely not get any referrals from me, whereas before I had told friends and family to check them out... as no two car dealerships are the same and what they might not have been able to do better for me, they might have been able to for someone else. Fowler has been much more professional than Jim Norton and there is definitely tension and bad taste coming from Jim Norton's side. Thankfully, Fowler was more worried about getting me a good deal and finding the best for what I wanted, instead of bad mouthing the other dealership. Sometimes you learn the hard way, in this case, I'm thankful to say that although I saw their true colors in the end, I don't have to deal with them since I chose to buy elsewhere. Check our Fowler before making a deal at either place. Everyone at Fowler has been great before and after me signing my papers. Lesson learned.

Okay! So the first experience I had with JNT, I was pretty sure that I was NEVER doing business with them again. Yesterday, my mom and I decided to just go in there and ask a question and leave. However, I ended up driving off the lot with a brand new 2016 Camry! I have been saying I was going to get this car for the last 5 years and it has finally happened! Caleb and Kenny were TERRIFIC!! They were very understanding, to the point, and patient. I told Caleb that I wanted no funny business and I didn't want to waste my time. Although we sat there from 3pm-close, I'd say it was well worth it and I couldn't be happier with my new car! Ask for Caleb Dorsey if you want a great experience and a good laugh! Thanks JNT!

I have been waiting at least 8 months for a fuel pump to come in on a recall, my son got his repaired soon after he received the letter in the mail. My boss got his recall today and Fowler Toyota called and said they already have the part in hand( same recall). I would not recommend Jim Norton to anyone!!!

Luis was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and explained many of the features that I would have struggled to figure out by reading the book. I would have overlooked some of the information options without him showing them to me as well.
I was told I would receive a full tank of gas, which they did not do. It was 3/4 full so in the grand scheme of things I felt that oversight was pretty minor.

Another 5 stars for Jim Norton Toyota. I recently took my vehicle to the body shop for a minor cosmetic repair. Jerry Sides was very knowledgeable, courteous and explained the time line and process so I understood what to expect and how long it would take. It was the quickest and best experience I've ever had getting a repair taken care of during the course of 45 years that I've owned vehicles.

In this dealership, I was given various car options including colors (interior and exterior), car size, and features. Richard took the time to understand what I needed, he let me test drive two cars and explained thoroughly the features for each and he showed me different interior and exterior color options. Richard and Marne also gave me a good deal/discount on the car price that played a key role (besides I liked the car) in buying from Jim Norton Toyota. I recommend you make your last visit to this dealership when shopping for a car and you will notice the difference.

I worked with Richard Haase on the phone prior to coming out to the dealership. Richard was very helpful in finding me a car with all of the options that I was looking for. Later that evening Justin Mayer took over when I arrived at the dealership for a test drive. Justin was extremely kind, well educated on the model I was looking at and very patient in dealing with me during the negotiating process. He stayed well after closing time to get the deal done. I would gladly recommend Justin to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Driving into service bays and the greeter, she was SO nice! Being escorted inside to the customer service rep, who was an awesome guy. The waiting area, snack bar. The service rep finding me in the waiting room to tell me the car is ready. The restroom. The gift shop. Cleanliness & comfort and the waterfall. W-O-W, just wow! I want to come back just to relax and that's what I told all my friends, too!

When you are shopping for a car please check out Jim Norton Toyota. Misty McDonald made our shopping and buying experience a pleasure rather than a pain.
We saw a lease special online and wanted to check out the Toyota Tacoma. Misty showed me what was available on the lot. She went over all the features that I said I required. They were limited on inventory that day so the truck she showed me had more features and options that I actually required. Misty offered to get a different truck from another dealer. We decided to look at financing/lease options on this truck anyway. I told my wife it was going to be more than I wanted to spend. Misty came beck with figures that surprised me. I asked them for a little bit more help on the price and the payment came out perfect. We signed up on our new truck totally delighted with the truck and our experience.
Thanks and kudos go to Misty McDonald and Andy Curren, our finance manager. Great job!

Buying a new car I didn't think about how the service department would be. But now that I have experienced the worst service department I could think of I feel trapped. I have bought service for the next 7 years and regret it after my first trip to get the car serviced. I have been here for almost 2 hours just to change the tires. I made an appointment for a job that should take 15 minutes and now have wasted my entire morning! Very frustrated and not sure I would buy a new car from Jim Norton because I would have to get the first 5 years of service here.

