I would not recommend using them for any kind of financing. They forgot to get proper paperwork from me (of which I was I unaware they needed), I called multiple times asking where my title was so I could get my tags finished. I was told several times that it should be sent out soon . The week before my paper tag expired they called me claiming they had been calling me for weeks and they needed proof of my address. This was a lie. I never had any calls nor voicemails from them needing anything from me. So, I sent the proper documentation in and was told to come by the next week to pick up my title. I go one week exactly to pick it up, the finance director tells me it s not ready and that I would have to come back another day! I m sorry but I just drove out here and now you re telling me it s STILL not ready. (Meanwhile my paper tag is expired). After I showed my frustration the director said he would have it delivered to my work the next day. Literally never heard from them, I called at 3 pm and nobody knew what I was talking about! Kevin, who is never in the office, was supposed to have it handled. At the end of all this drama we had to have someone from there meet my husband at a random gas station so I could get a new unexpired paper tag. Literally the WORST car buying experience I have ever had. AND they still have my license plate and free car wash gift card for my troubles.

Everything is clean, neat, and there was no wait to get my car checked in. My car had a warning light telling me that it needed service. I assumed that meant an oil change and maybe the tires rotated. Kevin in service told me I didn't need my oil changed yet and told me what the car's service message actually meant. He told me how long it would take and cost. I happily went to the lounge/waiting area. That area is a great place to have to do any waiting! Tables, chairs, complimentary beverages, cookies, and WiFi.

We needed a new car immediately after our 4Runner broke down. As soon as we got to the dealership we found the new car that we had been looking for! We got to test drive it after hearing about all of its awesome features and decided it was the best car for our growing family. The customer service was great from all of the staff helping us! The facility was very clean and pretty. Overall we had a great experience!

It's always been a pleasant experience to go to Jim Norton Toyota and most especially the Service Center. I purchased my car there and have had all maintenance done there most recently September 12. I was greeted from the time I pulled into the service area and walked to a service advisor Brett who very pleasantly went over my reason for being there and recommended services for my vehicle and approximate time frame for services being done . He invited me to coffee and cookies in wait area and called me when my car was ready. Pleasantry, courtesy and professionalism will alway get my business. Happy camper!!

Was new to the Tulsa area and needed an oil change...

Was new to the Tulsa area and needed an oil change on my Toyota. They suggested extra work be done, several flushes and sold it like it was "recommended" by Toyota. Not cheap, but I bit the bullet and had them done. Come to find out it was NOT recommended by Toyota but by them!!!! The next 2 or 3 times I went to have my car serviced, they would trying to tack on extras that drove the bill up. The final straw was when my wife brought the car in for servicing and they totally tried to take advantage of her. They quoted her one price for tires and then tried to tack on all these extra fees telling her that "someone had forgotten" to tell her about, driving the cost up! Then they tried to charge her for work that needed to be done but should have been covered under the extended warranty plan we purchased. They claimed they couldn't find her in the Toyota system. We had to call the dealer back east so he could clue them in and provide them with the information from the Toyota Corp.extended warranty. Totally unhappy with the whole 4 hour experience. Will never go back, will tell people to stay away. I had one person contact me after the final fiasco with a weak apology, more excuses, but no reasonable rectification for the bad experience and hassle we were given.

I took my 2007 Toyota Tacoma in last Saturday for oil/filter change and tire rotate and balance. My tires were inflated to 45 psi, way too much. They should be at 29 psi as marked in the label inside the driver's door. This is careless. I check my oil to be sure they put some in. I left voice mail with no reply.

I'm very impressed by the quality of service offered at Jim Norton Toyota in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I would highly recommend Gabriella McCall and Michael Hoover to anyone who is planning to buy a Toyota. Both of them are extremely professional, helpful, knowledgable and have the latest tech on them to answer any question you may have. They listened to my needs and expectations and most importantly were not at all pushy. The result was a beautiful Camry and a feeling of utmost satisfaction. Truely exceptional experience!

Customer service was excellent. They staff was very professional and courteous. My car needed to stay overnight and they provided me with a rental car. When I came to pick the car up the next day it didn't start. They made sure my car was running and everything was fine before giving it back to me. I did not have to ask for anything, they took initiative and made sure I was well taken care of. Thank you Jim Norton Toyota.

