I missed the communication of a payment and that's...

I missed the communication of a payment and that's how I ended up at Intrum. My own fault but I thought I just pay the amount.

Now I have been on hold several times and indicated via the contact form what my correct contact details are. There would be a payment link but it never came?

Having to call every time while I am just working during the day and especially not getting cooperation from Intrum is very disappointing. The rating here on Google is therefore more than justified! I give the same appreciation because Intrum will have to take many steps regarding communication to consumers and the settlement of outstanding amounts (both small and large).
