Everything perfect, room 32 floor in the heart of New York. Excellent services and warm attention. Super recommendable
Very nice albeit expensive hotel. Great dining in the first floor at the stinger. Excellent staff and amenities in the heart of times square.
Great, friendly service, got a room with an amazing view. Very conveniently located. Clean and modern. The shower was the best shower ever. Had a wonderful experience here
The hotel is in a very busy location all of the staff are really nice and the views are spectacular
The room was very clean and had a great view. The hotel is very well located (restaurants and metros) and offers a credit at the hotel bar every evening for a drink. Too bad, the fridge is unusable in the rooms.
Great hotel Very New York environment, very well equipped and with an unbeatable location. Highly recommended
The hotel could learn to be more hospitable. I asked housekeeping for ducktape, and just in the lobby I saw duck tape. But when i called they said they didn't have and just hung up. They didn't even bother looking.
great location indifferent staff except for friendly folks of housekeeping and lobby carolers. Pleasant enough but bland venue overall
Perfect location. Great bar area, good food and drink selection. We enjoy staying here.
Hotel is very modern. Awesome service. Clean well maintained
What can I say the hotel was lovely, clean and welcoming. All of the staff went above and beyond to help. I would highly recommend staying here. It s central to all the sightseeing and is a great hotel
Stayed here overnight to visit a friend and service was great. The hotel is clean and in a great location, basically a block from times Square and right next to an A,C,E station
Had a great stay over Christmas.. Was reasonably priced and had good WiFi. tea and coffee machine was not really to my liking and was hit or miss if it got refilled but overall very pleasant stay..
Note worthy is the front desk lady who checked us in Arelis ... Thank U !! After almost a 12 hour drive u made checkin in painless and in fact a pleasure . If ur customer service is anything to go by .. I look forward to the next 2 days .. Thank u !!
Always treat us with great care, clean, comfortable and a great location.
It can be reached in a few minutes from the Metro station. You can also walk to Times Square and more.
Bellboy's response was good, and I was comfortable.
Rooms were clean and the hotel was close to everything. The bathroom is really nice and the room comes with a Kuerig for morning coffee. The only thing that I thought could be better is the Bellmen. They didn't offer to help with bags unless asked or grab the door.
That's beaurifull place andres food andres delicious
The rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. Attentive lobby staff. Key required for elevators for additional security.
Don't miss joining "The Ride" if you are here in NY city....
This place was amazing! My room was huge, and not just by NYC standards. The bed was exquisite, with nice linens. Everything was clean. The bathroom was spacious (for a hotel bathroom). The location was beyond perfect with great views. I would definitely stay here again!
Very good atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and always there when you need help

Fancy hotel, though the housekeeping left something to be desired. After a week the room looked like it's never been vacuumed, with lint flying all over the floor.
Amazing stay. But they were a little deceiving with the 50 extra per person after 2. Other than that. Perfect.
parking horrible. staff not friendly. Room doesnt have all the essential for the rating
Terrible customer service. Make you wait and over-charge for everything
Very nice decor and rooms are chic. Check-in was quick and easy. Walking distance to the theatre district, times square and all the action.
Best hotel in New York location and views are amazing
The hotel is excellent in general but the size of the rooms is very small Very clean and nice staff The Times Square is a 5-minute walk from the Wax Museum
Not great service by staff at reception, paid for a room with two beds but ended up having a room with a roll out bed
Excellent structure but really high prices especially for the breakfasts
I enjoyed staying in room 224 and the service was outstanding
Our room was very comfortable with a fantastic city view. The staff was always friendly and greeted you with a smile. Great location and just a 2 minute walk to Times Square. Definitely a place for a return visit.
When my friend checked in to the hotel he was told there was a nice gym & pool for his rehab exercises...there was neither. When he checked out they wanted to charge him for 3 bottles of water, he had one. They booked him a shuttle to the airport for $16.00, after waiting an hour for the van they said,"Sorry, you have to take our service for $110.00!!!" It was a nightmare!
Fantastic location, a five minute walk to the Times Square. Great service and good room.
The upper floor rooms have a great view! Right in the middle of all the action.
Beds are comfy and rooms are clean. Enjoyed my stay.
Great hotel. Beautiful, spotless, great staff and extremely accommodating.
The best bed I ever sleep,
Not kidding!
Take the hotel and try the bed!!!
Great location, hotel staff was very accommodating. Some minor details - the bathroom sliding door does not close completely. Also, the television remote was frustratingly not connecting to the television. You had to literally stand next to the TV to make any changes. The shower was a nice waterfall from the willing, but the handle attachment was not functional. Again, minor details that did not ruin my stay, just some thoughts that would really make this a 5 star hotel. Otherwise, it was a great stay.
Swanky joint. Nicely furnished large room with spectacular city views. Staff was super helpful and friendly and love the convenience of the location. The entrance area is well lit and heated and they play the best music to rock to when you pop down for a smoke.
This is a nice hotel but I expected a higher level of service for the price. There were only two employees at checkout and I had to wait 30 minutes in line. Also, I was charged an extra fee to receive a package at the hotel. I guess the hundreds of dollars a night for the room was not enough.
Wonderful!!! Very clean extremely nice staff and GREAT location. This will definitely be a repeat location during future trips
Great location, staff accommodating. Nice gym. A bit worn, no spa.
