The absolute worst people and company out there. Don t do an installation through them. Their goal is to screw you over and offer no assistance to fix an issue they created. They should be shut down, whatever their employees are paid is too much and are stealing money from the people who pay them.

This is a bad place to work. They pay only 10.40 when employees have to do ALOT of work and deal with angry customers every minute.

They wonder why people keep quitting, and why customers keep complaining and writing BAD reviews.

It s because your employees are underpaid.. which doesn t motivate them to work as hard!

( I never worked here but I have friends who have worked here and have quit and told me their stories about how terrible of a workplace this place is.. )

They Installed the Dishwasher I purchased at Lowes. Clean Cut and professional service from the night prior to product demonstration! They arrived a bit earlier than I anticipated but I prefer earlier than late. Most people are in a rush to get out but you could tell these guys cared about what they did. They refused to take the tip I offered so I had to slip the $20 bill into their tool bag. They helped an old man out Thank You!

Zero stars. We wasted 3 entire workdays and 3 weeks and ultimately cancelled completely in total disgust. They work with a unethical subcontractor named We Can Help who obviously can t. We thought installing an appliance would be simple. Find someone else.

I would go so low with my comments that it would disappoint my Parents for speaking with such a fowl mouth. This is the SECOND day this week that it has been a non-productive day on an extremely simple task for an exorbitant amount of money. In other words the Features and the Benefits of the service were well into the Negative Column. To be totally honest I m a Christian Businessman and I always try to put myself in the other persons shoes but I can t justify not commenting on this experience because I might possibly save another potential customers their hard earned MONEY!

Awful customer service. When I purchased my dishwasher at Sears on 2/10/18, I requested a Saturday delivery & installation. Was told no problem. After 3 weeks of getting the run around, I was finally told the installer only works in my area on Mondays. What company only offers service in an area 1 day a week?? But somehow I was scheduled for a Saturday delivery on 3/10. But that Friday night 3/9, I get a call from Carol Collier telling me my installer doesn't work in my area on Saturdays. She emailed me later that night and informs me she would escalate my account to the field support team and I should expect a call back within 24 hours. I never got that call. I had to call and reschedule my installation for a Monday, for which I had to take a day off from work. When I did reschedule, once again I was told someone would call me about reimbursement. Still waiting for that phone call. And once I rescheduled the installation, Carol per an email, tells me they consider the matter resolved but would re-escalate my call to "customer not happy with service" and I should receive a call after services are complete. Once again, no phone call. When I completed their customer feedback survey, I requested a call back. Guess what? No call back. I had a great experience in the Sears store but due their installation services, I'll probably never again buy an appliance from Sears.

Hands Down the MOST unprofessional company I have ever experienced working with, EVER! The Company's "professional" installer showed up to the appointment ( the last 15 minutes of the scheduled time of course!) to walk in the house and say " Oh, The person who schedules me didn't tell me what the job was, I don't have what I need. We will need to reschedule." Only to get rescheduled for the following week... Them to cancel last minute and reschedule me for a Third time- Only to cancel during the LAST 30 minutes of my 4 Hour Window!!!!! I went to Best Buy and the GM was great, got "someone" from the company to get a relationship representative to call me, Ashley, who although did get a install scheduled for that day, wouldn't discuss the compensation I was promised- In fact PROMISED Id hear back from her that day after she spoke with her manager- Not only did I not hear from her That day, Her Installer called at 4pm to say he wasn't going to make it ( After Another 4hour wait- But he would definitely be there that evening.... he showed up after 6) I've since called and left 4 messages for Ashley with NO response. Now I'm playing Phone Tag with every Tom, Dick and Harry trying to get someone who is actually able to make a decision and compensate me for my 3 days of work I took off waiting on these goons and the food I had to tossed out waiting on the insanity of an installation.... WHO PICKS THESE THIRD PARTY COMPANIES ANYWAY? BEST BUY its such a bad look for your company to be associated with this kind of behavior- P.S. I'm writing this While I've been on hold waiting to talk to a manager at The Company ... For the last 30 minutes-

Don't understand how this company is still in business! They have no regard for their customers at all. Waiting for a simple install of Ring for my safety had 2 appointments set up, took time off from work both days were no shows and no phone calls! Unacceptable and disgusting!

