Nice architecture. It's on the waterfront down Penn's Landing and the building is shaped like a sail. #Cute. Hotel is very well maintained and the staff is super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Perfect spot. On the water with a gorgeous boardwalk and within walking distance to most historical places.
Even had an issue with room charges and Rebecca was super friendly and corrected it right away. Great stay. Would recommend to anyone.

Had the most pleasant stay at the Hilton Penn's Landing. We arrived very tired, there was no problem with our car, easy parking. The receptionist Laurel checked us in very fast and efficient. The hotel was so clean, bathrooms were spotless. Beds were very comfortable. We had a room with a big window overlooking the bridge. Breakfast was delicious, they have a omelette station where you can custom make your eggs. It's so nice to stay at a hotel where you wish all hotels were like that. We didn't wanna leave.

Didn't stay here, they just didn't let me use restroom in an emergency. "Guest only restrooms" is what security guard said. America is becoming an inhospitable society and what's crazier is we're proud of it. Go figure

I simply had appetizers at the hotel. It wasn't very busy and we were attended to promptly. We went to the restaurant area. Staff was polite and the food came out as usual. There was a little hiccup with my mom in law's order, but nothing huge and they corrected it immediately. Places was clean and the view was nice. I had the goat cheese fritters (I love cheese!) It was delicious. Would have it again.

We had our company Holiday party there. Ok nice room...good set up. Glad there were some vegan options. My BIG issue is that the hotel refused to validate my parking. I even showed the parking lot folks the email sent from my employer with directions on making sure to park with care so you will get validated. All others who parked WITH ME were validated with nooo problem. I wont be back because I was charged $31 to park for 2 hours. Shaaaammmmeeee on them. Never get my biz again.

We only really slept there, could have been better, could have def been worse. Bed is comfortable, room was clean, safe didnt work and we didnt realize until AFTER my wifes purse was locked inside. Maintenance came within 15mins and fixed, but we didnt use safe rest of weekend. The restaurant attached is over priced, go out into the city to eat. Unsure how pool is or exercise area. 32 bucks for parking overnight. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would probably stay here again as its close to things we liked. They have a shuttle service also.

The dry sauna was the best and the pool temperature was excellent they need a cut off time for the kids tho because they be really unruly. And the breakfast buffet was awesome wish they had waffles. The view is panoramic from the bedroom area to the bathroom was magnificent. The bed was comfortable and cozy. One of the best hotels I been to in philly thus far.

I've been to a lot of hotels, and this by far is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff was great, the room was very comfortable, Lawrence the guy at the door who probably has a hundred titles was simply awesome. My wife is from Philadelphia and we live in Tennessee, next time we come to visit we will definitely stay at The Hilton Penn's Landing. Thank you for everything.

5 star experience last night at this Hilton. Excellent customer service and recommendations for places to go enjoy Philly nightlife by Makenzie at the desk. Room was very clean, bed extremely comfortable, beautiful view of the river from our 13th floor room. Surrounding area was lively, but very safe. Close to South St. Walkable, but also a cheap uber ride. Will definitely return to stay here again.

My bed was super comfortable and a great view of the Ben Franklin bridge. Breakfast was good but not great. The precooked eggs were bland and rubbery. Luckily there was an omelet station with fresh ingredients.

The location is really convenient to the food stands along the water front. The rooms are average rooms. One thing is the staff is attentive to their patrons. This property is right on the water. We came across on the ferry from Adventure Aquarium in New Jersey.

Why are you advertising this "Love Lock Wall" when you don't have the locks to sell. We traveled from NJ paid to cross the bridge paid for parking walked to your location only to be told that you "jumped the gun" on this?! I left my personal information and I have yet to receive a phone call?

My wife and I got married here. Had a few hiccups along the way with the staff but they came through in the end and gave us what we dreamed of and more. The staff were courteous and professional throughout.

The hotel was gorgeous and the location was even better. Walking distance to Spruce Harbor, Old City, Queens Village, and Society Hill. Our guests were entertained the entre stay with or without us.

The rooms were clean, elegant, and they all had breathtaking views. Our suite on the top floor was gorgeous and the views breathtaking.

In the end we had our dream wedding and they were a part of that journey. Sure we had some bumps along the way, but what wedding planning experience goes smoothly?

First time here for my daughter and I which was a wonderful experience, but I was expecting more amenities in the room knowing the room was booked for three. A robe and slippers for each person would be nice too as that should be available for everyone. But besides that our stay was well spent, we had fun and would definitely visit again. Thanks

Security is a little on the aggressive vulgar side. Was not given the room I booked at first and was given excuses they may not have balcony room available. The tone changed fast when they realized I stay in a Hilton 250 or more nights a year. These hotels need to really give a lesson in hospitality. 3 stars for the view 1 star for the service. Even though the situation was corrected all the events to make my stay un enjoyable still happen.

Their "business center" was located in the lobby of the hotel, which meant there was no privacy or quite space to work. In trying to find a quieter area, the concierge told me, "This is a hotel, the only space is your room or the pool." I didn't appreciate the rude remarked since hotels are for the majority used for business... The internet "Hilton Guest" was terrible, the entire stay I couldn't even find the network on my phone and on my computer, the network kept kicking me out and running extremely slow. Really disappointed because I needed to get work done and I was unable to.

Great place! We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was great, as were the views and the proximity to old town. I would highly recommend the hotel to any visitor, but even more so to first timers like us!

Nice hotel on Penn's Landing in Philadelphia, the really comfortable rooms, staff peraparato and very kind, breakfast buffet, nothing to say, rich, very good bacon. There is also a swimming pool and gym. It has parking facilities with direct entry. Absolutely recommended

Accommodations were nice as expected. However, the parking situation was terrible. Getting in and out of the garage was difficult due to the entry and exit system using the hotel cards. Also, you basically have to take 3 elevators to get to your room from the garage.

Beautiful views, close to historical sites. Outside the hotel is a lovely park to the right, with children's play areas. The park is filled with hammocks and some hammocks also line the park/dock area. Its charming. There are food trucks and I've cream trucks along the park as well. Paddle boats at the pier outside in the summer afternoons.
As for the hotel itself, the staff at the front desk was friendly fly and very helpful. I also found the young woman who was working the coffee area to be funny, friendly and so bright and fun even at an early hour.
I highly reccomend chosing this hotel if you want to see historic Philly and get the actual best cheesesteaks (Looking at you Sonny's)
I was raised in North EasternPA and live in Portland now, and this will definitely be my choice the next time I visit.
One suggestion only: Consider having a few pool hours that are 18 and over only? Believe me, the parents want to relax in a pool without they're kiddos now and then too!