Unauthorized charges
Originally my friend book three different rooms under her name, we provided three different credit cards. The stupid lady at the desk ended up mixing all our invoices. I got charged twice, two of my friends one did and dint. I have been back and forth with this stupid hotel, I disputed the charges, and even the friend who was not charged called them and still to this day I have not been refunded. They keep sending invoices with no name and not my signature on it.. the most stupid people I have met. Top that I have been paying interest charges ... Usually decent hotels would resolve this issue in a minute, and even offer miles and some not charge for the hotel, but this awful hotel is not one of these one that offer services... Awful, I am filing a complaint and will report this to all Bereaus and BBB.
Breakfast
Add to that the people at the hotel were extremely rude during breakfast, the service was very slow. But I would have sucked in this if the aftermath of this was ok.
Utterly amazing. This home whenever in NYC. Just GREAT. And they really do take it to another lever with IHG acknowledgment (being a Royal Ambassador)
Very good reception, rooms are good size and we'll equipped.
Tired, miserable, worst Intercontinental I ever visited.
Staff don't smile and have no empathy.
Before travel I emailed to request a king bed and mentioned it was our honeymoon. They put us in a twin.
After appeals they corrected this and sent us champagne, to be fair. But why do it in the first place?
The Ambassador club help desk lady couldn t have been less interested in anything much.
Room was tired and dated.
On check in they demand card block of usd 100 per night but we negotiated it down.
Did I mention that negotiation skills are a must at this hotel?
You also have to pay a usd40 per night 'facility fee' and get a credit of 25 dollars a night back. It doesn't roll over. Doesn't apply to the mini bar. 15 dollar maximum credit per day for laundry.
On top of what you already paid.
Honestly, it's a miserable, stressful, tired hotel with no empathy.
Just go somewhere that doesn't over-charge and appreciates your business.
Convenient location near Time Square, clean rooms, nice lobby bar/lounge. Parking lot across the street is very convenient.
The hotel is very well located especially for those who like Broadway and Times Square musicals. It has a subway next to it, and is not far from other well-known points of NY like Central Park and the Empire State.
The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, important to find a taxi to the airport in full Christmas.
Yes, the price per night in high season is not cheap.
Friendly staff, nice size rooms. Close to, but not ON Times Square.
Terrific location directly above 42nd St station and one block to Times Sq. The room was spotlessly clean and had a comfortable king size bed. The ensuite was a good size and very modern.
Nice rooms with great location, However the staff dont seem to care at all i have no idea why
I had a problem with the room which was i am with my wife and was given a room with separate beds i was totally ignored (yes its a travel agent booking mistake even though both names were on the booking but the attitude i recieved was dissappointing)
I called and i have been transfered for over 15 minutes then the lady told wait and hanged the phone
Also i was asking about the private hotel cars just a question and the staff was like go to the door bell we dont do that here
He said that over three times and was a bit confortational staring me in the eyes which was really weird just you can say whatever you want professionally no need for an attitude
Very disappointed as i have been a customer at this establishment in many countries
Even my wedding was done at the intercontinental in my country
Very disappointed and this is my first day
I see everyone saying great customer service, when i saw how others are greated with a smile from ear to ear
I dunno if its applicable on all because that wasnt the case with me
This was a great experience. Staff was pleasant and the hotel is in a perfect location.
Excellent hotel, professional and courteous staff. Located by Times Square, amenities very close. Recommend.
My favorite hotel in midtown. I have stayed here many times never a problem. The restaurant is one of the few hotel/restaurants I will eat in.
Good location, clean room, and excellent service!!!
The room I booked was 269.81 for one night. When I checked out, they gave a me a receipt for 269.81. However, a couple days later, I see on my bank statement. I was charged a total of 469.01. Thats almost double. If a choose to pay close to 500 dollars for a hotel s room. There are plenty of better other hotels for that kind of money. This is definitely not fair. I tried contacting the management. Nobody answers. The rooms were very tiny and a little outdated.
They also claimed breakfast was included. They only serve, cereal and oatmeal.
The restaurant stinger is closed. So you would have to eat out.
There was also a real bad smell coming from the lobby when we stayed there.
Definitely a bad experience and wont be coming back. Ill be telling everyone I know, not to go either.
Small rooms and no loyalty precognition with upgrade or check-out time
Room was nice. Shower was definitely meant for someone shorter than me. Bed was comfortable.
Great hotel a block from Times Square. Big, beautiful rooms, nice restaurant downstairs.. exactly what you d expect from a $500 a night hotel in Manhattan. Every time I stay I have a good experience. Definitely can t go wrong here.
Very good location. Only one block walking distance to Time Square, but quiet. Lots of food choice around. Friendly staff. Got upgrade to a higher floor room with nicer view. Good size room for Manhattan.
Check-in/out could take a while during rush hours. Be careful with mini bar items as they are tracked by sensor. My kids removed the cans out of the fridge which showed up in the bill, but since we didn't drink them and put them back, they removed the items from the bill. There is no club lounge at this location :(
Room good. Some staff helpful, others less so. Breakfast good but very expensive. Bar always full and hard to get a seat or a drink
The view from this place is fantastic, the staff have been wonderful and the rooms are modern and very well equipped. Just round the corner (literally) from Times Square, it's placed about half way up Manhattan and half way across. Our room looked down on Hell's Kitchen from 31 floors above and looking straight down 8th Ave towards Central Park giving us classic views of New York. Haven't eaten here, so can't comment on the food, but the bar had a great warming atmosphere.