On October 23, 2018 we were scheduled to have an August video doorbell and door lock installed between 8-12 am. At 12:20, unaware that Best Buy had subbed the job out to your company, we called Best Buy to find out why we had not been contacted and no one showed up. We were told the technician was running late and had picked up our job that morning and he would call us in a few minutes to let us know what time he would be here. At 2:15 I still had not heard anything and called again. While on the phone the technician finally called and said he was on his way. He got here at about 2:30 no apology and was somewhat rude Looked at the items to be installed, said that they had not been purchased at Best Buy which they were. Why would Best Buy set up the appointment if they were not purchased there? And then told me he did not install that brand. I did ask why we weren t notified he would be late and why, if he only installed The Ring devices he wouldn t check to see what brand it was before making us wait all day. No satisfactory answer was given. We were not aware that this job had been subbed to a 3rd party and had thought it would be the Geek Squad. I made another call to your company. After asking 4 times was finally put in touch with a supervisor, Andrea. She set up an appointment for today again between 8-12. I asked for the 1st appointment as we had already wasted an entire day and she agreed to give us a $50 credit. Well 12:00 came and went with no phone call. We had recieved a confirmation call the night before and our appointment was noted on the Best Buy website as being 8-12. Called your company again at 12:30, asked for Andrea, was told she was off. Asked for the supervisor of the day. Was given a hard time but finally someone who said she was a supervisor came to the phone. Apparently the tecnician who had been late and could not do the job on the 23rd put in a note cancelling our appointment. WE didn t cancel it,WE weren t notified that it was cancelled. A whole 1/2 day again wasted waiting. You customer service is horrendous. I have contacted Best. Buy regarding your company s business practices.

ZERO STARS. This is who Geek Squad/Best Buy sent out & the man stated to me, I don t have time for that referring to me wanting to read the paperwork he wanted me to sign. Completely unprofessional since the beginning. After my first review & many phone calls, I explained to them that I didn t want this man in my house & after they missed their last appointment with me, they send THE SAME MAN (who I told them I didn t want back here) to my house that didn t want to give me the paperwork until I told him if I had a problem with him. He said he read the review I wrote & that I bashed him. He ended up leaving without a signature because he refused to let me read what exactly I was signing for. Then he had the audacity to go to Best Buy & tell them a completely different story, I found out, as I had immediately called them after he left my home. I paid $3,135.08 for the price of my treadmill & Geek Squad installation & this is the service & treatment I get? Unacceptable! In addition, the main reason I was returning the treadmill was because he didn t do the installation properly & left a hole in the plastic on the bottom of my machine. Cracks, scratches.. according to him, that s not a hole in the treadmill, just in the plastic I will NOT accept that for all the money I have paid. Waiting for a refund. For the record, his partner had left on his motorcycle already when this happened but I do have witnesses.

This has to be the most unprofessional business I have ever had contact with I mean it whole heartedly & I give everyone a fair chance. I've had 3appointments missed 1 no call no show. It's to the point where I almost dont want the installers to come in my house. The 1st appointment they missed was just all lies by the installers so I called customer service & then they lied to offering a $50 Sam's club card then 3rd appointment I had to call the store manager bcuz they said my tv wasnt there, so the store manager said they came in the store turned around & left didnt wait. Now I cant contact anyone to make a new appointment I will be posting this company on every social media platform I have to let everyone in metro Atlanta area know to runnnnn if this company is involved with any deliveries or installs of theirs. TRULY SAD & embarrassing to my culture

If there was an option for zero star I would give them that. They absolutely are the worst. They were quick to call me to make payments to get my gas range delivered and even called again to make sure i received the email about payment. However, on the scheduled day, my husband took off because the scheduling window was 5 hours(12 noon -5 pm) and because we wanted someone to be home when they came. They never called or showed up. When I called them, they said a scheduling conflict had occurred and they blatantly said that they have NO way of knowing/ anticipating a scheduling conflict. Then we have to wait 24-48 hours for them to call me to reschedule a delivery time which could be another 1-2 weeks. Just Awful service. I was calm through all that but its important to know what this company's customer service is like before you go with them

Said they'd call the night before with a delivery window. They didn't. So we called in morning. They said 12-3pm. It's not 7:19pm. I have called 5 times. Every time, they have called the delivery person, and then clicked back over to me to say he was on his way. Hours later... on the last call, they do the same, and click back over and say he can't find the equipment so we'll have to reschedule. I came home from work at 11:45am to be here and 7 and half hours later they want to reschedule. It is completely UNREAL.

Terrible Company - ORDERED IN NOVEMBER - NOW INSTALL DATE is JAN 19th, 2018!!! Here's the scoop... I purchased a dishwasher on November 26, 2017 from Lowes. It took over 2 weeks to get an appointment date for the install. So on 12/12/17, the installers went to Lowes to pick up the dishwasher - which had been siting in my living room for a week - they called wondering where it was (poor communication between Lowes and Installs Inc). After that delay, the installers arrived and had an issue with the leveling device on the unit. A new one had to be ordered. They left the broken dishwasher in place unsecured. The unit keeps tipping and crashing down on our tile floor and on our children, but they said it was ok to use it. The new unit arrived at Lowes a few days later, but we never received a call from Install's Inc to reschedule (again poor communication). On 12/20/17, I stopped at Lowes to find out that they have had it for over a week, I finally received a call from Installs Inc. First available appointment was 1/9/18. That's where I am now, today. At 11am on 1/9/18 I received a call cancelling my appointment for today. The next available appointment is 1/19/18 - all for a dishwasher ordered in November. Lowes, should have never subcontracted out their installations to such an unprofessional company.

