I had a great stay there. Your hotel was perfect.
I had my 15 year old daughter and one of her friends with me. Teenagers!! Maritza was the one who had to deal with the crazy mess the girls left. Thank you Maritza for making our room absolutely perfect each day. Thank you, so much!!

The Luxe Hotel did a beautiful job hosting Harkham Hillel Hebrew Academy for a 2-day conference. The customer service was just outstanding and they constantly sought to do more to make us comfortable. Thank you, Luxe!

This is a TEREIBLE place. TERRIBLE. This place fakes things and only focuses on the view outside. They don't care about the inside. It's so bad how you can hear from the bottom stairs people talking and even using the restroom. Do not go to this hotel. If you do you will REGRET this very much. Especially since you'll waste your money. Those good reviews are actually reviews of the workers that work there. They just try to make themselves look good. The beds are very UNCOMFORTABLE. The smell is so terrible I honestly almost fainted. I think even living at Porter Ranch where the gas is would be better then where this place is.

This was my second time staying here, first time was in 2011. First thing I can say, is they were as nice this time as the last, so consistent. The hotel is actually a great deal overall in my opinion. Its modern, elegant, nicely designed and maintained, everything is luxury here. Yet the actual cost per night os very reasonable, only a bit higher than the meh hotels right next to the airport. Except the luxe is situation partially up a hill, off sunset blvd, with the Getty museum right above it. Great views of the entire city, and coast, esp if you get a room in their upper level building. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfy, and have all the standard amenities you would expect. One nice touch is they give you a tablet in each room where you can order room service, cleaning, have the car be pulled up, etc. Speaking of car, some downsides are the fact you have to pay the 20-30 dollar a night valet fee, plus tips of course. Same thing with their restaurant, you can expect to pay maybe twice as much for good quality, but definitely not for those prices. I would suggest go out in the local neighborhoods for some much better and lower cost food. Aside from those two things, staying here is like living that LA chic dream up on a hill off sunset, without costing an arm and a leg.

Spent 4 days and 3 nights here for UCLA graduation. Could not be more pleased. Less than 5 mins from campus and close to everything else we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room, the food, the pool, the views - all were great. The gym exceeded expectations. Not a single complaint.

Stayed for one night in the Observatory room. Was given the 10th floor and loved that our view had the Hollywood sign. Room was small but enjoyable for our one night. At check in we told Rodney we were there for a celebration and to our surprise we received complimentary wine to our room! The bar downstairs has happy hour from 10-midnight which was nice.

I stayed there before my early flight the following day back to my country, and I was surprised it was quiet despite the fact it was close to the airport. It was a very comfortable stay, and I feel very safe. Aside from that, the location was very convenient as well, I just have to cross the street from the domestic airport, and there it is! All the staff I encountered as I walk in were all very friendly, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend this hotel!

I ve been in service industry my whole career and this hotel met the mark for everything I look for in an experience. They were polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and aimed to meet every need I had with a luxurious touch. The room was amazing, fair priced, and the bed was outstanding. It s was the type of experience where everything that possibly could ve been done to make it a better time was done, properly. Well done Luxe Hotel sunset blvd, my best experience in a service setting to date.

No parking, unless you want to pay about $90/night. If you have a guest visit for two hours it's $18 to park. Not easy to find the entrances from off the 405 - you'll pass 2 before you find one that's not exit only. Staff were unhelpful.

Great hotel! I was surprised when I was able to get a room at a very affordable rate. The staff is very friendly, and the room is so big and comfy. This is very different from all the hotels I've used before. They have excellent customer service and work ethics. A very remarkable and solid experience. Thank you!

Nestled inside a tree laden hill the hotel almost has a great atmosphere and you don't even realize you are in bustling Los Angeles. Hotel as all the modern amenities including free wifi. The gym was fairly small I was here for only one night but I was happy with the stay.

Went for a company Christmas party. The venue was very nice, the food was OK but I'm unsure if it was actually catered by the venue or someone outside.
Update: Went again for our second company Christmas party here and the food was 10x better than last time. Really good sushi spread and the buffet food was much better this time.

I want to give 2 stars because the room where we find ourselves is very close to the Sunset Boulevard road, besides it is just below the reception so you can hear all the people who arrive and the cars that park. We found a very large room with very small beds. Snacks are available for a fee and are also expensive. Finally they wanted $ 39 a night for car parking (in other hotels where we stayed we didn't pay anything).

We stayed here in an Executive Suite for a week while doing business with The Getty.

The service was absolutely immaculate. They don't charge for incoming shipments, so I was able to have some random forgotten items shipped in by Amazon - they even brought the package to my room by hand. The bartender was friendly and real, and the drinks were great. The Sunday brunch was a bit pricey, but it was the best brunch I've ever seen at a hotel (and I've stayed at some rather nice hotels).

Our room was clean, beautiful, and full of light.

They even sent a PDF of my room bill when I lost it (so I could complete my expense report).

A lot of hotels have nice rooms (this one included). But even compared to other nice hotels the level of service at the Luxe was absolutely extraordinary.

It was a nice hotel but I don't think it was worth the money. The bathroom was very dark and the shower curtain didn't even fit the shower so water leaked all over the floor. We also got a knock on our door and before I made it to answer the door or the housekeeper just walks in on us. We were there for an event and that was lovely and so is the food.

Heaven on Earth. Literally. It's close to the Getty Museum and other art driven places (if you're into that) the hotel even calls the uber for you. The Easter Sunday brunch is first of all not for the budget cutters that's for sure. My table had about 14 people and the bill was a whopping $1500 but let me tell you, it was worth it. The food was gourmet and lived up to the hype 100% I cant stress it enough how much I loved staying at the Luxe. We stayed for 5 days. I was obsessed with the Belgium waffle. I will be back for sure.

My wife and myself have just stayed at the Luxe hotel and had an amazing time . The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We would like to say a huge thanks to Sheldon, Alfonso and not forgetting Christopher Esparza who was always there to give friendly advice and service. We hope to return one day soon.

I've been involved with this hotel for 15 years now. Really bad service recently, front desk manager Alan was incredibly rude and basically lied up my face in front of my co-workers, neddless to say we are not working with this company ever again. I will write a letter to CEO for sure, its sad such wonderful hotel degraded itself so much.

Absolutely amazing!! The were very accommodating. Ali the staff I and my mother interacted with were very kind and always had a smile on their face. That says a lot! The bed was heaven on earth. Got the egg white frittata and French toasts for breakfast and it was great! The robes weren't as soft as I would've liked but then again I've never been one who likes robes. The last two days there, Modern Family was taping an episode so that was cool. Great hotel, will be returning, hopefully soon!
