Although I certainly believe that people here are more likely to speak negatively about this company given their services, I can honestly say that I was amazed by the way the mrs act on the phone. This week I received a "forgotten" collection order from 2011! Just under 200 to be precise. The client / customer of Intrum where I had this note open did not know what they heard! They therefore do NOT support this approach of Intrum! Tip: always seek contact with the client in case of incorrect actions. And record the conversation! As a citizen you can record without prior notification!
