Great customer service experience. They even have ...
Great customer service experience. They even have a Java Dave's in the lobby giving customers free coffee and other assorted items.

They won't honor the sale price or the online price. They ended up looking up the nada value and raised the price of the vehicle. How there still in business I have no idea...
From the moment I drove into the service area until my car was completed I was treated great. All employees seemed to care and the work was done on time with no surprises. Great way to run a business!
Everyone was very helpful & friendly. They were really busy but car was ready in 1 hour.
I absolutely loved the salesmen on the evening shift and the finance team. Great and helpful group of people that kept things real and fair. I m loving the 2018 RAV4 LE.
It was a great experience buying from Jim Norton Toyota. I shopped a dozen dealerships in OK and Texas and no one could beat their offer. Brandon at the internet department made it happen.
Great place to buy a truck. and the service dept. is always friendly and helpful
Great Customer Service and consistent communication during the repair. We didn't have to call them to find out what was happening, they communicated with us.
Bought my car and realized a day after I had it the brake light didn't work. Went back, they didn't have the parts to fix it and are saying they gave me cash but for some reason will NOT give me the proof they say they have and what business hands out cash without some sort of paper trail or having the person sign for it. I try to have it resolved by Michael, one of the used car managers and he avoided my calls and when I finally got thru he said he would not give me the proof of this supposed money and hung up on me. If that's how Jim Norton does business and treats their customers, this is definitely the LAST TIME they will ever get money out of me! I do not recommend this place if you want to be treated right and if there is a problem, have people that will actually fix it instead of lying and avoiding customers calls.
Idk why I gave you guys two stars but I'm sure there was a reason if you want 5 stars fix my interest rate lol (I bought another vehicle from here and so far so good plus I got my interest rate dropped significantly)
They are costly but always first class service and with a reservation will provide a free rental or shuttle service.
Worst possible service. Don t trust them. They trick you into warranties and make fake promises to get sales. Service department is unfriendly and very unprofessional. Unfortunately I had to give them one star to write this comment
Great service. Bought my first Toyota 2years ago here, will definitely buy my next car here as well.
I was a first time Toyota owner 6 years ago! I purchased my first Tundra 4x4 and since then I purchased another brand new Tundra that I added at least $20,000.00 in upgrades (in store and on my own). Over the last 6 years I have come in to have my trucks serviced and my rep was always Brett Fry. I really like this guy! I feel like I'm speaking with a friend about concerns he or I might have about my truck and every time I come in he asks how my kids are by their first names. He's just one hell of a nice guy that represents your dealership like his personal business.
They have been good in the past but apparently have gone to this "no haggle policy" which to me means RUN. I shop and I haggle when I buy cars. This to me is a slap in the face. I'll come back when they stop this policy.
