I tried to deal with a defaulter twice via Intrum....

I tried to deal with a defaulter twice via Intrum. Both times the debtor has paid the amount to Intrum, but Intrum NOT to me! The first time I had to wait 8 months for my money (after the debtor had paid the amount). This would be a one-off due to an internal error. The second time I have to wait after 6 months and have called a debt collection agency every week. Again, Intrum does not respond. I strongly advise every company to work with Intrum !!!!
