I was there for a convention but the facilities were clean and well taken care of from what I saw. Did not atay in a room because I'm somewhat local.

Right when you walk in, there's a feeling of welcoming. The people there are really nice.

Attended a meeting in the hotel. It was very clean and offered more than enough parking connected to the hotel. The staff was very friendly when asked for assistance.

Overall good service. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. Bathroom had only a small shower instead of a full bathtub, which was a little disappointing but that would be attributed to the wedge shape of the rooms in the corner towers. The corner tower rooms are generally quieter than the rooms overlooking the main atrium though. Breakfast buffet was good, although a bit on the expensive side.

Location is good, rooms have great views. Bar is expensive and service there was less than stellar, but they were willing to comp meals.

Friendly employees, no free breakfast, 65" screen television, no bath (shower), and a nice, clean place to sleep

Nicely appointed room and excellent proximity to shopping and night life. Wonderful convention staff and overall atmosphere. Will stay here again if we need to be near O'hare.

The best thing about this hotel is that it is close to the airport

Nice enough hotel and in a great location. The walls are definitely not sound proof. I could hear the next door room clearly and they were loud from 5am to 8am. You can also hear the other rooms toilet flushing. The check in line was extremely long as well and took some time. Wouldn't be my first choice to stay.

I have stayed here, and worked an event here every year for many years now. The major complaint is why in the world would the bar open at 4pm and close at 10pm every night? I've never seen a hotel of this scale that does that.

Very nice hotel, parking, foods and drinks are expensive

Great hotel very nice and courteous staff. The parking is a bit pricey. Room was very clean. We had a double bed room and the beds were small but comfy. Nice restaurant inside the hotel. VERY good food. You can tell their food is made from scratch.

Hyatt spends a lot of money on amenities. They are top notch. But when I'm taking a bath and I see a bunch of dirt in the bathroom, I think Hyatt is just as clean as my room at Comfort Inn. If I pay Hyatt prices, I expect a clean room- top to bottom. Room cleanliness kept this hotel from being a 5

Staying for Midwest Furfest. Each year they Hyatt Recency O'Hare has been a wonderful host doing all they can to give con attendees the best stay possible. I'm happy to stay at this hotel when I visit Chicago.

Had a flight cancelled, needed a room late last night. Employees were so helpful and nice in our time of need. Room was perfect and so comfy!

It's ok the lobby is nice however the room old and not renovated in a nice way

I attended a technology conference at the Hyatt. Very nice staff and customer service. Hope we return again next year!

A very easy hotel to get to from the airport. An easy and comfortable shuttle pickup is provided which takes approximately 10 minutes to get to the hotel. The hotel is a little dated, but it is extremely well maintained and appointed. Rooms were spacious with a great large screen television. Bathroom was adequately supplied with shampoo and conditioner etc. The shower was excellent. Very strong water pressure and enough space to shower easily. (Naturally everything was kept perfectly clean) The room rates were very reasonable too.

Great hotel, comfortable and clean, the bar has great food

The receptionists are helpful and thoughtful. It is a worth place with reasonable price.

Nice hotel, good gym, the restaurant is not great nor its bad

I went to Con Alt Delete, an anime convention that was held in the hotel. The hotel staff were very nice and helped me and my cousin with all of our questions, including the validation of our parking ticket.

Location is great, easily accessibility off the highway. You have to pay for parking, which I believe to be a bit crazy considering its the suburbs. Beautiful space and such a large amount of it.

The hotel is so old and in need of revitalization that I couldn't help but feel dirtier after my shower than before when I had spent 12 hours working a trade show.

The location was in rosemont in a nice neighborhood room was in good and clean condition service was ok the only think i dislike was the parking to pricey

I was quite impressed with the conference rooms that we were in. Also really liked the lunch that was provided.

Good airport hotel with reliable and frequent transportation to forth worth

The rooms and service were great and the event was fun but, everythkng was extremely over priced and the hotel staff were kind of rude. I found a bad that someone had lost and went to turn it in at the lost and found and they told me just to keep it. Not to mention to eat any meal there was way way over priced. I was asked to pay 3 dollars for a can of soda. I paid extremely steep prices to stay there plus 45 dollars to park which is insane. I have stayed at hotels that were twice as nice as this for a quarter of the cost and complementory breakfazt lunch and dinner with free alcoholic beverages. They wanted 15 dollars per drink at their bar. This hotel was very bad for the price i paid and will not be staying again if i dont have to.

Fantastic one night stay. Service, food and room were great.

Very clean, well decorated with a fantastic restaurant. Didn't interact with the staff much but they all said hello and smiled in passing. One gripe though, I was charged a $250.00 smoking fee when I absolutely did not smoke in my room. Waiting on a resolution... but 10 days for an answer is ridiculous. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay.

Older hotel with a great look. Has bar at the top with some nice veiws. The beds aren't all that comfortable.

It's nice, but can't get a reasonable priced meal anywhere. This is Chicago the crime capital and they act like it's Paris.

The airline put us up here for the night. Our room was very nice and clean. They gave us a free toiletries bag. A good experience all in all.

Hotel is beautiful and clean. The 24hour restaurant is a wonderful touch. The lack of complimentary breakfast compared to other hotels was a bit disappointing

Love this place, I've visited this place a few times and love their restaurant, especially the ambiance. The Regency Lounge is great if you have access to it. I'm rating this for the conference rooms and the restaurants in the hotel. Never stayed here so dont know the quality of the rooms as I see some not so great reviews on rooms here. But overall the lobby, restaurants etc are phenominal!

I've stayed at this hotel many times and I would give it a good rating For a older but renovated large hotel .It usually is more affordable than staying anywhere near the Lake or downtown .They have glass elevators that are fun to watch plenty of restaurants and bars and a whole lot of ball Room space for large events .

Was in the Executive Suites.... Noisy, shabby, not great.

Wonderful guest services, allowed us to borrow a charger we forgot, gave us great dinner recommendations, and the rooms are amazing.

The sheets were stained and our phone was broken. The hotel is very very loud at night. The rooms are not very sound proof. Overall, though, it was a decent priced hotel and close to the train to get to Chicago which was our actual destination.

Great service, nice views, Regency Lounge provides great service.