Terrible company, incompetent and unprofessional. Not only did they fail to keep an installation appointment (for which they had an ENTIRE DAY window - I don t know what kind of company needs to keep a 10-5 window of arrival open, is late for it, and then winds up never coming at all- this is not how scheduling works. This means I had to take a day off work for nothing and then have to do it AGAIN.) also they did not do one single thing they said they would do, even to the level of calling or emailing me back. I truly believe they had no intention of doing what they said they would do at any point. I had to call them 5 different times over the course of the day they kept me waiting, and during that time they said they d email me back, they said they d call me, none of that ever happened. They didn t even call me to tell me when my window was. They can t even hold true to their policy. A-moral, badly run and corrupt company, don t rely on them for anything. They treated me and my family like GARBAGE, I truly got the feeling in every interaction that they thought of me as GARBAGE and couldn t care less if I ever got this service done. The process of working with them has been a true nightmare, they have put my family through hell. Literally choose ANYONE other than these people, you ll regret it even from the start.

Never called to set up installation. Had to call Lowes a dozen times. Lowe s couldn t even get a hold of them, Installs llc just puts you on hold indefinitely. When I got a date from Lowe s for installation they never showed up!!!!!! So inconsiderate of people s time and money. One star is too much.

Caveat Emptor! I purchased a item from my locals Sams club that required delivery. Item was scheduled for morning delivery between 8-11:30. The contractor subcontracted by Installs Inc callled at 11:55 to inform me he would now arrive at12:55. At 3:35 the item was delivered by a single individual, the item required two people to move without damaging it which required myself to assist. I did not pay for a delivery for me to install! Upon subcontractors departure, he took the packaging material which essentially prevents the return of the item. I contacted Installs inc shortly afterwards to express my dissatisfaction and was told someone from management would contact me with 24 hours. 26 hours later, I contacted them again to be informed that their management team was in a meeting and they would call me back. When I inquired as to said managers name, I was told that they could not give me that info. When I requested there address, I was provided a bogus address. Do yourself a service and find a friend to assist you with moving any purchases from Sams or just make the purchase from another vendor, perhaps Amazon. They seem to grasp customer service....

Installs LLC was contracted by best buy to do two wall mounted TV installs. Appointment was scheduled from 8-12. Called the company at 12 as no one had arrived, was told that they were not able to locate the technician through phone or email. Was told to wait and he was likely running late. Emailed again without response at 5 pm and we gave up at 730 pm. With a 7 day old newborn, it was not easy to carve out 4 hours, let alone 12 hrs to wait. They have stopped responding and have offered no compensation for time wasted.

Terrible Company! Terrible Customer Service! First they rescheduled my appointment then didn't deliver anyway. The next day I received an email asking how I liked the delivery I didn't receive! Called they customer service and they did not care. No apologies no refund unless I cancelled them all together! Sam's Club needs a new delivery company! Do not pay to have things delivered from Sam's Club as these are the one's who WON'T bring it!

I purchased a new mattress and box spring set along with a delivery and installation package via Installs LLC on June 18th 2019. The Sales Person was on hold for almost 30 minutes trying to set up the delivery order with Installs. This in itself gave me cause for concern. Finally, after waiting I received a delivery date and time of June 22nd, 2019 between 12 noon and 5 pm. When the 22nd came around I receive a phone call from Installs around 11:30 am, telling me that they had an emergency and they had to reschedule for the following Saturday the 29th. I kindly obliged because my out of town guest were not due in for another two weeks. When the 29th arrived at 12 noon I began to worry when I didn t hear from them, so I called. I was on hold for about 20 minutes when an agent came on said, They still had the same emergency, The Truck Was Broke . I am wondering to myself, Surely They Must Have More Than One Truck. ; after all, they have been in business for 24 Years. He had me on hold for approximately 20 minutes while he tried to call his Marketing Manager . He came back on the line and said he was unable to get him on the phone. I explained to him the situation and he only apologized, but at that point my guest cannot sleep on apologies. He also told me that the Marketing Manager was going to call me directly, I am still waiting for that phone call.

I called the store where I purchased the mattress set and I spoke to the Store Manager. She was very accommodating, even though it was a third party company, she called them, and was on hold for 30 minutes. She even called me back and said I can make my own pickup and delivery arrangements and they would pay for it. I called The Good Guys Delivery service the same day at 3:25 pm and before 5:00 pm my mattress was in my home and installed. Unbelievable!!!

