Very disappointed, I've worked in the automotive ...

Very disappointed, I've worked in the automotive repair industry for last 20 years. When it comes to the wife's vehicle I'd rather her be able to take to the dealer for maintenance rather than me doing it at home or at the shop. For convenience and piece of mind. I purchased an overpriced truck with an overpriced warranty, but at least I wouldn't have to work on it . She does enjoy the truck and for the most part of the last two years it's worked out for me. BUT, the last two oil change and tire rotations have gone like this...
A phone call, wife on the side of the road, trucks vibrating badly... they forgot to tighten the lug nuts and one of the wheels was coming off. I had to go to where she was with a jack and a torque wrench and tighten the wheels.
Very next visit, I was with her and stressed the disappointment of the last visit, they reassured me it wouldn't happen again. BUT, this time on the drive home I smelled oil so I popped the hood to find an empty quart oil bottle crammed down by the oil filter and oil everywhere all over the engine.
These are simple tasks that I now have zero confidence in the service department to complete. I feel that I wasted a lot of money on a warranty . What if I need real repairs done ?
I was considering buying another Toyota next year but this experience has me second guessing that decision without considering another dealer.
I've never given a bad review before but I feel someone needs to address quality control in the service department. These are safety issues.
Not to be all negative, the dealership is nice. It has a very nice waiting area with coffee and snacks, nice restrooms and a waterfall.
