You just get a reminder out of nowhere with 40 eur...

You just get a reminder out of nowhere with 40 euros collection costs on top of the 10 euros that I would have to pay. It concerns OV chip card with date June 2015. This is really crazy, I have never had a letter about this and now suddenly a letter with extra costs .... nothing is correct here, it goes back more than 5 years. I'm not going to let it sit here