First let me tell you why I decided to go to Jim Norton Toyota in the first place. Been having my 2007 Camry serviced there for two years and they have been excellent in accommodating my needs to make the overall service experience as painless and carefree as possible. I was impressed that they had a comfortable space where I could work, have a coffee--make that a really great cup of coffee-nibble on a cookie or a piece of fruit and at NO CHARGE. Since when do auto dealers offer anything Free?? It was a pleasant surprise, so were the charges for the repairs. Yes, they did suggest some repair items that I didn't feel I needed at that time...but was glad for the suggestion and that they would actually note my file for the next service call to have the work done then. So when it came time to look around for another vehicle, there was no doubt in my mind that the first place I was going was to Jim Norton Toyota. I didn't have a lot of salesmen pounce on me like a piece of road kill for hungry vultures. Actually, by the time I was walking into the showroom, the manager had arranged for Gabriella McCall to shepherd me through the process of looking, suggesting, test driving. I was impressed with her because of her youth and, more importantly, her knowledge of the differences between the product line of truck chassis and auto chassis 4x4's. I thought I wanted a 4Runner, but her statement about comfort of ride and amenities, and a deft suggestion to "take it for a ride" cinched my destiny with a beautiful, new Highlander. Bear in mind that just ten days earlier, I was on an operating table at Tulsa Spine and Specialty Hospital getting a laminectomy....Comfort was on my mind in capital letters. I'm 66, owned probably 25 cars, or more, and was astounded at the comfort provided me in my Highlander. The power seat made all the difference in the world and I knew this auto was going home with me that evening. I met a lot of smiling faces that evening wearing the Jim Norton Logo on their shirts, and I realized the same excellent service shown to me by their Service Department also manifested itself in the new car sales team. By the way, with a little bit of charm, I was even able to buy the car for exactly what I wanted and they gave me a very fair price on my used Camry. When I went back a few days later to give them my title on the Camry and a lien release, I was met by more smiling faces that seemed genuinely concerned that my experience was nothing but "top drawer" and over the top to my satisfaction. So, Would I buy there again? Absolutely and I'd look for Gabriella McCall to make it work. I owe a big thanks to all of the employees at Jim Norton because they all, each and everyone, contributed to this very satisfying experience. Shop with the knowledge that they'll make it right, just as they did for me.
We drove 3 hours because we called in on a vehicle and was very interested in purchasing it. When we got there we test drive the vehicle with a salesman and loved the car. We started paperwork on buying it and when they brought it to us we noticed something was very wrong. The price we were told on the phone was $6,000 less than what they're paperwork was showing. It turns out the salws.an made a huge mistake and quoted a regular car when we were looking into a hybrid. Mistake happen. Okay. I get it. So he goes to his finance manager to explain what happened. Neither one of which was advocated for us after just waisting 5 hours of a Fruday night due to a mistake. I ask them to sell me the car, make this trip worth out time and they did absolutely nothing. They showed me 3p times how they came up with their numbers which u didn't care about. I simply asked them to make this trip worth our time. So when I reiterated that their salesman made a mistake which wasted 5 hours and a Fruday night the salesman proceeded to push blame off how he was never asked for the price on the Hybrid which my wife intervened and stated that she specifically asked for the 14 highlander hybrid. When my wife tried to intervene the salesman wouldn't even acknowledge her response so I had to then tell him he needs to listen to what my wife has to say and follow up with a "my wife isn't a liar and you need to acknowledge her and the fact that you're wrong".
Long story short I do not reccomend this dealership. We gave them multiple opportunities to make up for their mistakes and they were unwilling. I will never be using this dealership after driving Tiyota for well over a decade and having 6 in the family.
Purchase a truck here. Staff and facility is awesome. They agree to provide a remote starter on the car I purchase. But the remote starter was not the one agreed on. They sold me the car but after contract was signed and done. They install an OEM version remote starter and not the one I saw that we agree on. They get you done with contract and then install a cheaper version of a remote starter. If they couldn't install the one I wanted they shoulda say something and told me they can't put that one on the car I purchased. Will never buy from them again. They cheated on me and install a cheaper version. I don't know if this is worth taking legal action.
Update: December 1st 2017....took Laura advice and ask to talk to a manager, and no help. Asked for specific remote starter to be included on the deal and accessories department install remote starter that wasn't agreed on. Now I'm stuck with something I didn't agree. They say they will remove it free of charge and that all they can do. So is it fair that I will lose a $599 value agreement that wasn't honored? They install a different remote starter that I didn't agree on.
Had a great experience buying my 2012 Highlander! William Golden was a great salesperson who took his time with us and answered all our questions. This is my second vehicle I've bought at Jim Norton. I will definitely return again!
Jim Norton Toyota: Have the friendliest staff, they will get you in and out in a timely matter. The Staff will go over on the details of was needs to be checked on. They only repaired what was needed at this time.
I was made to feel welcome at each visit. It took 3-4 visits before I finally decided on a purchase and I never felt overly pressured. I didn't get any phone calls pressuring me to make a decision. Roger worked hard to get me the deal I wanted.
