Awful customer service. When I purchased my dishwasher at Sears on 2/10/18, I requested a Saturday delivery & installation. Was told no problem. After 3 weeks of getting the run around, I was finally told the installer only works in my area on Mondays. What company only offers service in an area 1 day a week?? But somehow I was scheduled for a Saturday delivery on 3/10. But that Friday night 3/9, I get a call from Carol Collier telling me my installer doesn't work in my area on Saturdays. She emailed me later that night and informs me she would escalate my account to the field support team and I should expect a call back within 24 hours. I never got that call. I had to call and reschedule my installation for a Monday, for which I had to take a day off from work. When I did reschedule, once again I was told someone would call me about reimbursement. Still waiting for that phone call. And once I rescheduled the installation, Carol per an email, tells me they consider the matter resolved but would re-escalate my call to "customer not happy with service" and I should receive a call after services are complete. Once again, no phone call. When I completed their customer feedback survey, I requested a call back. Guess what? No call back. I had a great experience in the Sears store but due their installation services, I'll probably never again buy an appliance from Sears.
