The Concourse Hotel at Los Angeles Airport - A Hyatt Affiliated Hotel Review

Pretty nice hotel and got a great upgrade. Hard to find things like the Regency Club, pool since there are no signs.

Did not really like this hotel at all. It took us a full hour to check in, due to they were not prepared. The front desk people, were also quite rude and did not apologize for the wait. If that isn't enough, none of the vending machines worked on any of the floors. It was a shame. TV channels were also very fuzzy and not great. Only plus, was the comfortable bed.

They ripped me off. My trip to LA got cancelled and I cancelled my room way in advance. They still charged me a full price and refused to refund. Reps from 1970s were stubborn and unpleasant.

The hotel does not validate parking, and the cost per day isn't a trivial addition to the price of the room. While the room is very modern, the sliding bathroom door doesn't provide any privacy.

Modern, clean hotel adjacent to LAX. Service was friendly and fast. Food was above average for hotel (try the drunken noodles and crispy tofu). Only complaint is price of food for basic (morning pastries, etc) is pretty high.

I just booked
my hotel and they wouldn't even answer the phone. The lady at the front desk pretended as if she didn't hear me when I first called them when I called back kept directing me to an automated system. I haven't even checked in yet. Not off to a good start.

Traffic on 405 sucks. Bartender at gate 68B was rude.

High quality, simply appointed. After a lousy few nights in a Yosemite hotel it was nice to settle here for a night, where the beds, linens and pillows allowed a great night sleep, the Wi-Fi was fast and the rooms quiet. Really enjoyed the stay.

It doesn t worth the money, the rooms and the bathrooms are not clean. No parking lot attached to the hotel, food is expensive for poor quality, i don t recommend at all.

Unity LA restaurant was pretty good for a Hotel restaurant. The grill chicken was nice. Pass on the pumpkin seeds though.

This is the biggest non-Vegas hotel I've ever been at. The hotel shuttle was prompt, the rooms are spacious and clean, the shower was great, and most importantly, there were plenty of power outlets proximal to the bed. This hotel ticked all my check boxes.

Renovated, good option to stay for a stopover in L.A. Good quick bites and service.

New rooms and the suite was really big and comfortable. Breakfast was pricey but it is normal for this type of hotel near the airport.

Nice hotel, horrible service. A 3 day family trip was a nightmare everyday. Definitely not an ideal situation with a 2 year old and a 6 month old.

Very convenient from LAX. The room is beautiful and there is no problem with WiFi. I was able to save my luggage until the night of the flight even after checkout.

Very convenient to the airport and they a parking garage

High end rooms but the rest needs help. The restaurant was not open yet, so they had something set up in a banquet room. But no one mentioned that when we made reservations, not on the website either. The lighting in the bathroom was severely lacking, way too dark to do your makeup properly. The rest of the room was great, plenty of outlets, and seating. Maybe once they are done with construction it will be better.

Very convenient location close to the airport. Shuttle service provided. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom was poor and the lights in the bedroom we're only accessible from one side of the bed. There was an odd spotlight only on the other side of the bed. Overall not a bad place to stay for a quick overnight.

Overall: Great Experience, would stay again when in the LAX area.

Pros: Right beside the airport with free frequent shuttle bus to LAX, clean and nicely decorated hotel and rooms, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff. Even the soaps and lotions were great and high quality like everything else.

Cons: Nothing really. It's a slight bit far away from the rest of the city but most major attractions and things to do are about a 30 mins Uber ride away.

I stayed here with my wife and had a great time from start to finish. There was a bit of an issue when leaving but Nathan (head of Security) worked with us even after we left and flew back to Toronto to get it resolved.

Keep up the great work guys! Definitely a 5 star experience.

My favourite hotel along this strip. It is similar to the others (it is what it is), but has become my go to at LAX.

I loved how modern it was but the beds could be more comfortable.

Room was clean and maintained well, event staff were attentive to keeping many of the areas clean for all attending parties. Very polite and timely.

The hotel is right next to the airport which is incredibly convenient if you are staying the night to take an early flight. If you were looking for rest and relaxation, this really isn't the place. Honestly, you can hear the planes landing and taking off all night long. The hotel is really nice though and the rooms are very comfortable and stylish

Must be recently re-done. We had an executive suite which was huge and lovely. Room service breakfast was terrific. Shuttle to airport. Would only stay here if needed a hotel at LAX

Great place to have business meetings and seminars. I went for a makeup course and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

Free shuttle pickup just outside baggage claim. The driver was very nice and helped me with my bags. When I arrived at 10:30pm there was only one person in line in front of me. Check in was quick and I was informed that food was still available in the lobby and there was a convenience store for snacks and sundries open until 2am. Room service is available late night too.

We had a 2 queen bedroom. Nicely appointed with lots of USB plugs to charge up. Clean, contemporary and convenient to the airport. Free WiFi too. Perfect overnight stay to catch a flight or to rest from a long journey.

Ok vibe, ok food and drinks. Better places very close just average hotel food, service and drinks.

Very impressed. Arrived very late (actually at about 1 am) due to a very late American Airlines flight which meant I had missed my connection flights home. So not so happy. But smiles and friendly and competent staff greeted me and arranged my room quickly. Equally helpful and positive service when I checked out after a very refreshing night's sleep. I Only issue was an unwelcome and unbooked automated wake up call at around 5am. What was that about? On course for a 5 rating except for that.

I attended a corporate event but did not stay at the hotel. That being said I found the restaurants and bar areas to be not very organized. They are not prepared in my opinion she handle a larger crowd.

unityLA restaurant in lobby 24/7 ... always friendly, great food, I mean GREAT FOOD !!!! Room keys usually few kinks but the Rep always works it out! Flight crews talk about the food in airport shuttle and they're right. My 3rd time here this year!!!!

You should never have to pay to get decent internet in a hotel that costs 200 dollars per night.

Accommodations were good and staff was friendly. Cost for food and other extras we're excessive. The bathrooms in the rooms had no lock and did not close all the way.

Room was nice and spacious. However BEWARE OF STAFF specifically HOUSEKEEPING . My necklace was stolen within 1 hr of checking out. Security went back and found nothing and act like housekeeping didn t clean yet. However housekeeping went in the room and just didn t fully clean. Sad to say staff aren t honest so WATCH YOUR BELONGINGS. & Hyatt hotel hire more staff with integrity.

I loved this place and the service. I m a huge fan of Hyatt hotels and always feel VIP when I come here. I landed super early and was able to check in to my room right away.

The room was spacious and had a TON of outlets and USB ports. The View of the airport was very cool and not at all disturbing as the windows have some sort of sound proofing on them. The bed was super comfortable and it was great to lounge around on the sofa.

If you ve accumulated enough points, you have access to the Regency Club. They have a BOMB happy hour with liquor and wines. And they have a great breakfast and snacks.

I would stay here again for sure.

Great airport hotel. I'm sure prices will rise when they finish their refurb but it's worth looking at if you need an overnight stay at lax.

Typical airport-style hotel, but great service and food options at the restaurant. If you get a room facing the runway like I did, you ll get a great view of planes landing all day and night, right from small ones like the Airbus A320 to jumbo jets like the Boeing 747 and Airbus A380!

Rooms look nicely remodeled. Stay was great. Location was convenient and shuttles to and from airport.
