Nice Hotel. Love the outdoor bar. Great casual feeling.

Very nice hotel. Great service. Stayed as part if Universal Studios partner program. The free park shuttle works exactly as planned. Will save you $25 per day in parking costs. Seating is limited so you do need to reserve a seat. Would readily stay here again.

Good hotel. Stay here everytime I come to Burbank. Right across the airport.

Great hotel, was offered an upgrade to a suite based on my gold status without having to request it. Gym is fantastic. Great bar and restaurants.

Has a modern vibe to it including the restaurants in pool a bit compact though

Expensive parking. Helpful, friendly staff. Only went for a music/dance convention, held in clean, spacious facilities.

Seemed to be in a good location, the rooms are medium sized but don't have free WiFi or a fridge, service is pretty good, we asked for a bed and they brought it immediately

Love this location! A five minute shuttle ride from the Burbank airport. (So much better than LAX) Clean room, good staff and good food at their restaurant.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Will definitely be back. Great place to stay if visiting any of the attractions in the Burbank area.

Very impressed with the temporary tent they pitched in the parking lot. Could use better traffic control, though... I didn't go into the hotel itself for this event however

After coming here for so many years already it really feels like my 2nd home. Very friendly staff (especially the staff at the valet parking and the security) and with the recently opened outside bar it's a pleasure to sit outside and have a drink or some (finger)food

Beautiful Church, I love it, great place to light candles and pray.

The room is smaller than expected and the ac is noisier. Very clean and safe, so that's good.

Great for events, but serve the worst food! Better to go to Denny's, Del Taco or McDonald's across the street.

It's nice, didn't stay long enough to need extra services.

Nice place, the rooms are average and clean, a little bare. There isn't a hot tub at our pool and you need to pay separately for parking... I would stay again. Shuttle to Universal studios.

Went to the convention center, but the actual hotel. The covention center is huge and has a lot of parking. Park fee is paid upon leaving, but it seems you don't need to pay a fee if you're booked at the hotel.

I really appreciate the details in this hotel, they are small details but it makes a big difference. The blankets have covers; I know most hotels don't wash their blankets so this made me very comfortable to sleep here. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are clean, and nicely decorated. The beds have little lights on the headboard for working from your bed at night. Or reading, or whatever. Great service, most anything you need just call. When I arrived, I was extremely irritated and tired and I could have been more pleasant with the staff but everyone was really nice to me anyway and they understood. There was a movie playing at the pool, which I thought was really cool; you could watch a movie on a huge projector while swimming and they have servers at the pool as well. If there is something wrong, they fix it. I bought the parking and shuttle package and the shuttle was full when I went down to get on and go to Universal Studios. The manager got me a taxi to and from at no charge and at the times I wanted. The details and customer service are what sets this hotel apart and I loved it here! Awesome hotel!

Daily Grill is really good, and the hotel has a comfortable and fashionable and convenient lobby area

Had brunch with 60 people and the food and service was terrific. The conference rooms were well maintained. Parking was expensive, $21 with out conference attendance, $15 with attendance

Great hotel, super clean and comfortable rooms and bedding. Walkable to and from Burbank airport although there is a shuttle as well. Restaurant on site and tons of food options nearby (many right across the street).

Not the newest or hippest Marriott, but charming and unbelievably convenient. You can literally walk to the Burbank airport from there, but there is a convenient shuttle if you prefer not to.

Nice hotel. Only problem was during my four day stay the room was never serviced. I asked about it but was still not serviced.

The toilet overflowed and we weren't able to receive another room, so we had to leave the hotel at 1 AM

Went here for an event. It's a small venue, but clean and organized.

Wonderful experience in 2020 with having an audition feels great and being part of meeting Steve Harvey in person live once we get picked for being on the show how delighted and happy i will be to meet Stevie Harvey the man himself the kings of Comedy, Showtime at the Apollo enjoyed my experience to the fullest can't wait to meet u Steve Harvey your Family..... Hotwl was very clean staff SUPER NICE.. elevator didbt work and our shower was broken. But the people made it nice

The good: For the cost, it was hard to complain. Rooms were clean but was a bit on the older design compared to Sheraton that is nearby(more expensive and cloaed during pandemic). Also, the area did seem safe and quiet.
Here is what ruined the expereince for me; the THIN walls and SHARED door in my room
The next door people weren't trying to be loud but the sound control is soo poor you can hear EVERYTHING! Which is extremely annoying if you're trying to sleep. I would consider staying here again IF its possible to get a room that does not share doors.