Let me start off by saying , Jim Norton Toyota is THE BEST dealership I have ever visited. My situation had been denied numerous times by other heartless dealerships only because with my situation (trading a vehicle w/negative equity) required a little work. I called in , and got transferred to my salesman Stephen , I told him about my situation and he got right to work. We stayed in contact the entire time with continuous communication about my status. I came in two days later , with the deal already done and finalized! I test drove the vehicle Stephen picked out for me (which was more than perfect in reference to my needs and what I wanted in a vehicle) , I fell in love with the vehicle as soon as I saw it , It was clean inside, smelled nice, and full of gas ready for me to test drive. Stephen was very informative of the vehicle and its features , and even explained to me the main differences between my trade in and the new car I was purchasing. Then we headed to financing, which was a very smooth process, we worked with Sean who knows exactly what he is doing and is very informative on the financial end as well. Sean explained everything that I needed to know and answered every question I had and even went into great detail of the questions that I asked. After that, we walked outside to a very shiny , clean , loaded 2015 camry in which detail did a WONDERFUL job on. My car buying process from the time I called into the dealership to the time I drove off the lot was nothing but the best and I would personally like to thank Stephen Shafer my salesman, Tommy, who also helped greatly with making sure my situation was nothing but great , and last but not least Sean, in finance for being just an all around great person and helping me understand everything I needed to know. You won't be disappointed if you come to JIM NORTON!

On a cross country trip, our AC began smoking. We stopped at Jim Norton Toyota. They were welcoming of my daughter, dog and me. For our wait, we were sent into their showroom, dog and all. A young woman in the showroom, came over and informed us of free goodies in their food area as she also petted the dog. We were given an estimate of $180.00 for flushing and putting in new freon. The smoke was apparently due to the humidity and low freon. While we waited, cold water, coffee, tea and cookies were available. When the work was completed, the cost was actually $150.13. Yeah! below estimate. They were professional, caring and inviting. I would definitely recommend them to other Toyota owners.

I moved to Tulsa in 2013 with my 2005 Prius. initially living in Bixby. Jim Norton was the ideal location for service work. Easy to spot, giant facility, easy to navigate and lots of signage to get you to the right place.
Staff is friendly, and wait-area is open and comfortable. They have an affordable cafeteria with free cookies. You sit around shiny new vehicles that you can peruse while you wait for service to complete.
I moved downtown a few years back and tried another dealership, but ended up back with Jim Norton after a single visit with the other place.

Recently my Prius has begun to emit signs of age. My last visit I had a 'check engine light on'. Front desk told me $100 to check the engine, though that would be deducted if I have work done. Offered to rotate my tires with the oil change (which I'd normally do at Discount Tire, but wanted to save a trip). Was not told there was a cost involved (DT would have done it free).
When shown the report, and I decided to wait on repairs, it would have been nice to be reminded that I could have had one of the line items completed under that $100 initial investigation fee (I ran back and asked to have it down to a roll of the eyes and a I'll let the service dept know).

Despite this last trip, I will continue to use Jim Norton. I feel like this last visit was a one-off.

We just bought a used 2017 Highlander LE Plus over...

We just bought a used 2017 Highlander LE Plus over the weekend and noticed a chip in the windshield during the second time driving the vehicle. The chip had started to crack the windshield. I let our sales guy (Brennan- nice guy/good salesman) know that it was there and he said his managers response was that if there was a crack they would have REPLACED the windshield almost as if they are saying it was our fault or something that happened once we took possession of the vehicle! That was incorrect because if you look closely at the crack, you can see where they had just filled it with an acrylic (sloppily I might add) so that they could slap it on the lot as quick as possible. I understand when you buy a used car, that not everything is in its new state but because the salesmen are telling people that they replace things that need replacing before putting it out on the lot, it is assumed that they are at least a little concerned about the condition they sell their cars in. Don t let that sweet talk fool you if you go to buy a vehicle from them.
This is a SAFETY issue because repairing a crack in the windshield is ONLY acceptable if the chip hasn t started to spread or if it is done within 1week of the chip occurring. In the event of an accident, the force (even a very minor fender bender-due to windshield s condition), will cause the windshield to shatter. If they are not willing to correct this and make this right, I could very easily assume that Jim Norton would be taking full responsibility for any injuries this causes when the windshield shatters into the car. I have tried to be in contact but once they told me they weren t going to do anything and that it was basically our responsibility and our fault, they stopped responding even after I sent a close up of the damage and the short cut filling (NOT REPLACING like the salesmen say) the service guys took to get the car on the lot. I will now be thinking very carefully before I recommend them to anyone. My family and I have spent over $275k buying cars from them and countless dollars with service and maintenance on vehicles over the years and I will seriously consider before purchasing a vehicle from them again. Jim Norton needs to make this right!