Had 2 different problems with this place.1. I received a recall notice in the mail from Toyota to replace a part on my car for free. I took it to this dealership and they did replace it for free, but my car started running really rough after that. They said it would for 2 days and then would calm down. It did for a month so I took it back and they told me that they would sell me a bottle of fuel injector cleaner that would take care of the problem. I said they should give it to me, not sell it to me since my car was running perfectly before, but after they did work on it vibrates like a motorcycle. They refused and I ended up buying the bottle. It helped the problem, but did not completely fix it and my car has never run the same since.2. My wife needed a new car after totaling hers so we looked here. I caught the salesman in a lie when dealing with me (he contradicted something that someone else said that worked there). I decided that it was time to walk away. I found the same car except 1 year newer and with 10,000 less miles on it for $3,000.00 cheaper through a private party. That is what my wife drives now.
March 2019 - For some reason it google would not let me add a new review so I am updating one that I created back in 2015. Everyone is so helpful at this dealership. They truly are the best ever! Service, Sales, Finance and Management are all great people and go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. I just bought my 5th car from them and I would not deal with any other dealership! Tyler Atkinson went above and beyond to get me the car that I wanted and I appreciate that.
Josh was wonderful! He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time and was very patience with us. My husband can be very difficult to deal with but Josh was understanding and never once appeared the slightest bit frustrated or annoyed. Honestly, I remember looking in the rear view mirror and thinking "That guy can hold his own with my husband and be so relaxed and talked to us both like we knew him forever". Maybe none of this makes sense and maybe it was just a feeling but whatever it is...he has it! It was the best car buying experience that I have ever had and would not hesitate to send friends and family his way. I posted on my various social media accounts the next day and gave his name, number and dealership because he was that nice. Any dealership would be lucky to have him but I'm glad he works at my favorite Dealership!
Slow AF. Just in for an oil change, only 2 cars in the garage, still can't have a simple oil change in less than an hour. Been here for 90 min+. Had to whip the horse to get them to actually pull the car out. Car was basically done. Techs too busy talking to lower the car. And they want to spend $500 in tires here....
I arrived early but was taken excellent care of right away by Beth. She payed attention to what I asked for, answered all my questions, and made sure I was happy with my purchase. This is my 2nd car through this dealership.
I found a car at their dealership on internet. Have never bought a car like this before. Kord Padilla walked me right through it. We had some issues on our end wiring the money and it was delayed several days. Jim Norton Toyota was very patient and repeatedly said, no worries the car is yours. They were polite and patient. I would not hesitate to by car on internet . Salesman Gary Wittenberg also keep taking my offer back to manager and made it happen, Good job all around!! Thanks
My wife and I bought our Toyotas from here, and we got the usual stereotypes -- high-pressure sales tactics, "extra services" that wind up costing more, non-stop calls begging us to sell us the cars back a couple years later, etc.
But I'm here to complain specifically about the service department. The battery on my wife's car died, but it was under warranty so we got it replaced for free. Yay! Except that battery died two years later. Okay, duds happen, so the dealership replaced it for free again. And then that one died two years later. Given everything else that's happened, I'm guessing that's not a coincidence. We'll be buying our next Toyotas anywhere else.
The worst dealership ever. The sales manager promises to bring a vehicle you order, but sells it to other person who wanted to pay more money and demand you to take the other vehicle without notifying the customer for 30 days. Pointed fingers and even raised voice to the customer.
True Unprofessionalism is all here! Upper management is so professional like the monkeys
We were quite pleased with our car buying experience. Devin Roberts was very helpful from beginning to the end of the deal. Marie Bowers the Business Manager made the whole financial experience easy. She explained everything we needed to know about our warranties and payments. Thanks again for the great experience!
Great experience! My boyfriend bought a car and got a great deal with no pressure.