Invested 8 days trying to purchase a 2012 Toyota RAV 4 for my wife. I did the research, knew exactly what I was looking for, and the target price I was willing to pay. The buying process put me in contact with 26 Toyota sales folks at dealerships in a OK and Texas. Of those 26, ONLY Brandon Lewis at Jim Norton Toyota LISTENED to my requirements and DELIVERED. Took about 10 minutes from first contact to closing the deal....over the phone! Brandon's ability to listen, communicate transparerently, and proactively serve a customer were remarkable. The buying experience with Jim Norton Toyota was impressive in every respect. Need a new Toyota without all the typical sales gamesmanship, call Brandon Lewis at JNT.

Had a great shopping experience. Mike layton was great to work with. He worked hard to track down the exact truck i wanted, and have it shipped in within a day or two. Jonathan Reimbold in the financial dept worked hard to keep my payments within what i wanted to pay, and to streamline the loan process. I would shop here again without a second thought.

I had planned on buying a new car in late November, so I started shopping in early October. I started online, and began working with Robert Blocker. I told him upfront I was just shopping, that I wouldn't be ready to buy until late November. He was not pushy, and he answered all my questions- needless to say, I left with my new Avalon October 7th... and I love it! The total experience working with Robert as my sales associate, and Sean in finance was awesome! I've been a Jim Norton customer since 2002, and am very pleased and satisfied. The dealership is very clean and comfortable while waiting for service to be done too! Thanks Jim Norton and all of your staff. Teri M

We have purchased several vehicles and have had a great experience on purchasing until the last one! We have owned this truck for a little over a year and since February 20th it has been a mechanical nightmare! I dont think our family will be purchasing anymore used vehicles from Jim Norton. The only reason i am giving 2 stars is because David Holmes in the service department not only made the nightmare tolerable but was very kind and patient every time we had to return this truck for repairs!!
UPDATE: I was contacted by a manager who wanted to "make this experience right" and i was asked to come down for an appraisal for the mechanical nightmare and left feeling worse about the dealership than i did before any of the problems started! Blaming Ford for a vehicle you sold me is not "not making this experience right" nor is trying to sell me another vehicle and taking mine at half what i owe! Thank you for those at the dealership that actually helped, but we will not be doing any more business here!

I sell cars out of state, and I was looking on behalf of my sister and brother in law. We found a car online, and I called about it. I got a guy named Kylen, who was very easy to talk to, and called me back about everything. I was asking for pricing and quality, and the sales manager (Eddie) himself called me back and spoke to me for a long time. They were extremely honest and upfront about everything. He told me what he could do for my sister when she came in, and then after we discussed everything, he gave her $200 more off when she got in there! My sister even took the car to Christian Brothers Automotive to check it as our family has always done, and they told her to buy the car ASAP!
Sales person and sales manager treated us very well, and I will suggest this dealership to all my Oklahoma friends.

I've bought vehicles here, and so has my dad. Won't ever be back. Buzz as a Sales Manager, is a little to arrogant and big headed. If you buying a used vehicle here......your not getting the deal you should, but you'll definitely get a lot of attitude from someone who doesn't care about you, because "He is the biggest used car dealer around, buys and sells hundred of cars a month, and knows what he's doing." I don't buy from people I can't trust. That's okay......I won't be back here. There are a lot of good dealers out there still.

I went to have my radio serviced since it does not work any longer and explained what was going on to the technician. Not only did they NOT listen, but treated me as if I was stupid! After waiting an hour and a half, the technician comes out to let me know the same information that I already described to him! Nothing was done to remedy my issue at hand but they offered to sell me a $1000 radio to be installed which I declined. This place will NEVER get my business again and I always suggest to my friends and family the same advice! Toyota is selling cars with bunk radios manufactured by Gracenote which is a low end product with high end prices and Toyota knows about the defective issues and still offer no remedy!

We purchased a warranty for our jeep that we purchased from Jim Norton. We were told it was for windshield repair and replacement. When we went to use the warranty I was informed it was for repair only. My claim was denied. Watch why you buy as far as warranties go. You may be told one thing and get something else. Very disappointed with Jim Norton at this time.