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE SERVICE CONTRACT HERE. THEY WILL NOT CANCEL IT AND WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. This has been going on for quite some time for me. The hard and simple truth is they're avoiding me and hoping I go away because cancelling the warranty takes money out of the pockets of the dealer and the finance manager that did my paperwork.

You've been warned.

The moment my family and I arrived we were greeted by everyone as we walked through the showroom. Not long after arriving did a sales rep offer to assist us in finding the right vehicle for our family. My wife already knew which one she wanted so we did not take a test drive, and only spent 5 minutes looking for the color she liked. Our sales rep and his manager were both very polite and customer oriented, also the financing team, was very nice. They even gave our kids, and myself some cookies. We spent a about 3 hours there total, much faster than the other Toyota dealer in Broken Arrow. We were definitely impressed with the overall experience, and will be coming back for our future vehicles.

Let me start out by saying I do not write reviews. I can count on one hand the places that I would recommend and Jim Norton Toyota is at the top of my list. I have purchased 5 new vehicles from them over the years and it has always been a pleasure. It's hard to improve something that doesn't need improvement but in my opinion they're getting even better. I'd like to credit my salesman Luis Flores. He knows Toyota's inside and out, is a pleasure to work with, and always has time for me even if I stop in unannounced. Service manager Eric Cooper and the service department are the BEST. Service after the sale is very important to me. Jim Norton Toyota even exceeds my expectations. They always make me feel like a VIP even though I'm just an average customer. From sales to service to parts, you name it these guys are awesome!!!

Friendly service, however, horrible experience. Bought a used car and within a couple hours I had a serious, unforeseen circumstance arise that resulted in me needing to return the vehicle. I came back the same night and was told the person with the authority to make the decision on whether to take the vehicle back or not, wasn't available. So I returned the following day. After much research, and also after speaking with the GM, i learned that dealerships do NOT have to let you return a vehicle, regardless of the reason. That decision is left at the dealerships discretion. So, basically, Jim Norton CHOSE not to let me return it. I was forced to either keep the vehicle purchased or exchange it for another one. I had planned on coming back to purchase a Toyota in the future. Just not right now due to the circumstances. However, after this, i will never return here, nor will anyone that i care about. And while i was forced to purchase the car, i will be absolutely sure they DON'T get my business for the regular maintenance on the Toyota. Not because I've heard negative reviews regarding their service department but because I will not voluntarily do business with a company that does not make customer satisfaction a priority. I have always wanted a Toyota. I have one. It's really hard to be happy or excited about it when it was forced. Shame on you. Another company, another single person who holds the almighty dollar closer to their cold hearts than they do common decency or human regard.

I have absolutely nothing negitive to say about ou...

