Horrible experience, dirty, filthy room, transferred to another room, even dirtier, finally 3rd room was clean. Was not offered anything for our troubles, and being put in dirty rooms in a time of a pandemic

First time staying with Hilton and I loved it. Wonderful views of the delaware river, Penns Landing setting awesome, the rooms and beds warm & comfortable. But the real stars is the magnificent staff, from the front desk to housekeeping.

Excellent location right on the water and close to Festival Pier. We stayed over the weekend to see the Lauryn Hill concert and really enjoyed that we could easily walk to the venue from the hotel. Our room was in the corner of the 20th floor and we had an amazing view of the waterfront. Mike was very helpful when we checked in and made sure we knew where to go. Bed was comfortable and the room was large. Our new favorite hotel when we visit Philly.

Recently rebranded as a Hilton hotel, we've had excellent stays here in the past (when it was a Hyatt Regency) Terrific staff, clean, modern rooms, and best of all, the waterfront location can't be beat! You're steps away from Penn's landing, a short walk from all the Old City attractions (Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, Constitution Center, etc), and there are plenty of restaurants and bars (the original Continental, Franklin Fountain, Khyber Pass, and basically all of East Walnut, Chestnut, and Market) at your evening's disposal.

The last weekend we visited Philly, they were commissioning the USS Somerset, named in remembrance of the 9/11 passengers aboard UA Flight 93. All the catered festivities took place at the hotel, so it was packed with VIPs and highly decorated guests.

Despite the hustle around town this weekend, I'd recommend this Hilton to anyone seeking a slick accommodation that's near just about everything worth doing!

RIP off! When we made our reservations and used 70,000 Hilton points we were told that our room would have a balcony, fireplace and river view, didn't happen! They didnt even try to make changes
To accommodate us or reimburse any of our points.Trying to sleep was another challenge, it was very noisy and you could hear every conversation in the room next door, Even at 2:30. We shared our frustration with Hilton and they could have cared less. The front desk staff were some of the most unfriendly people we have ever met. Don't be fooled like we were.

Impeccable customer service. Very sizable rooms, comfortable. They are all about customer service here. I travel a lot and some places don t go the extra mile. Alex at the restaurant and Jeff the food and bev manager are both class acts.

Wonderful hotel. Our room was nice and the location is great. The STAFF made our stay super special though! Everyone is so friendly, always smiling, and very helpful. Special shout out to the restaurant manager, Lawrence, who went out of his way to find my lost phone and personally deliver to my room. Thanks Lawrence!! Great stay

Location, location, location. Right on the river, and there is a fun, lively little boardwalk right outside. Lots of food vendors, hammocks, games, couldn't have picked a better location for a short visit. No need to drive.

Best view in the town. Great restaurant for dinner and one of the best breakfast buffet. Great service. Lovely view from the room. They even texted me to ask if everything good in the room, that s the first time I ever got such a msg. Very thoughtful.

My experience here was the best. The environment was great, the staff made me feel right at home. The room was great comfortable bed and the view of the water was amazing. It was close to Penns Landing, and walking distance to downtown. I can see myself staying here again!

I was here for a conference. This beautiful hotel sits right in the Delaware River in Penn s Landing. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is truly welcoming particularly the valet staff who were friendly and hilarious in the that Philadelphia-kind-of-way. The bar is elegant and lively.

This property is an easy walk to south street, independence hall and the #1 restaurant in the county, Zahav. There are no bad views from the rooms - north is the Ben Franklin bridge which is beautifully lit at night, East is the scenic Delaware River and sunrises. West is the Philly skyline and sunsets, etc.

I was really disappointed in how unorganized the front desk staff was. They asked us to fax a credit card authorization form in, but then they lost it. They said "it happens sometimes" and then gave me an email that I could send it to if I hurried up and did it in a couple hours, but I would need to call back for a different email address if it was going to be more than a couple hours?? AHHHH!! Not a great first impression.

We stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding party. There's lots to do in the surrounding area. The reception area was clean and open. Staff was courteous and helpful. We got a water view which was great for the 2 kids staying with us. The event was on-site and we loved the convenience factor. We ordered room service breakfast but they didn't get it right (which we didn't address because by the time the new food arrives we'd have to wait some more time). The Parking is $35 a night which was ridiculously expensive, $45 for valet per night. We didn't want to pay $70 for the car to just sit there, we parked on the street (free) and took Lyft from there. Plenty of street parking (with no time limit) between Christian and Washington (on S Front St). Def saved us $70. It's about a 12 min walk or a $5 Lyft ride (one-way). Our cars were secure and no issues. Hope this helps you!

This hotel is right at Penn's Landing. Beautiful view of the river. There is a lot to do for families in the area. Also the hotel is clean and has an awesome pool (that is open late)

This hotel is in a great location and the room that we booked had a gorgeous view of the river. The room was very nice and had the amenities that you'd normally expect. The floor we were staying on was a little dirtier than expected. There was a used glass sitting outside of our door for the duration of our stay. The hotel parking was convenient and reasonably priced. There is a bar in the lobby, but we did not get an opportunity to check it out. Overall we had a good experience here.

Our room on the 13th floor was a corner waterfront view. Gorgeous and peaceful! Hotel was very convenient to many attractions and had beautiful walking paths and a boardwalk. Hotel is also attached to Penn's Landing to the north and Spruce Street Harbor Park to the south. The hotel bar and restaurant is open and airy with a wonderful breakfast bar. We did not have dinner. Rooms were well appointed, very clean and had all the extras such as a mini-fridge, teas and a great lighting in the bathroom. I would stay here again.

If you like a hotel lobby filled with guests in their pajamas and eating take-out, then this is the place for you. 4 star hotel?! No, definitely not. Stayed in Hilton s across the globe and this was a complete shock and disappointment.

Conveniently located. Very close to the old city area and minutes from 95. The staff was very professional and the facilities were very good, including the acoustics in the conference/ballroom.

This location is absolutely terrible. I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of April and am extremely disappointed. Upon checking out, I asked the front-desk manager for a refund on a drink made incorrectly on the night of my last visit (April 25). I was assured that they would look up the receipt and process the refund to my debit card. Its May 15th and I still haven't heard back from them, after following up with an additional phone call after I left. I've also tried to reach housekeeping about a missing item and cannot get ahold of them. While I was there housekeeping proceeded to tidy up my room even though I had my privacy sign hung. Disappointed by the customer service and lack of follow up after spending nearly a weekly with them.

Love It