So I came in as a member with a rate of $79 per night I made my reservations 3 days prior they send me an email ported me the $79 rate when I went to go check out I realize that my membership had expired and they charged me the full 199 I would not of had a problem only that for 199 I could have got a better Room the was horrid It had a view to a rooftop to an adjacent building the window was tiny It was a standard size window and they could have let me know before checking in that it would have been an issue for my member pricing not to mention that I also got an additional Room for a family remember thinking I had the 79.99 rate which they had send me to my email but I check out I had to pay full price of over $400. I will never go back to this Marriott

Friendly staff, nice clean rooms. California king bed was really comfortable. Due to covid their are some restrictions and the bar and restuarant are closed. You can order room service or food to go from the Daily Grill which I would also give 5 stars. The food was excellent. Even though it right next to the airport it is very quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately the gym and other amenities are closed due to covid the pandemic.

Displaced by the Aliso gas leak...staying here for 2 days...they made me give them my credit card even though SoCal gas is covering it(the Westin didn't do that!)...rooms are just so so...the beds are nice but the carpets are really stained(ugh!)...funny smell everywhere...kind of dated? The bathroom toiletries are plentiful but smell NASTY!!! It's the first place I won't be taking them(I usually donate them to the homeless or women's shelter if I don't use them but not this time )...smells like really bad mens aftershave...gross! strange parking/valet situation...overpriced for having my car outside...
Expected 4+ star accomodations...I travel a lot and this just isn't up to my standards...
Ok maybe for a blah type of convention but definitely not a 4 star destination...

Everyone was friendly, but the microwave in the coffee shop did not work.

Stay was comfortable and fine however I left my toiletry bag in the room and called lost and found to try and get back some sentimental jewelry. I knew it was a long shot as 24 hours had passed but I never got a return call or acknowledgement that I called distraught. Billed our room for someone s else s room service as well.

Pet friendly easy check-in and out, awesome housekeepers but the woman who was supposed to help you through the parking lot speaker was awful, she managed to mess up my afternoon and by the end I was end up being helped by another guest.

Felt comfortable right when I walked in. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean but a bit small. Overall loved this place. Amenities were great! Shuttle to and from the airport and also Universal Studios.

Spent one night here on business before flying out on a morning flight from Burbank. Older hotel definitely showing it's age, but it's ok. Staff was great and area is very walkable. Rental car return was literally next door - very convenient. Airport shuttle worked out well. Internet was fine. Had trouble with many TV channels unavailable. Would definitely stay again for the location.

Facilities and staff are excellent. Hotel has been doing all they can to accommodate the CTN event.

Hotel with all comforts just a step away from the airport, spacious and clean rooms. Imperial breakfast.

I wasn't staying at the hotel. I was attending a convention for art and animation. That being said, the hotel is very beautiful and was fairly easy to navigate. Most of my interactions were with the event workers, so I can't speak much for the hotel employees but I didn't hear of any issue with them.

Restaurant only open until 9 for FOOD on Friday but open for drinks lolllll won t take orders at 8:56 no room service awful!

Went to celebrate 25th anniversary, it was a wonderful experience, the room was great, they provided a wonderful gift basket. It was very nice.

I'm here for an event. Nice bar. Nice scenery. Expensive obviously for the average Joe. But simply nice.

The location is very good if you plan to go to Universal Studios as it is nearby and a shuttle of provided to and from the park.

It was a nice place to stay at and clean as well. I will definitely be back and recommended as well.

Nice location and nice breakfast at Lounge....self parking is a bit of pain..key kept having issues...

The airport staff were courteous but the airport looked outdated and in need of a major upgrade.