Bought my vehicle from this location and I loved my salesman and the finance team. They were helpful and kind, and the location is absolutely beautiful
My experience with Jim Norton Toyota started after I had researched used autos that I thought my daughter might be interested in purchasing. Jake & Josh made our entire experience better than anyone could have imagined. Not only did they both work all day to find the right vehicle and the right financing they were very respectful, accommodating, and made this not so fun adventure a pleasure.
That being said, I had personally been ready to buy a new vehicle for a long time and just did not want to jump into the wrong situation. I had already done my research, 6-months long, and had an idea of what vehicles I wanted to look at and test drive. Once again, Jake was very accommodating at helping me find just the right one. I am not just talking about the make/model of the car but also with just the right features I wanted and the color. Example: I don t need something to assist me in backing up nor do I need a sunroof that I will never use, but I do need a seat that will move every direction you can think of so that I am not in pain. I am also not an easy person to please when I am entering into a contract and between Jake and Josh they managed once again to satisfy and impress me.
A little of my background so that you know I am not unfamiliar to car sales & business. I have been an Insurance Agent since 1993 and an accountant before that. My first 10 years in insurance were in personal auto/home insurance and then moved into commercial business; therefore, I have worked hand-in-hand with car dealerships for the last 19 years. When I tell you this was an excellent experience I know what and/or who I am recommending.
They really listen to your needs in a vehicle and what you are looking for as far as financing. I personally feel that my daughter came out of Jim Norton/Toyota with a quality used vehicle and a week later I came out with a quality new vehicle. I purchased the new 2014 Toyota/Camry SE 4 cyl. I was a little apprehensive in choosing the smaller motor, but I have been driving it for a week now and I am still in love with it. Yes, the 4 cyl was my choice for fuel economy, not something I was talked into.
It is not just Jake and Josh that made my experience with this dealership, it was the whole dealership. They all worked together to make this happen for my daughter and again for my husband and I.
Thank you Jim Norton/Toyota
Was happy at first but they made a huge mistake on paperwork then wouldn't take my calls or call back. When I get there to discuss issues they refused to compensate for their mistake. They claim they strive for return customers but after the experience I had I would say that is false.
Their sales department is FANTASTIC. I have purchased multiple cars from Jim Norton Toyota and I will continue to return in the future (I live in Nebraska for reference) despite it being a long ways from me. They really take care of you from beginning to end.
However, their service department is exceptionally subpar and unprofessional. I had pre-paid for around $500-600 worth of service and brought my vehicle in (all the way from Nebraska mind you) and they refused to work on it because my drivers license was expired.
Now, in my state, it is not expired. I have paperwork proving that it was renewed and that I do not require a new plastic license for another 6 months. When your license expires in my state, you have the option of paying a smaller fee for a 6 month extension on your license before needing to renew it and get a new photograph, etc.
They (the service department) said that they cannot rent me a vehicle with the expired license. After learning this, I went down to Enterprise and explained my situation and they were happy to rent me a car since I had proof that my license was, indeed, not expired.
Oh well. I will see if I can get a refund on my deposit ... I hope their business office is more like their sales department and less like their shady service department. It's not like I, a full-time student and full-time employee, can make the trip to Oklahoma regularly.
I recently purchased a new 2012 Toyota Prius at Jim Norton Toyota from sales person, Alisha Scott. Let me tell you, this experience was quite fun! A couple of years ago I had a horrible car buying experience in Norman, OK and I swore I'd never go to another dealership again to buy a car. Well my story has changed thanks to such friendly and helpful employees at Jim Norton. I absolutely LOVE my Prius! Thanks so much for all your help and the fun we had! Also want to Thank Nick Jones for his kindness and helpful information.
We used to really like this place, but the service department has failed this dealership three times in a row over the last six months. They seem to be very fond of the, "you're scheduled to come in for routine service, should cost $xx.xx", but when we show up, we "also" need brake line flushing for several hundred dollars, or some other non required service that was not mentioned on the phone.
