Good location, fairly clean, nice restaurant. Self parking is a bit of a walk. Would give 3 and a half stars, but can't so I'm rounding up.

Great hotel, really comfortable beds & pillows. Nice breakfast. Nice indoor pool. Great family fun during summertime.
The Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing was a really great experience! The area around the hotel was a lot of fun and had a lot of things to do for both children and adults!
Great stay - check out James at the bar - stellar service!
nice hotel, parking attached, pet friendly, nice staff, great bell hops, awesome stay
****DO NOT BOOK A RESERVATION WITH HILTON!!!****
I called their Price Match Department PRIOR to booking a reservation because I found a lower price on Priceline. I was on hold for 2 hours. Red flag #1. The agent said she could not locate the price herself because it was on a mobile browser (?) and she would not start a claim. She instructed me to screenshot the lower price which I did, continuing booking the reservation with a veterans discount through Hilton with herself, and then submit a Price Guarantee Claim online afterwards. Her instructions caused me to automatically be ineligible for a Price Match Guarantee because you cannot use any kind of corporate discount when booking through Hilton and still receive a Price Match Guarantee!!! I specifically asked this agent 3 times if this information was correct and she explicitly said YES!!! These calls must be recorded and I asked them to pull the calls and review, which they did not. I ended up paying more for my reservation than if I would have through Priceline, and on top of that the Price Match Guarantee is a scam by Hilton!!! This was all a lie and I believe these agents are trained to purposefully misguide their customers and make as many claims ineligible as possible. I attempted to contact the Price Match Guarantee Department again; this time 3 calls 2 of which were immediately disconnected after providing my standard information. The final call I was on hold for 3 hours before I spoke to an agent. I was instructed to submit a new claim through their online claim form again with additional screenshots, which is impossible because you can only submit 1 claim per reservation and in addition there is absolutely no place on the form to attach any documents at all; another 2 lies. The part that really irritates me is at the time of booking, I went out of my way to speak to their Grand Vacations Timeshare team and accepted a vacation package to possibly become a timeshare member! This was a horrible decision after this ordeal. I will continue to share emt experience so that no one else will have to go through the scamming policies that Hilton has in place.
****DO NOT BOOK A RESERVATION THROUGH HILTON.
THEIR PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE TEAM IS TRAINED TO DENY AS MANY CLAIMS AS POSSIBLE.
DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THE GRAND VACATION TIMESHARES.
THERE IS A REASON THEIR REVIEWS ARE LESS THAN 1 STAR!!!
THEY ARE SCAMMING THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Very clean, nice rooms. Beautiful view from our room. The bed was comfortable. Parking was expensive and there is quite a maze to get from the parking garage to the hotel.
My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Hotel on August 27th for 1 night. Parking price $40 is way yoo much.
We slept last night and next moring stating from 8-30, there are 3 riddferent people knock the door and asking if we were going to checkout. Each time they woke us up asking same question by different persons. 1 Of them I am not sure who he was, but he did have tohel derss. Other 2 times were from housekkeping.
Qhyin the world, they will ask this question, if the checkout time is not until 11AM or 12PM. It was so much disappoinment. Front Office mananger did not do anything. He said, he aplogixed, that's all.
Clean, quiet rooms. Comfortable bed and best pillows! Highly recommend this hotel at Penns Landing. Great location.
Wonderful view, friendly staff, and nice surrounding area, worth the price.
I only went there for Keating's Rope and Anchor Bar and Kitchen. We did the breakfast buffet and it wasn't anything spectacular. Didn't take any pictures. I was full but not satisfied
Great hotel and location. For some reason I was given a handicap room. The bathroom seemed a little out of date and grungy. Room 1106
Our stay was excellent at the Hilton Penn s Landing. After an exhausting day of travel, we were welcomed by Durand Coles. His customer service was awesome. Even the gentleman at security gave us suggestions for a late night meal. The room was very clean and spacious too. The next evening we came in late and received the same smiles and courtesies. They even pulled an extra bed for us. Upon leaving Timothy Scarborough and Lawrence Gordan ensured I stayed warm under the heat lamp and Lawrence actually went to our car because he saw we had an issue; which wasn t even pulled up to the front door to help put our bags in. We couldn t fit them but he took his time and tried every way possible until
all of our bags fit vs having a safety risk with them sitting in our car. I let them know that I will never stay at another hotel in Philly. We ve been coming for years and never experienced this type of friendliness and service. Well done Hilton!
Restaurant felt more like a cafeteria, and when we ordered a hand crafted old fashioned they gave us a pre mixed bottle
Professional staff. Beautiful venue. Did not stay overnight but was a great place for a conference.
