The company can not be reached, you have to stay on the phone for hours if you want to get someone on the phone. Once you have someone, they pretend to listen to your story and start helping. Then you hear nothing from them and you get a reminder a few days later. You will receive a letter at home with an incorrect telephone number. Current number I get through Holiday Auctions. It is a shame and unjustly all those bills that they send and create. I apparently won something at Holiday Auction, which I never had an email with congratulations ..
