I moved to Tulsa in 2013 with my 2005 Prius. initially living in Bixby. Jim Norton was the ideal location for service work. Easy to spot, giant facility, easy to navigate and lots of signage to get you to the right place.
Staff is friendly, and wait-area is open and comfortable. They have an affordable cafeteria with free cookies. You sit around shiny new vehicles that you can peruse while you wait for service to complete.
I moved downtown a few years back and tried another dealership, but ended up back with Jim Norton after a single visit with the other place.

Recently my Prius has begun to emit signs of age. My last visit I had a 'check engine light on'. Front desk told me $100 to check the engine, though that would be deducted if I have work done. Offered to rotate my tires with the oil change (which I'd normally do at Discount Tire, but wanted to save a trip). Was not told there was a cost involved (DT would have done it free).
When shown the report, and I decided to wait on repairs, it would have been nice to be reminded that I could have had one of the line items completed under that $100 initial investigation fee (I ran back and asked to have it down to a roll of the eyes and a I'll let the service dept know).

Despite this last trip, I will continue to use Jim Norton. I feel like this last visit was a one-off.
