Great experience from the begining. Purchased the Vehicle from Jim Norton despite the 450 mile distance form my home in Memphis, TN. No one could come close to the purchase price of my new 2015 Highlander XLE. Great customer service!!! Thanks to Justin Mayer, Thomas Hector, and Zach Pinney for making this a great experience.