Nicest show room I have seen in any dealership. Too bad as much attention was not placed on an organized customer flow through service and cashier desks. During busy periods both check in and check out process is disorganized to the point of being chaotic. With all service managers/cashiers on the phone it feels like winning the lottery when you are picked to be the person to be served next since there is no queuing system for either.
Small details such as balancing a tire after replacing the rim, or returning a car with speedometer set to KPH instead of MPH after service. Minor issues, such as these, cause return trips to the dealership. Return trips place you back in the lottery pool to see when you will be helped at the service desk. This happens too often for my taste.
After purchasing our previous two vehicles from Jim Norton, we purchased our last vehicle from an Oklahoma City Toyota dealer over the internet due to lack of response from internet sales. Internet sales will not provide serious sale offers or negotiate prices online. What a huge loss of revenue and possible repeat sale as more individuals shop online and are willing to drive for a deal. The loss of a sale must not be a major concern it appears. It s good to be the top Toyota dealership in Tulsa Oklahoma.
I bought a sienna from Fowler Toyota and decided to take it to Jim Norton Toyota for service because it was closer to my home. MISTAKE! After almost every single service, I had to take the van back to them several times to refix simple things (brakes, alignment). The last straw was the rack and pinion went out, they put an aftermarket one in and ever since then it's made an awful noise. I took my van to Fowler Toyota to get it checked out. They informed me that part of the steering had to be replaced, there were 3 different leaks that Jim Norton hadn't even mentioned and the rack and pinion was the noise issue and had to be redone using Toyota parts. What a bloody mess! I will never go back to Jim Norton ever again!
REVIEW UPDATE:
After Fowler Toyota figured out the rack and pinion that was replaced by Jim Norton Toyota was faulty, they called Jim Norton on my behalf and worked it out with them to get it replaced again via my extended warranty. Fowler Toyota completed the work on my van and Jim Norton Toyota made it right by paying for this to get completed.
Thank you Eric Cooper for all your help getting an answer for my issue. Your quick response has restored my faith in Jim Norton. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
Salesperson wasn't very helpful and was frustrating at times. Low sales pressure.
When I was negotiating the financing of my used vehicle I let them know I had already been approved by my lender. They asked to compete with the rate and I agreed. They returned to let me know they had secured a rate of 2.59% and I signed be contract. I was contacted later and told the rate would be 3.39%. I told them that was not the agreed upon rate. They cited several clauses in their contracts the enable them to engage in this deceptive practice but held fast that the car could not be returned. In 50 years of buying and trading cars I have never encountered this level of deceptive, dishonest, and unprofessional treatment by a dealership. I am writing this review and will tell anyone who will listen to find a
dealership with integrity. Needless to say, it took the pleasure out of buying
the car and we moved our business to a different lender.
Leave your car for service and don't wait on it. Service is sloooooow.
Rapid service, cafe and waiting area are very nice.
Mr. Wilford Friday jr. assisted my husband & I in purchasing the right minivan for us for the right price. We researched vans and shopped around for 5-7 months; Mr Friday was one of the first salesmen at a dealership we met and when his particular location didn t have anything we were interested in, he kept us informed any time something that fit our search parameters came into their lot. He was extremely professional, helpful, and not pushy the least bit; he bent over backwards to help us find the perfect vehicle for us! I highly recommend this dealership, and I urge you to ask for Wilford Friday to assist you! He s a good guy.
Courteous, knowledgeable staff who keeps in good contact while service is being provided; fast, efficient service at a reasonable price. I needed a small part replaced and they went to the trouble to go to another dealership to get the part specifically for my model of car. They could have replaced the part with what they had, but it would not have matched. I appreciate them going the extra mile to get the right part.
