Horrible would leave zero stars if possible staff very unhelpful

Very welcoming! As soon as we pulled up the valet was right there to give us our parking options. Valet or self park, you are going to pay for both, we chose valet. Checking in was a breeze. As Hilton Honors members we were given goodie bags of bottled water.
The room was a nice size and clean. We had 2 queen beds. Only thing I did not like was the pillows but the bed was comfortable, next time I will bring my own pillow. They (pillows)are super soft and lose shape quickly.
We chose this hotel because of the shuttle service they provided. All you need to do is check in with the concierge (Glenn was excellent)to book your time. Lawrence was our driver most if the time and he was very informative as to what to do in the city.
This hotel had a very comfortable feel to it, definitely would stay again.

The location and service were both outstanding. It was also a great value. I will definitely stay again.

We stayed at Hilton and got an amazing view from our room. Got 2 queen beds and it was comfortable and clean. Kids loved it that they don't wanna leave. We enjoyed our walked that morning by the marina as well and it was was just beautiful.

Excellent views of the Delaware River and Spruce Harbor park. The dining was flavorful with good portions.

No restaurants open in this hotel, not even breakfast. And it s far from everything. Also, the pool is way too crowded. If you are looking for an open pool, find another hotel nearby...just crowded way crowded, which is a no no during pandemic!

Friendly staff operating the parking garage, everyone seems fine with short term visitors to the hotel.

Great food service excellent by the water great views of the water front everyone was kind and friendly our sever Andrew was fantastic.

Comfortable but i think they need to hire security service to real in a wealthier clientele and the food/beverages should be monitored 24/7 along with your employees

It's your standard buisness class hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. Location was okay depending on what you're looking for. It's great for walking along the waterfront, but it can feel a little removed from the heart of the city. South Street and Olde City are short walks away though.

We had the best 4th of July ever, the rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. A great view of the Ben Franklin Bridge and Delaware River. What fascinated me the most was that we had free Hotel Shuttle and our chauffeur Lawrence was awesome. And the doorman Youssef helped arrange this for us. Such Friendly Staff. Entertainment on the balcony with an awesome guitarist who played songs requested like Stairway To Heaven. FUN FUN FUN!!!!!

Great stay right on the water. Great for families. Pool for kids! Clean. Modern. I'd love to stay again.

Was there for a wedding and reception and it was absolutely beautiful. Great views as well.

The view from my room is of the Benjamin bridge and it's beautiful. The service is amazing and the rooms are very comfy as well.

Super clean, super friendly staff! Had a beautiful room overlooking the harbor. Very crowded for the holiday weekend, but staff still made us feel like we were only ones there! Will definitely come back!

The staff & housekeeping were great ! Thanks so much guys ... But I would definitely not go on the weekends which is the best time to go... But on Sunday there was a age range (18-21) I guess were having a party & all they did was walk the halls & smoke in fire exits all night ! Music on there phone all loud , just doing the most it was horrible ! And Monday night there was an altercation where cops were called & there was an unconscious man in the middle of the driveway Front entrance ! If u have anxiety & things like be aware cause my anxiety was activated and I couldn t sleep the rest of my stay ! I was so afraid, not including the stench all damn night ! Besides that the staff was amazing & the bed so so so comfortable! Thanks Hilton see you again :)

Recently our client, touring musician Albert Hammond, stayed here and said he was absolutely blown away! The staff was so kind and courteous (even though he had an extremely late check in) and helped him get settled into his room quickly, so he could catch up on some much-needed sleep. He also loved the view of the waterfront when he awoke the next morning and went for a dip in their indoor pool. With such a great review from one of our seasoned clients, we look forward to sending more of our clients here in the future!

Stopped in the bar for a few drinks while at the Harbor Park. The staff was super nice and very quick considering how many people were there. Very nice place

The rooms are spacious, and the meeting room are nice.

Very clean, very quiet and in a great location. We were able to walk to the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. We even walked to Old Reading Terminal, up in Chinatown, even though it was only 12 degrees put! The staff at the hotel are great, including the team at the bar. I highly recommend this hotel when you visit Philadelphia.

The Hilton at Penn's Landing was amazing. This was our first time in Philly. It's centrally located, about 20 minutes from the airport, about 15 minutes from Market Street and the Fashion District, walking distance to parks, steps from the Seaport Museum. All spots for great photo ops. Our room was on the Executive Level (22nd Floor) and we had an amazing view of the River and City. The gym was nice and clean. All of the equipment was in working order. The indoor pool was nice and warm but they may have overdone it with the chlorine. All in all, we had a great experience.

