Receive reminders for the year 2009, That payment has been paid for a long time. You can imagine that I have no communication about this anymore !!! I missed the communication of a payment and that's how I ended up at Intrum. My own fault but I thought I just pay the amount.

Now I have been on hold several times and indicated via the contact form what my correct contact details are. There would be a payment link but it never came?

Having to call every time while I am just working during the day and especially not getting cooperation from Intrum is very disappointing. The rating here on Google is therefore more than justified! I give the same appreciation because Intrum will have to take many steps regarding communication to consumers and the settlement of outstanding amounts (both small and large).

Very questionable company. Purchases outstanding claims and then randomly scares people with wrongful reminders. Whether you just want to transfer an x amount..with a discount (!), Then again .. Joke makers.

The company can not be reached, you have to stay on the phone for hours if you want to get someone on the phone. Once you have someone, they pretend to listen to your story and start helping. What poor customer service. Literally had to continue and lead the conversation himself, making it a very uncomfortable conversation on the phone. Such a dull tone, jesus, how do you find such people on the phone.

Poor customer service. I have been busy converting address data for years. But invoice is still sent to old address. Many called / mailed but they do not arrange anything. I said I only pay when the invoice is correct but unfortunately.

Although I certainly believe that people here are more likely to speak negatively about this company given their services, I can honestly say that I was amazed by the way the mrs act on the phone. This week I received a "forgotten" collection order from 2011! Just under 200 to be precise. The client / customer of Intrum where I had this note open did not know what they heard! They therefore do NOT support this approach of Intrum! Tip: always seek contact with the client in case of incorrect actions. And record the conversation! As a citizen you can record without prior notification!

Very nice company to engage if you have unpaid invoices and the customer does not respond to anything, have no need for apologies or talk. Satisfy the outstanding claim is all you need to do.

Kamernet is a scam company that uses Itrum as their collect agency, I don't trust anyone that does business with Kamernet. Contractual traps shouldn't be considered valid. And a collect agency that supports this is just as evil.

Terrible agency, and not only because of debt collection. Employees were very unprofessional and disorganized. Multiple employees contacted me at various times with different information. They also would not provide me with evidence of the case. Once payment was sent, they contacted me 3 more times stating the payment was not received, even after I sent a proof of transaction to their email. They had some how misplaced the payment and the proof of payment sent to their email.

Got a letter that I would have a payment delay of 14.05 at a store. With all further costs, that became just under 85 . Call the store, ask if she's ticked over to send a debt collection agency after me for less than a minute from the store. She, Debt Collection? Have not hired debt collection.

I call INTRUM. Hopscotch on the other side who thought she was GOD in person. Blablabla, blablabla and more blablabla. Last month received a letter from this organization with a claim from 2011. It turned out to be a mistake and not intended for us. Get 2 letters of claims from 2013 today !!!! The client is a totally unknown company to me.

Fake company operating incasso scams. Do not give your personal information to them. Ask instead for this company to provide your customer account number of the company they say you owe money to so that they can prove that a relationship exists or exited between you and the company they say they are collecting for. Intrum were unable to provide either an account number or an invoice to prove a contractual relationship exists or has ever existed between myself and the company they claim to be collecting for. This is really a terrible company. I have been receiving various reminders with different payment dates, amounts and completely unknown data for four months now. The company can not be reached from a meter, on their stationery there are other times when they can be reached than on the site and in their voicemail. They connect endlessly and sometimes leave you on hold for half an hour. Now four months after my first reminder, I still receive letters by mail and e-mails for a payment that is completely unknown to me. what a ridiculously bad thing.

My parents receive collection letters from this company for a company in a city where they have never used to. Payed off a bill months ago and now they come claiming I still have to pay collection fees! Years ago I had a problem with a magazine subscription. I had canceled but apparently cancellation had not arrived. In a short time it came into the hands of Intrum Justitia, but cannot be reasoned. Received a letter from this company, and said something was wrong with T-mobile company back 2011, that i have to pay 700euro for 6 months mobile bill for 2011, and the funny thing is, i came to the Netherlands 2012, so just to warn people who get letters from them, please be careful with internet!

I think there should be a punishment for sending a bill in which you mention you have to pay in 8 human days (or else) and personally not being able to answer your e-mail in 10 working days. I sincerely hope Volkskrant will bring their business elsewhere.

Really a ***** organization. An email sent in 2018 and then in 2019/09 and still no answer. Hang on the phone for hours and still no response and nobody answers. I'm just going to appeal !!!!

Get bothered by this organization about Telfort bills that have not been paid. Because of their threat I have already paid bills that were not even entitled to and guess what ,,,, now half a year later they continue like this. They say that I have to get redress from Telfort and they say everything has been handed over again, we cannot see anything. A THICK 1 for both companies. Got a call today but couldn't answer. Did they leave a half "voicemail message" which was a tape with an 088 number that I had to call because I would have an outstanding account. Never received anything in writing and as far as I know I have no account open anywhere. If you go to their site and call the 088 number (which is different from "recorded") you will get another band that no one is available and the connection is broken. Stinks of a scam in every way!

Update: someone finally spoke. Turned out someone had listed my phone number on a vacation auction site but never paid. Had a good conversation with Intrum Justitia and after a short explanation and passing on my details, everything was solved without too much trouble.

Grade: 1/5 for the initial contact. A 5/5 for the second contact and the solution.

Despite the many bad reviews, I do not share this experience at all. Intrum speaks to me with respect and empathy. They are also understanding and they help me think about how I can best solve my situation. This saves me a lot of stress!

This company has bothered me for years with reminders and injunctions from someone else. I gave these scammers a cookie of their own dough and dragged them to court! This of course gave me the same. Of course, they had to pay the costs of the proceedings. They never dare send a reminder to my address. That is the only way to tackle these rats! (rat poison doesn't help)

Lousy company where you are constantly stalked with emails about a payment that was already paid months ago. They asked for proof of payment and have now emailed 3 times with the proof of payment and I constantly get back that there is no attachment. If I couldn't give stars, I would.

First: This company sends reminders without any investigation and passes orders to bailiffs without knowing for sure that they are approaching the right person. Do this in a very aggressive way.

It is outrageous how you are sent from box to wall here and then spoken to by very unfriendly employees who do not take any effort or time to listen to your story. A big X for me. "We are here to help you ..." too bad it is just words.

It is outrageous that a renowned debt collection agency such as Intrum Justitia provides its services to the fraudulent practices of: Toeslagen Request BV (which charges you EUR 40 if you think you would like to request a surcharge through the tax authorities) to deal with bona fide companies and refuse these types of rogue, deceptive companies as customers!

I tried to deal with a defaulter twice via Intrum. Both times the debtor has paid the amount to Intrum, but Intrum NOT to me! The first time I had to wait 8 months for my money (after the debtor had paid the amount). This would be a one-off due to an internal error. The second time I have to wait after 6 months and have called a debt collection agency every week. Again, Intrum does not respond. I strongly advise every company to work with Intrum !!!!