IF NEGATIVE 5 was something google allows, this Showroom will be in top 1st place. Unprofessional representatives and rude accounts department having no idea how to deal with a problem.
My friend bought a car several months ago and to most shocking they are yet to send the title. They lack so much in professionalism that they have the audacity to not pick your calls. Thanks god it was not me and I went to Fowlers.
We almost weren't going to purchase a car but I was very impressed by how well they helped us in finding a new vehicle. The experience met and exceeded my expectations. Our family for years has been buying cars from Jim Norton and after this last visit and purchase I plan on never looking anywhere else.
I checked in with Brett Fry in your service dept with a door noise problem on my 2014 Toyota Tundra Crew Cab. Mr. Fry immediately knew that my problem might have a simple cure so he grabbed a socket wrench and tightened a loose nut on my door. He could have easily checked me in and taken advantage of the situation with a service charge and I would never have known. He also showed me what to do if it happened again. There was no charge and they vacuumed my interior in the mean time. I thought he showed great integrity and honesty. I am definitely a repeat customer now.
I bought a car last week. They told me I had the balance of the factory warranty left on the vehicle. A few days later, while visiting another dealership to buy a spare tire kit, they informed me that I did not have any warranty. I went back to Jim Norton Toyota and informed them. They acknowledged that they told me I had warranty left, but that nothing could be done. Offered to sell me a Platinum Warranty at $1.00 over cost. That would have been over $2000. Knowing that , I would not have bought the car, initially. I will never go back!!! So, an update on my review. I was asked to call them or e-mail them. Needless to say, I did both. I called. Had to leave a voice mail. Emailed them, as well. Not surprisingly, I have not gotten a response to either.
We went to Jim Norton looking to trade in a Toyota for a smaller one. Our salesman, Russell, was great! They offered us what we wanted for our trade-in and were quick with the process. Customer service is top notch at Jim Norton!
If i were to wrap this review up in one word that word would be Awesome. If i were to say one name that made this experience awesome that name would be Kevin. Kevin helped us buy the perfect car that perfectly meets our current needs. Our 2012 Camry SE is a good car and Kevin along with other staff members made us more confident in our chose by giving us the facts about the car and educating us on its many functions. Awesome people. Awesome environment. Excellent.
I can highly recommend Jim Norton Toyota. I have purchased my last 5 vehicles from Jim Norton, working with experienced, professional sales and service members.
Painless - Most of the work was done via the internet with the capable help of your Internet Manager Joel Andreasen. Trade in value was established at the dealership to my satisfaction and the paperwork was efficiently completed by your Business Manager Sean Walsh.
This vehicle is the sixth Toyota product I've purchased since 1988 spanning four dealerships.
I recently leased a RAV4 from them and had a great experience. The staff was very helpful and did not mind staying late. Most important there was not any of the high pressure sales tactics I have had at other places. I will come back.
Fabulous service. Out of state and treated to accurate information and service.
I had exceptional service at Jim Norton. From the moment I pulled up to the time I bought the new 2013 Rav4, I was treated with respect from the most friendly sales staff in Tulsa. Michael and Tiffany were very knowledgeable on the new Rav4 and that helped me make my decision with the purchase. Zach in the leasing department was very friendly and made the sale go as smooth as possible. I highly recommend Jim Norton Toyota!!!
Great, simple and easy process and experience. Ask for Joe Krautheim in new car sales and Sara Knowlton in the finance dept.
Hey up, man!
Was able to go in & took care of business w/o any waiting or problems. That was great in itself! That was our visit consisted of.
z
Toyota parts and service. I've had an oil change a couple months ago and today I'm getting a tire patched because of a nail. The service is really SLOW!!! An hour and a half for the oil change and over two hours for the tire repair. I think you guys can do a little better with the facility at your disposal.
My shopping experience at Jim Norton Toyota of Tulsa was absolutely wonderful. Grant Geer the Business Manager was just amazing. 10 out of 10. If I could give him a higher rating on Google I would. He was just outstanding and very informative. Thank you again Grant Geer for the service and help.