Stopped by for a wedding after party, didn't do much else. Great location

Staff was courteous, views were phenomenal and the hotel was very clean.

First off I want to say thank you for Hilton for their support for front line workers!!!! I was able to book a week stay and only paid for parking.

Overall great place. The hotel is very clean, staff is friendly, good views of the city. However I was disappointed in the air conditioning in the room. There s only a small vent in a corner of the room and it barely puts out any air. Also the TV service needs some upgrade. I ended up watching Netflix on my laptop bc there were only a few channels to select

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The food is overpriced and terrible. I left my computer charger and went through the necessary steps to get it back. Not only did that accidently throw it away after I paid $20 shipping cost, but I've been back and forth on phone calls with them for a month (I still don't have it nor have I heard anything back). Hilton's goal may be to insure a pleasurable stay, but you'd get better service at a motel.

Very old, not very acoomodating, the "late check out "was 1230pm instead of 12pm.

Didn't get to see the rooms, but everything else is nice. Food is nice.

Great restaurant, semi upscale, delicious food plenty of choices for all tastes and ages. Beautiful clean rooms with wifi available. Amazing views of Philadelphia and the Delaware River. Conveniently located near shopping and plenty of activities for the wntire family. Sugar House casino is close by for the adults. Bar area is great for relaxing early or livening up your night. Well worth staying at during your trip to

Nice, clean establishment. Staff is super nice and a accommodating to their guests. Rooms are very clean and modern. Pool was the perfect temperature and well-maintained very clean. Dinning is delicious with a nice selection. Beautiful views overlooking the water and city! Close to absolutely ever in Oldtown.

Asked front desk for help around Philadelphia and they were knowledgeable and accommodating.

Excellent hotel with a perfect location. We had a room with a nice view of the river. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful at the front desk. Had a few drinks in the lounge and they we quite good but a little on the expensive side. We were visiting the historical sites and also some locations downtown. The hotel was in a good spot to drive to these locations without any problem. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Philly.

Stayed here this summer and was happy with my room and overall amenities. This part of the city is always busy in the summer months but we managed to have fun with the crowds surrounding the hotel.

Clean, spacious, excellent view, friendly staff, and a fair price. It is located along the river adjacent to a nice park. Car parking is an extra $35 per night.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, but our room wasn't great. Even on the 12th floor we could hear the traffic. Our room safe didn't work, the bath tub didn't drsin completely, and the door had huge gsps all the way around. All in all the room was very loud and we were awakened several times by loud talking in the hallway .

Food was good but the real battle started two days when I got home.. stomach didn't sit well.

Horrible experience. Bathroom did not work properly. Toilet didnt properly flush and the shower barely worker. Am currently filing a police report due to my wireless headphone being stolen during my stay for a wedding.

Staff was super sweet and they're take great COVID precautions which I appreciate. I took off two stars because my blankets/sheets had holes in them and my floor/room reeked of weed. The floors in the bathroom have also seen better days... Then I guess because the road outside the hotel is so straight motorcycles were roaring past the hotel until 3am...I was on the water side and it sounded like the windows were open it was so loud! Overall fine to stay at overnight.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. The location seems a bit out of the way but it's actually very close to olde Town and tourist attractions

One of the worst experiences I ve have ever had there was a used condom in the room the shower handle fell off the sheets was dirty and the tissues were used and back inside the box ugly experience I would never recommend this place I especially advise people with families do not come here I do not know what happened to this place but it went down the drain horrible ugly experience nasty hotel

3. Not the best sound barriers. I can hear everything in the next room over and there was a colicky baby. Also can hear conversations in the hallways.

This is my first time staying at this hotel and my experience was really great. Everyone including the staff, the guest, as well as the patron walking along the waterfront where ALL very friendly.

In addition, the Hotel had even gone a extra mile by letting check in early. And for that I am truly gratefully.

Fantastic location, the ferry was perfect for attending concerts at BB&T pavillion. Rooms are very clean and the staff is great.

This is a nIce hotel with views if you want to be in the Old City Penns landing area .
Only Issue we has was that our room would not cool down in December and no cracking of the window

Very nice rooms and friendly staff. It was extremely crowded when I went because there was a wedding going on so things were pretty chaotic but other than that it was great.

BEST HOTEL IN PHILLY. and they are pet friendly. I will NEVER stay anywhere else when im in town.