I have absolutely nothing negitive to say about our sales rep Robert Lynch. As far as finance and managers I have never felt, so jerked around and shoved to the side until I went here. We purchased a new 2018 tundra and pulled off the lot everything was fine. I kept following up with the dealership because I got nothing in the mail about making payments nor any paperwork to get my tags. Day after day.. 2 weeks after we purchased the truck I continued to call with no answers. Then come to findout the paperwork was messed up and needed to be resigned, so they made the drive to us to resign and we did. Two more weeks go by, were asking because our tags are going to expire and our payment is due and we have no paperwork at all. Finally they reach out to us, we messed up the paperwork the first 2 times, can you come in to resign it again.. for the 3rd time. So we drive another 2 hours there to sign the paperwork after a month of getting shoved to the side and no answers to resign. Apparently the finance guy who helped us was no longer working there so we met with someone else. I am already furious because of the 4 hour drive I had to make because of their 3rd mistake. I ask what is going to be done for us after all this hassle we have had to go there because of THEM. The finance guy says nothing this happens sometimes people have make the 4 hour drive a few times your not the only one this has happened to. BRUSHED US OFF LIKE NOTHING!! He downplayed it like we had no right to be made because people drive from everywhere he said an it happens. So they issues us another set of paper tags... again because we cant get ours because of paperwork. I asked the finance guy helping us well I want to speak to the manager this has been ridiculous and extremely frustrating, he replied " I can let you talk to him but he is sick of all this with your paperwork, he is going say take the truck or leave it" who in their right mind says that to anyone. They messed up we had resign paperwork 3 times, we had to make the drive, we had to push the truck payment dates. I asked if they were going to pay for my tags or something because of all the hassle, he says my manager told me just get you to sign and be done because we have other customers. We was nothing but polite the whole time, friendly and very respectful. But when I am purchasing a vehicle I want to feel like we matter after we purchase it, not shoved to the side because you your mistakes. As much as I hate to say it because not everyone there did this to us.. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. They do nothing to make things right, they still have yet to get all the paperwork turned in after 45 days so we cant make payments. I feel like they want us to Lose our truck at this point honestly. Who waits past 45 days to send papers over to a finance company. When asking to speak to a manager say that he is going to tell you take the truck or leave it he is busy. The most unprofessional, and rude stuck up people I have came across. I hate to even put all this because I never leave reviews anywhere, but I would hate for Anyone to go through what we have went through. Especially because our finance guy said, it happens all the time dont get worked up. I will not return here, even though alot of coworkers have asked where I have bought my truck because they love it, I cant send them to jim Norton of tulsa.

My lease is up today, and I've been calling in and gathering all of the necessary info to return my leased vehicle for the past three weeks. On two occasions I returned the calls from the dealership and told them that I was working on getting my new (replacement) car and I would schedule my inspection to return my car soon. I finally called and told him that I had bought my new car, and I was ready to bring my old one in. He asked when I'd like to come and I asked if 7 pm on a Monday would work. He said that it'd be fine. Once I show up last night, the people in the main dealership don't even know *who* would handle a lease return so they refer us to the used cars side. We get there, and the guy says, "Wow, nobody ever returns the leases.. I really don't know." After talking to a manger, I was informed that the lease return guy (one person) only works 9-5. So the person who'd been calling me for weeks on end, Jack, and who I'd told multiple times that I would not be buying a new car from them, totally ignored what I said and scheduled me for a useless appointment. I also work 9-5. So now I am having to take time out of my work day and leave early because this place is so focused on making a new SALE they completely ignored what I need. Glad I got my new (used) car across the street at Nelson Mazda.

I love Jim Norton Toyota! I have purchased four vehicles from JNT and have never been disappointed! Grant Geer was my salesman this time around and he did super fantastic. Grant took the time to go over all the safety aspects of the vehicle. Toyota has blown me away with all the new safety features they have added! THANK YOU TOYOTA!! Grant kept me in the loop during the whole experience. He made sure I was being taken care of even when I was waiting in the finance department. Buying a new vehicle can take a while. Don't go in to buy a vehicle and assume it's going to be like a drive through experience. Not if you want it done right. If you are wanting to get in and out...you probably should just wait until there is more time in your day. Everyone at JNT worked so hard and I'm not even sure if Grant got a lunch break. Kord was our finance manager, I'm not even sure if he ate a lunch either. But they were amazing every step of the way. I heard no complaining on their end whatsoever. Mike is the GM at JNT and he made sure to step in and look things over. Our entire team that day took the time to make sure I was happy. I am beyond blessed with my new vehicle. Take your time on the day you decide to go into JNT and purchase a vehicle...they will do the work and then some to make sure you, the customer, leave happy! Grant....Thank you for all your hard work on that pouring down rain day. You went out of your way to make sure I was getting what I wanted and that I was happy with it! ( Hopefully you didn't destroy your good shoes. ) Mike...THANK YOU!

Have to eat crow on my first review, thought the dealership sold me a vehicle with very out of date tags. It turns out the tag agency was to blame and charged me twice for my registration making the tags look almost 100 days expired. They were willing to pay me back for any incurred fees, and were very courteous despite my misunderstanding of the facts. Thanks Jim Norton!

