If there was an option for zero star I would give...

If there was an option for zero star I would give them that. They absolutely are the worst. They were quick to call me to make payments to get my gas range delivered and even called again to make sure i received the email about payment. However, on the scheduled day, my husband took off because the scheduling window was 5 hours(12 noon -5 pm) and because we wanted someone to be home when they came. They never called or showed up. When I called them, they said a scheduling conflict had occurred and they blatantly said that they have NO way of knowing/ anticipating a scheduling conflict. Then we have to wait 24-48 hours for them to call me to reschedule a delivery time which could be another 1-2 weeks. Just Awful service. I was calm through all that but its important to know what this company's customer service is like before you go with them
