This is really a terrible company. I have been receiving various reminders with different payment dates, amounts and completely unknown data for four months now. The company can not be reached from a meter, on their stationery there are other times when they can be reached than on the site and in their voicemail. They connect endlessly and sometimes leave you on hold for half an hour. Now four months after my first reminder, I still receive letters by mail and e-mails for a payment that is completely unknown to me. what a ridiculously bad thing.