9/19/20. On a trip from Kansas City to Norman OK we stopped at a QT. When we couldn t start our Highlander, we called 2 dealers before Jim Norton. They helped troubleshoot on phone and we were able to drive to their dealership to have the situation fixed. They saved us money and time. Thank you!!! I d recommend this dealership.

I recently bought a new car from Jim Norton Toyota and it has been a great experience. My salesman, Mark was very nice and even though he was brand new, he was helpful and asked questions for me. The finance manager that worked with me, Brian Smith was outstanding! He was nice and funny and very informative. He was great at helping me get the financing I wanted and keeping my payment at what I wanted to keep it near.
I bought the car on a Friday evening and we were there finishing at nearly 10 pm, when they had closed at 9:00 and he was totally relaxed and professional throughout the process. I decided to go with the extended warranty since they got me such a good deal on it and look forward to getting my maintenance and service done there. If it goes as well as so far, I plan to hang around and maybe do it again in a few years.

I just bought a 2019 tundra limited ordered the way I wished. My salesman was Jack Lawell. Jack took care of the deal with patience and professionalism and after a rough start got the price where it needed to be. Minor issue with the vehicle and Jack took care of the issue post haste. The sales manager Gibson Freter worked well with Jack and after some hang up got the deal done. Deal took longer than it should have but it got done. Roger Hensley took care of the finance work quickly and accurately with very good customer satisfaction. (Full disclosure Roger was my loan officer on several deals in the past). Haven't used the service dept yet and will update review when I do. I walked away from a deal last year and swore to never come back but Jack, Gibson, and Roger changed my view. Unfortunately I only got to see my new truck clean for an hour or so before the rain came

Edit: Came to get the 25000 mile service ( tire rotation). Asked to check the balance and was told that was an extra charge. This may be the last service I have here. Local shops check balance with rotation.

I took my Scion XD into the service department for a recalled item. They fixed the problem but also told me that my battery was bad and needed to be replaced. I told the service rep no thank you and took my car. It has been a couple of months and have had my battery tested twice and both times tested good. It seems to me that Jim Norton Service is dishonest and can't be trusted. I will never take my either one of my two Toyota cars back there to be serviced and in the future when I look to purchase they will not be considered.

Very disappointed, I've worked in the automotive ...

Very disappointed, I've worked in the automotive repair industry for last 20 years. When it comes to the wife's vehicle I'd rather her be able to take to the dealer for maintenance rather than me doing it at home or at the shop. For convenience and piece of mind. I purchased an overpriced truck with an overpriced warranty, but at least I wouldn't have to work on it . She does enjoy the truck and for the most part of the last two years it's worked out for me. BUT, the last two oil change and tire rotations have gone like this...
A phone call, wife on the side of the road, trucks vibrating badly... they forgot to tighten the lug nuts and one of the wheels was coming off. I had to go to where she was with a jack and a torque wrench and tighten the wheels.
Very next visit, I was with her and stressed the disappointment of the last visit, they reassured me it wouldn't happen again. BUT, this time on the drive home I smelled oil so I popped the hood to find an empty quart oil bottle crammed down by the oil filter and oil everywhere all over the engine.
These are simple tasks that I now have zero confidence in the service department to complete. I feel that I wasted a lot of money on a warranty . What if I need real repairs done ?
I was considering buying another Toyota next year but this experience has me second guessing that decision without considering another dealer.
I've never given a bad review before but I feel someone needs to address quality control in the service department. These are safety issues.
Not to be all negative, the dealership is nice. It has a very nice waiting area with coffee and snacks, nice restrooms and a waterfall.

Very willing to work with me. Even though I didn't buy they truck they didn't get upset about it. (Like the people from ADA DODGE did). Great managers, relaxed atmosphere, and Professional salesman. I could post on ADA DODGE's review how terrible they were with their customer service but they'd only pay to have the review removed; so I'm just going to say how unprofessional they are here. Have text messages from a rude salesman to prove it. Never go to ADA DODGE. Go to Tulsa's Jim Norton Toyota instead.

Bought my used truck here. Brandon helped me. Dude's worth his weight in gold! Showed me all the cool stuff it had, made sure I was comfortable while waiting on paperwork, etc. Retrieved and sent my Allstate Drivewise device to me I left there by accident in my trade in. Dalton in finance is a great guy too. Easy to work with and like Brandon, very well qualified at what he does. All in all, I'm very satisfied with Jim Norton Toyota.