I ve worked for installsinc as a dispatch agent and I can say the job is a good place to work at money wise and hours but the work environment at times I hated so much too many high expectations needed to be met and instead of accepting the good work someone is doing they rather push you down and tell you that you can do better and it seemed at times that getting at 100% quality on calls was not that important only handle time to get that bonus which to me never made since

Wish i cld give zero...this co. sent guy to install tv from best buy at my elderly parents house..while he was there he convinced them he could fix their old 1 quik & ez,gave them his personal card for his side work..& took it with him.
that was 10 months ago!! they cant get ahold of him & he wont get bak to them..
best buy is tryin to help..installs inc is not..
so monday morning il b at my local sheriff's dept. filing a charge with my attorney...then installs inc will be compelled to help weather they want to or not..
im also contacting better business bureau..
its calld grand larceny!!! & it was done by a representative of installs inc.
& my local sheriff HATES wen the elderly are taken advantage of..

This is an outsource service used for installations of products sold at Best Buy which is how I came to know of them.
Best Buy did not advise me that they were not using the Geek Squad for the installation.
It took one month to schedule an appointment. NAL contractor was a no show.., he did not keep his appointment. Window was 12 to 4 and I got a call at 5:45 that he was not coming and he told me to call Best Buy. Calling Best Buy takes hours for them to answer the phone. I could not get an appointment for weeks.

AWFUL SERVICE. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Scheduled an appointment, got a call the next day that they had to cancel and no option to reschedule, and an "OH WELL" attitude, they do not care at all. My card was charged for a service I won't even be getting, which yes i'm sure will be refunded. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are extremely difficult. & no i don't need a reply from the owner appologizing and telling me to contact them, i already contacted them directly and they dont care.

***NOTE TO OWNER: I spoke with your company on the phone today and they told me oh well we cant help. maybe you should talk to your staff about customer service and being polite. I don't need you to look up my order number i spoke with your staff already and they don't care.

... Yes as i said in my initial review, i'm not worried about the money. It's the way i was treated, and by reading the reviews on here i am not the first and won't be the last. All of the owner's responses are so defensive too, uncaring "well we don't have your full name or order number" "you didn't give us your email address" ... take responsibility and fix your staff, they are rude and unprofessional.

I have been dealing with this company for almost a month. Initially they where supposed to call the day before and say when they would be out, they didn't. I was given a time from 8am to 5pm for a dishwasher install. They showed up at 8pm. After the install we found out the dishwasher was dud, electrical issue that causes it to not turn on. No big deal i contact sears get a replacement ordered and set up an install for the next Saturday. No call no contact, they didn't show up. We call again to get a new appointment. We are told they can set us up for Monday. Sunday we get a call saying we have to reschedule for Wednesday as they can't get a hold of there installer. We take the reschedule. Tuesday We tried calling multiple times to verify that we were getting our new dishwasher installed on Wednesday. Once again they can not contact the installer and we are recommended to reschedule for next Wednesday, another week out! Finally i contact sears and they get in contact with the installer and i am given a window for between 8 am and 1pm it is about to be 2pm here and still no signs or contact from these people. I am currently on hold still trying to contact the installer. This company's organization and scheduling is absolutely terrible. I would recommend they find some way to improve on that and replace the installers that can not be trouble to answer the phone calls or call ahead to let a customer know they are arriving or running late.

I would give them zero stars if that was an option. I purchased a mattress at my local Sam's Club. I schedule a delivery with Installs Inc. for my mattress. First of all, they had me on hold for 30 minutes+ to pay for my delivery. Once they finally processed my transaction they told me I was going to have to wait over a week for my mattress. On the day of my scheduled delivery, I missed work waiting all morning for my mattress, only to receive a call from a machine saying that I needed to re-schedule my appointment. I called customer service soon after that only to hear an excuse as to why my mattress wasn't going to be delivered on time. I will be getting my mattress myself and requesting a refund. Do not waste your money paying for the services that Installs Inc. offers. Pick up your items yourself.

Here s a tip instead of passing blame and lying About being a corporate office maybe they should reapply for a basic fundamental business dealings courses and reconfigure What customer service means to them.

Absolutely horrible -- not competent and poor customer service! They were the outsourced provider that one of the large stores selected for the installation of my new dishwasher. They completed the install and asked me to sign paperwork and when I stated I needed to look at the job first, the employee seemed irritated. I quickly found out why as I saw that my countertop was damaged and the dishwasher was scratched. The employee literally said, "I don't know what happened, the other guy did it." I told him to get the "other guy" out of the truck. He quickly agreed we needed a new dishwasher and said he would have it taken care of and then his partner wrote notes on his phone. He presented a blank screen to me to sign and when I told him I needed to see his notes before I signed anything, they both became angry and said I was disrespectful for questioning him and that they never would come back to my house again! If I could give a zero star review, I would.