Beautiful views and a very comfortable stay. Everything was great. Ordered room service the food was exceptional! (The steak and shrimp/scallops- wonderful)
Facility was just remodeled and looks great. Designed around the guest, the executive lounge, bar and restaurant are perfect for everything you need. Natasha at the front desk is a total ROCKSTAR, I left my credit card at the bar and she sent a text to let me know and even followed up the next day. Great staff, super clean facility, we ll definitely be back
Well, still here with 1 more night. Had to call the front desk 3 times for bath robes. Then today, our room was never cleaned. Called at 4pm, 10pm and then went down at 11pm to get towels. Still no towels. I know it sounds like 1st world problems, but for this price they should take care of things after the 1st call. And, really... at the evenning reception, $4 for a glass of wine when other hotels at this price are free? It is now midnight, guess I will call down again.
The "waterfront" view in the king corner suite was a bit of a joke, but otherwise a great stay. Parking prices are also reasonable compared to everywhere else in the city.
Location is nice and staff is ok. For business this is not the best experience because of some very, and seemingly unnecessarily, tight rules they have. Called ahead, asked politely for a slightly earlier check in so as to not bring a suitcase to my clients office and they said I had to be there in person. No way around that, so I could risk going to hotel and wasting time for nothing. Again, pretty locale, staff is alright, they just don t seem to have that friendly customer service focus.
Although some services were restricted because of Covid mandates, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the service did not suffer at all. It was a pleasant and relaxing stay.
Very convenient location. Arrived with a smooth check-in process and even had a complimentary welcome drink! Friendly staff and addressed a concern with TV in the room quickly.
Came here for a Birthday brunch. The food and service were wonderful.
This place is always pleasant to stay at. Reception was friendly, and the vibe so lovely. I will be staying here again!
Very beautiful, enjoy your breakfast while overlooking the harbour while the sunrises. Imagine what it was like when Christopher Columbus first landed in the United States. It is only a few steps outside of the hotel where he was. .. then venture out a few more blocks down the original cobblestone street. Its the best place to stay.
Understand the hotel is following CDC protocols, so there is limited housekeeping, no food service. Had to call front desk to get security to deal with a disturbance on my floor. Wi fi weak.
Excellent location for lodging, clean, upscale, near historic section of Philadelphia!
I cane to the Hilton to fei drinks with friends, and to also enjoy the events occurring outside at the Spruce Street Harbor Park. The Hilton is quite amazing with the live music provided, and the food was amazing!
Have only visited the restaurant. A nice place to people watch at Penn's Landing. Food and service is A-One!
Place was nice and clean I checked in after midnight around 2am after leaving a party. Went straight to bed, woke up at at 10am took a shower and checked out by 11. I get charged $300 later that night i called and said something they found made them think i was smoking. Honest to go no one smoked on that room my girlfriend and I didnt have time to smoke anything. I called twice to found out what was found and no one called back yet. I been calln since last night....I already have a lawyer if i dont get a call about what was found by the end of this week i will be calln my lawyer Monday morning. If a cigar fell out my pocket or something that is not a reason to taken $400 from someone because they also kept my $100 deposit. I cant believe they say someone was smoking. That is a lie
What a great hotel. One of the last of the "good hotels" still acting like it.
Great location right on the river. Right outside the door is harbor park with food, drink, and games. Great for kids and adults.
Fantastic location and good pricing for such a hotel. Pool was too hot, though.
Stayed here for a conference. Very comfortable room, spacious bathroom, great water pressure in shower (which is very important to me for proper hair care!) Hotel staff is extremely friendly from the time you arrive from the time you leave. Conference areas are very large seemed to fit the needs for the conference I attended very nicely. The food provided was quite delicious and was provided with a variety to choose from. I would definitely stay here again!
The Hilton at Penn's Landing is a very nice hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, you get a little refrigerator in your room and you can pay $25 for the stay to have a microwave. The pool is good for exercise, the water could be a little cooler in the summer even as a heated pool and for the amount of guests it needs to be longer/bigger although it's one of the bigger pools than most hotels. The food in the hotel is decent. The staff are very helpful, shout out to the concierge who helped us on where to go for Cheese steaks; Tony Lukes which has the best Philly Cheese steaks we've ever eaten.