HORRIBLE, ZERO STARS NEEDS TO BE AN OPTION FOR THEM!!! I brought the car in for some work to be done as suggested to do when I bought the car from them 4 years ago, plus I bought the extended warranty and thought this would make things easier. Well, the first thing they manage to do is break the key off into the steering wheel dash. They called me as I pulling out of the driveway about this incident. 2 hours later, they called back stating they cannot do any of the work on my car from which I brought the car in for. They stated that they would need to take it to Bill Knight down the street and I would be contacted to follow up later on. As the day came to an end with no call from either, I try Jim Norton first, no answer. I call Bill Knight and there is not a ticket opened under my name, Jim Norton, nor any cars like mine there. The Lady talks to some guys in the shop to which some were busy with customers so she gets my information down and says she'll call me back. The next morning I call Bill Knight and finally get the right person who tells me it will be two to three days before they can even look at it. I try calling Jim Norton back as Bill Knight is needing a key to even clear the anti-theft codes. I thought it was logical for Jim Norton to replace the key that was broken by their service guys and we needed to get that done... after a lot of leaving messages and only getting two calls back stating this is a wearable part and is required in their scope of work therefore will not be paying for it but they will talk to the boss and contact me back . Every time I waited an hour or two for them to contact me back (once driving to see them face to face with the same, we'll contact you back speech) before I d call their boss myself.

I started off with David A. Holmes who was in charge of my serves, after leaving a message the next day, he called me to give the it s a wearable part speech and he would check with his manager . I ask him to have the manager call me so he would not be the third party and streamline this issue. No call after 2.5 hours. I drive to Jim Norton to try and settle this as it was starting to really take up my time. I talked to a manager named Brian Burdette, who gave the same line, we ll call you after I talk to my boss . 2 hours passed, no call. I call back asking for the sells manager, he says that it seems weird that they wouldn t replace the key but he is in sells and cannot help me but to try Eric Cooper or Greg Foster. He transfers me to Greg who, guess what, doesn t answer. I leave a message and call back for Eric. Eric actually answers the phone (shocker there) and goes on with the same line that it is a wearable part . I ask how this can be avoided in the future as the car is not even that old and the keys have not been dropped or degraded any. He clearly states it is not unavoidable and is just something that happens. I ask him how that is ethical and he replies it s the same as if they started the car and the fan belt broke. I was then curious about if this same guy ran the car into a poll? He replies that they would pay for that as it is user error , but if someone was to rear-end my car on the line it would be my problem. I didn t think to ask if he was talking about his own serves technician...

So if you want your breaks changed, your tires rotated, and your key broken, that is in their capabilities.

If you want your AC clutch replaced (which I can even do in the garage with just renting tools from O Reilly), your gear changed out on an AC flap inside the dash (which I can do, normal tools), your steering wheel to stop shaking (probably a bad tie rod, also can do but need alignment after), or water pump replaced (easy to do), don t take it to Jim Norton. All they can do if break your key, waste your time, and leave your car in a parking lot with you $185 less in your pocket.

I was highly surprised and impressed with the level of service and professionalism during my recent purchase. I worked with Darren Playford over the internet, who very quickly responded to a quote request. More important, he not only rapidly countered a lower competing offer, but convincingly explained why Norton was a better overall deal (not simply cost). Darren was very upfront and presented the exact out-the-door price he quoted me. I kept looking for all the typical add-ons but they were not there. Next went to Zach in finance, and I thought, okay here it comes. Again pleasantly surprised, as Zach was professional and not pushy. Amazingly, the cost remained the same I had been quoted and we were done in ~15min. Zach also did a good job explaining the service options available at Norton, and while I typically avoid the dealership for routine maintenance, given my experience during the purchase I am actually planning on using you guys for this vehicle. Would definitely recommend Jim Norton Toyota to anyone looking for a new car.

Went in to trade my vehicle for a used truck. I was helped very quickly. Looked at a great truck. When it came time to go over things all I asked for was paperwork for my bank. I waited 25 mins for him to get back with me. As I waited a female customer came in wanting to sell her car. Didn't pay much attention to it. After she left, I overheard a group of salesmen making dirty jokes about her. Very unprofessional and inappropriate. After the salesman came back he showed me the numbers and continued to tell me my bank couldn't do any thing for me and said " I can't help you." I tried to negotiate with the values and he wouldn't budge. He asked about 10 times if I hade a down payment even though I said I didn't the first time he asked. He wasn't willing to work with me. I asked for paperwork for my bank anyway. He brought me back papers with different numbers than what he originally told me. When I asked him about it he said "I was just rounding numbers."

The next day I got a text from someone about how my visit went and I explained the whole situation. She informed me that someone would be in contact with me about the experience and I haven't heard from anyone since. Very poor experience. I will not be going back.

