Received a letter today with the outstanding amoun...

Received a letter today with the outstanding amount, interest and collection costs for a product that I have never purchased. Also no reminder received at this address, as claimed in the letter. Right here with the threat that interest will rise.
When I call it all turns out to be a misunderstanding. It is about someone who happens to have the same surname and the same initial. Dasrom they try it at my address .... very strange. It seems as if you are quietly hoping that the invoice will be transferred quickly out of fear. Smacks of scams!
And now that I read the reviews, it turns out that I am not the only one who experiences it this way!