Scheduling service is incredibly simple and convenient. The employees are very courteous and helpful and the waiting area is very nice. The free cookies are just icing on the cake. :)
Elizabeth Clemens was great. She was patient and really answered all the questions I had. If you want a calm and easy experience, I recommend asking for her.
Quickly helped us find a great vehicle that we love. Will be going back soon to trade-up a different vehicle!
I have been going for oil change at this dealership for past 2 years. They always put synthetic oil in my Corolla. After oil change they put 5000 mile reminder sticker instead of 10000 miles. I changed synthetic oil at 5K for last two years. They never told me to wait until 10K between oil change. When I found this in manual and asked the question then they started telling me that the sticker is for tire rotation and not oils change. If customer's oil is in good condition then why don't you recommend to wait. Seems like they want to take money any way they can.....
Eddie made sure I received prompt great service!! I also must say that I really do appreciate the large comfortable waiting area complete with snack bar and tv.
In and out service! Dakota in Service goes above, and beyond! Extremely friendly, as well as professional! The showroom and cafe make the wait enjoyable. I appreciate getting a call as soon as my car is ready. Great staff, and great system!
The sales person we worked with was Kamran Karimi, he was wonderful. Very patient and kind. I would Highly recommend him to my friends and family members looking for a new car. I also enjoyed working with Shane in the finance office, he was very efficient. He got us in and out in record time.
I just purchased a Scion xD on Memorial Day weekend. My service was prompt and the folks I worked with were friendly and cooperative. Car shopping is one of my least favorite things to do... My experience was more low-maintenance than I had anticipated.
I had the same vehicle for 10 years, and I needed to get a different vehicle. I saved up money for about a year and half to buy a used vehicle. Found one at the Jim Norton - Toyota dealership that was within my price range. I went to the dealership and took the vehicle out on a test drive. During the test drive, the engine died. The salesman and I spoke with the Service department, and they said the alternator would need to be replaced. I discussed the issue with the salesman, who was very polite and easy going. I decided that I would purchase the vehicle and replace the alternator myself as that was a simple fix.
After replacing the alternator, the vehicle continued to die randomly while driving, but I had purchased a warranty. I brought the vehicle to the Service department. They attempted fixes multiple times, but the vehicle continued to die after each visit. I dropped off the vehicle at the Service department for the 3rd time, the day before my warranty expired, and picked up a week later at the Jim Norton - Chevy dealership on Thursday. The following Monday the vehicle died twice on my 4 mile drive to work. Now that the warranty is expired, I can't get help to fix the pre-existing engine condition.
The people were always polite, but I feel cheated and rather frustrated. I spent all my savings on a vehicle with a partially functioning engine. I would not buy from the dealership again.
Rennsport is a great place to have repairs on Porsches, Audis, BMWs and other high-performance cars.
I cannot say enough good about this dealership. From the second you walk in or in my case start online they treat you with the utmost respect. The sales associates that I dealt with were more than exceptional. Richard Hasse was my online salesman I dealt with. He went above and far beyond anything I ever expected. The finance person I dealt with, Joel was amazing aswell. I will definitely be buying more vehicles from Jim norton. If you have bad credit don't be afraid to check them out. I have a very low credit score and they got me in a 2011 corolla., and the payments aren't outrageous. $269 per month. Definitely if you are looking for a car try these guys you will not be disappointed
We have bought several vehicles from Jim Norton and will continue to buy vehicles from them. They have great service and great salesmen all the way around.
I would like to thank all the people involved in our purchase of our new Toyota Camry. A very special Thank you to Omar and Calvin for tag teaming in helping us make up our mind on what exact car I wanted. Jim Norton has a spacious service waiting area and the complimentary food they offer is great. Over all we had a great experience at Jim Norton. Keep up the great work!