We reserved our stay under an overnight package which included passes for different things but wasn't given to me when I checked in. That was not a problem because we got here kind of late to be doing much of anything. The big issue I have is when my husband went to ask for it at the desk the next morning the person he was speaking with had it in her hand to give it to him when another representative who is a tall African American woman with glasses came all the way over from the other end of the counter, looking at him suspiciously, and told her not to give it to him but to check if he's a guest. There were other representatives that didn't have any problem giving the package to him. It's not what she did it's how she did it, guests shouldn't be made to feel like they're trying to scam something from the hotel. We've been staying at Hilton hotels as well as other brand name hotels for many years and have never been treated like that. Our hope is that in the future she will be more discreet and professional in her manner. Guests should not be made to feel uncomfortable for minor issues as that. That's why the 2 stars otherwise it would be 4.
Here for a work conference. Amazing location, average rooms, below-average Executive Lounge, excellent conference facilities.
The hotel is beautiful and clean in a good location, pool, valet parking. Counter staff not so accommodating.
All the towels and bedding are heavily scented with the cheapest most nauseating imaginable chemical "perfumes". I am getting a headache and my eyes are smarting. Really sucks and they have no solutions or alternatives. I am asking my company to please avoid them at all cost in the future. These toxic chemicals I can do without. The room is dirty as well with bits and pieces from the last occupant so they are probably using those strong chemicals on purpose to mask even worse odors (though I'll be hard pressed to think of stinks worse than that towel).
Great hotel. Had a nice stay there. The only complaint would be that the parking was a little inconvenient.
Soooo pretty here omg never been before now I can say I have
Clean room and excellent view to the city and water.
I didn't stay long only about 15 hours. From what I experienced, it was a nice and clean hotel and has great views of the city .
Went for a family party. Staff was great, everything was clean and went smoothly.
I went there for dinner and it was amazing. Service was awesome had a lovely waitress named Angela, she was amazing. Great food, chill atmosphere and wonderful view.
The hotels power was cut off and we were notified at check-in that it would be occurring. They said they knew for a couple of days, but did not notify guest arriving after they received notice.
Good hoyel with great facilities and a better view from the room...
I hired the Hilton for our September wedding .. our first date was April our second date was July and our final date is September Allison Mannor who is the coordinator was ok with us canceling due to covid and couldn t offer us a guarantee so we cancel however , that was a different issue when requesting an refund which they agreed 100% to refund .. when asked to pick up our check for our new venue I was told that I couldn t because they had to issue the money on how we paid threw our card .. now the problem is that 2 of the four cards is no longer valid and I was told oh well .. wow so they don t care how we get our money back or even we will get back that s a Disgrace we held and tried to hold out , Maureen Flanders
Great place. The guys at the door are the best .. Great people.
Great place, wonderful and helpful staff. I highly recommend!
The view is amazing! Sauna and pool are awesome. And within walking distance of EVERYTHING
When I walked into my room it smelled like someone from a different room was smoking.
Neighbors Making a lot of sound (yelling and dancing) at 7AM. I called the front desk they said they were going to check but they didn t.
What type of experience is that?
The Hilton at Penn's Landing was great! Our room was clean and modern, the location is perfect with beautiful views. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was fantastic!
This place is the absolute worst. They knew they had a large party and allowed them to checkout way past their standard checkout time, which then required everyone who was checking in a delayed check in time. Our check in time was 3pm. We did not arrive until after 5pm when we were then notified that our room was still not cleaned. Do you think we received an email, phone call, courtesy text message to inform their guest of this delay? Absolutely not! Needless to say we are hilton honors members and have been loyal guest with the company for years. This is very disappointing. I will NEVER stay here again. When I explained to the office staff that we just arrived into town from a long ride and soon had dinner reservations and would need to change and get ready, so how much longer does she expect the wait to be she looked at me and just shook her head. There was no courtesy late check out offered to us. There was no, have a few drinks on us. There was no, have an appetizer or dessert on us. Absolutely nothing. Just a shake of the head, NO. Horrible customer service, lack of professionalism all around.
Great hotel nice area by Penn's Landing, close to the downtown area good for social outings and dinner dates
Great place .great front desk clerk . Awesome location
A beautiful hotel with very informative and friendly staff. The concierge was extremely helpful, friendly and respectful. I recently attended an event here and Ms. Abby was very helpful and accommodating with anything our party needed. The customer service is excellent. I recommend this hotel.
Business trip in early December. Accommodations were nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice food at the bar, too.
Great location. Clean. Large room. Nice late night bar in the hotel. Very friendly staff. No hesitation to stay again .
Nice location, near Franklin Bridge, can walk to the old city in 5 minutes.
I stayed in a Jr Suite and the room was super clean & nice. The hotel welcoming staff were very nice & helpful. My company won this room from Trumethods for their Schnizzfest conference.
Brilliant view of the bridge and the river, good location, and nice rooms.
I'm on the 12th floor, corner room, great vee, very nice room. Service is excellent, food here is very good. All in all, a very good experience. Recommended!
