Years ago I had a problem with a magazine subscription. I had canceled but apparently cancellation had not arrived. In a short time it came into the hands of Intrum Justitia, but cannot be reasoned. Finally agreed with the first party that it would be waived. But even 7 years (!) Later after it has been resolved, I still get reminders from Intrum Justitia to pay. This even after I have repeatedly stated that "the debt" is settled. I conclude from this that their administration is a mess. Do you wish your customers such a poor service?