I am very well pleased at my experience with Jim Norton Toyota. Robert Blocker is a very professional salesperson and I highly recommend contacting him if you are interested in purchasing a new vehicle. He was courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. He was always available at my convenience through multiple communication channels, even outside of business hours -- responding to texts at 11:00 at night! I had a lengthy, methodical decision making process over the course of a month and I never felt pressured in any way; he let the process occur at my pace and ensured that I was comfortable with my decision. The 'final paperwork' experience (different personnel involved, not Robert) however, was less than stellar. Otherwise, I would have given a five star rating.

This place is awful. Have had two visits. First one they lost my name in their appointments and was made to wait 5 HOURS to change a tire. My first trip was a nightmare. Drive from McAlester . Sit there for hours. I have platinum extended warrenty. Had to get mgr cause they wanted me to come back in a week. Finally got a loaner but my warrenty covers rental. They charged Toyota for a rental . Dishonest. Second trip for A/C. Had I known they were just going to stick a thermometer on my vent to test it, I would have let my car cool off for an hour or gotten an afternoon spot. They said to come back when it's 100 degrees. Gee thanks yet my air conditioning is covered ??? Never go there again. Just ridicules!! Tried to tell me my air won't blow cold while car is idling. I'm pretty sure I knew more that him. The poor old man just needs to retire. Of course I'll need a new car eventually but it's a 2011 with only 50k miles .

Our Salesman really made our experience a great one. We were indecisive about which vehicle we wanted, and he was patient and encouraging. He test drove many cars with us and always had a smile and great since of humor! Without him we might have walked away because we just couldn't decide on the perfect vehicle. We had so much fun with him that day, we actually referred someone to him that same day and they bought a car too. We also got through the finance department really quickly!

I went in to the store and found a used car I liked the salesman came out and he said they would not even work a deal on the car made no sense, then we went over to the new car side and the managers took forever to come up with a quote which was not acceptable. I went home and the second day I called the manager and said I was being treated poorly. Then they worked a deal on the car the day before I liked but called me with a deal hours later and said someone driving it out now. I was at work. So they sold it. Then they were suppose to get back to me on another car. Never did. Very poor service. Go to Fowler Toyota. Treated with respect and had a good salesman and manager. Jim Norton getting to big your just a number if that. I was upside down and if they didn't want to work with me they should have told me. It was a workable situation.

Was looking to buy a car after we close on our house so I wanted to figure out what I was going get. After saying I will be back in two weeks to get a car I was pressured by the used car manager to just do it and there wasn't any way my home loan would be effected with a new line of credit. Good thing I knew it was BS and confirmed with my load officer. This will keep me from going to any Jim Norton if this is the type of managers they hire. The salesman was great though, just the manager.

My father had called a couple of days ago and was inquiring about purchasing a 2018 Toyota Sienna SE from here and was quoted over the phone the price was $35,000ish and was told to come in and check it out as that was not the final price. When he went in today to look at it and negotiate the price they started quoting him $38,000ish and finally come down to $33,999 with rebate. Come to find out that you can t get special financing rate with the rebate on there. So he gave a last offer with $33,999 and get the special financing rate to they re manager Tyler Booth as that s who gave my father the last offer. So instead of being polite and decline the offer Tyler berates my father and walks away saying we don t want your business go somewhere else. Just cause my father who is a successful business can t fluently talk in English does not give Tyler or anyone to talk and treat him like that. So if anyone is thinking about going to this dealership I would tell them don t. Apparently they don t know how to treat potential customers.

*DO NOT BUY OR BRING ANY VEHICLES FOR SERVICE* I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a used truck from this dealer in May. I was told when signing that the $4,000 extra warranty covered drive train as well as some extras. I took my truck in for an oil change in August and it was noted that a seal in my differentials was leaking (it s not supposed to) but they did not offer to fix it. Fast forward to today and come to find out that I was lied to and that the $4,000 warranty ONLY covered windshield cracks and tire replacements. I then picked up my truck from them to take it to a different dealer and when I started driving I noticed a rattling sound that had not previously been there pre-dealership drop off. I looked up and the whole casing on the roof (where your sunglasses case and interior lights are) was now falling off and would not stay. We immediately contacted the dealership and they blamed me saying it was all my fault and they would not fix any of it and that I should have read the fine print and I would have seen they were lying. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED AN ATTORNEY. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE AT ALL.
