Friendly service, however, horrible experience. Bought a used car and within a couple hours I had a serious, unforeseen circumstance arise that resulted in me needing to return the vehicle. I came back the same night and was told the person with the authority to make the decision on whether to take the vehicle back or not, wasn't available. So I returned the following day. After much research, and also after speaking with the GM, i learned that dealerships do NOT have to let you return a vehicle, regardless of the reason. That decision is left at the dealerships discretion. So, basically, Jim Norton CHOSE not to let me return it. I was forced to either keep the vehicle purchased or exchange it for another one. I had planned on coming back to purchase a Toyota in the future. Just not right now due to the circumstances. However, after this, i will never return here, nor will anyone that i care about. And while i was forced to purchase the car, i will be absolutely sure they DON'T get my business for the regular maintenance on the Toyota. Not because I've heard negative reviews regarding their service department but because I will not voluntarily do business with a company that does not make customer satisfaction a priority. I have always wanted a Toyota. I have one. It's really hard to be happy or excited about it when it was forced. Shame on you. Another company, another single person who holds the almighty dollar closer to their cold hearts than they do common decency or human regard.
