My parents receive collection letters from this company for a company in a city where they have never used to. The service of the company is also delivered to an address that my parents don't know at all, they don't know this company either. It would be a reading folder in Breda. Intrum has probably found a name that is the same as that of the person who has not paid the bill. This is all that easy. Now a bill is being submitted this year where the creditor must prove that it is the right person rather than just being able to catch someone with the same name.
