Good location, nice rooms, great concierge services.
What a great location so close to everything! Most things can even be walked to. The staff there is so nice and very accommodating. Thanks hilton staff!! I will definitely be visiting soon.
Great service on the water. Fantastic views. The waterside park is very great for families
Beautiful place on the water. I loved their breakfast. Near the ferry, the park, etc... Can be pricey, but money well spent.
The staff was kind and the hotel and my room were clean. The view of the Ben Franklin bridge was also good.
If you aren t white and rich don t go ! You ll be discriminated
Exceptional from start to finish. Room was amazing. Restaurant was quite good. Staff was attentive and friendly.
Great location with amazing view of center city at night. Walking distance to Old City and Independence Hall. City Hall is a bit of a hike but manageable. The room was clean and well appointed , above average I would say.
Loved the view from our room but i felt the hotel was over priced. The air conditioner in the first room didn't work but the second room was good however i didn't appreciate that they couldn't compensate us for the nights doesn't without ac because we booked threw a "third party" (priceline.com)
Awesome hotel... Awesome staff... Very friendly... Amazing bar tender... Great view of the Delaware River
No restaurant available, this a party place at the weekends with nasty people... stay away from this place if you're a business traveler
One of my favorite place in Philadelphia. Love the view and the vibe there.
Enjoyed the hotel and staff during our recent conference! Had a room that we could see both the river and the city!
Nice central location. Courteous service. Affordable drinks
Friendly staff in aging hotel. The hotel is comfortable and the staff is friendly and efficient. The location is good for Philadelphia history and South Street. There are few amenities, though, and shuttle was unreliable due to lackadaisical concierge desk.
Very nice, updated hotel in the heart of Philadelphia's historic Penn's Landing. Hotel is right on the river and within walking distance of the old town area with many restaurants and pubs. The hotel staff are very friendly helpful and the rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel is handicap accessible. I did not drive, so I don't know what parking arrangements are available. A cab from the airport to the hotel should run about 30 to 35 dollars.
Hotel was nice, front desk receptionist wasn't very helpful, but the manager was, so can't complain...
Very nice hotel in a great location in Philly. Room was good size. Got a city view room. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but overall everything was good. Staff and front desk were very friendly and super helpful
Stayed in a corner room on the 3rd floor. Bed was nice, the views we're great and the A/C worked great (it was about 90 degrees outside). The pool was very nice as well and very warm. Had a great time and would definitely recommend.
I was attending a concert in Camden and this Hilton location was great. The room was nice. The bathroom french doors were pretty but not sound proof and no vent so anyone in room could hear your business. Also quite loud traffic noises in room. Comfortable beds and towels.
Nice place, great price and location I would back soon
beautiful place! with lots of activities and water views
Plethora of reasons. Food in restaurant took way too long. It was mediocre. When the bill came, the maitre de did not know if the tip was included in bill. We had to ask and wait for itemized bill. Tried to get us to tip on an amount that included tip. Would not recommend.
Not a bad place. Rooms could use a little up revamp but over all not bad
This place is absolutely horrible. Will never stay here again. Brought my wife here for a nice weekend in Philadelphia just to find out that we could not check in for over 3 hrs past our scheduled check in time due to a delay in house keeping. No one even notified us. We could have made alternative plans. Also, we had to miss our planned dinner reservations. Very disappointed. Would love to speak with management as I will never advise any family or friend to ever stay with this company again.
Good basic hotel. Great if you get an upper floor with a Delaware River view. It's good to know that bathroom door is more like a wardrobe door - when it's closed, there's still a decent open gap between the sides of the door. If you travel as a couple, and cherish your privacy, this may be an issue. Don't know if all rooms have this weird arrangement though. Otherwise it's fine.
The room smelled strongly of cleaning agents, so it was clean. The customer service was great. Will stay there again!
Everything there was great. We enjoyed the food and the conversation with the other members of the conference. The hilton staff and waiter were great.
Quick check-in and check-out. Room was clean, and staff was nice.
Great location next to the river. Vending machine at the floor not working. Swimming pool located inside with a gym and sauna with a good hours of operation but the water in the pool is always to cold . Beside this pretty good location in the center of the city. Self parking is available for the extra fee $35 per day. Valet parking $10 more.
We booked a room last minute for a wedding in Philadelphia. The service was excellent, and after my husband mentioned that this was our first night out in a long time due to serious family medical issues (our 2-year old son had a bone marrow transplant this summer), they were super gracious and upgraded us to a fantastic room on the 21st floor. It was clean, luxurious, and had a beautiful view of the river and bridge. Thank you, Hilton!
Over priced for an older, falling into repair hotel. Our room was filthy, animal hair was present on the blankets and floors. It took them 3 hours to bring us 1 clean blanket. The shower curtain had visible stains and there was the beginning of mold in the shower. The wallpaper was stained and peeling. We kept our shoes on the entire time. Unfortunately, they were booked and no other room was available. I use to think Hiltons were a higher class hotel, however I'm starting to think otherwise.
I did nor stay here, but met up with friends nearby to play Pokemon Go.
We haven't stayed at the hotel yet however I'm not at all impressed with their customer service so far. It's next to impossible to get someone to call you back or respond to an email. Thinking about canceling our reservation and looking else where since this vacation is for our anniversary and should be a special stress free week.
Very nice hotel. The lobby and restaurant are beautiful.
Excellent hotel comfort of the highest level. Gym and pool with incredible views
Great location for accessing a lot of fun bars and restaurants, sights and sounds in Old City.
Location makes it a 4 star, cleanliness needs improvement, does not have its own parking, have to pay separate at a rate of $37 per day.
No breakfast, no housekeeping & pool closed due to covid.
It could be have better fot that price.
Great views. Great location on the waterfront. Blocks from some of the best that Philadelphia has to offer. Definitely is a hotel that you would come back
I was here for a few hours for a week conference, food was good scenery was nice and I had a nice time, great rooms for corporate events!
Was a perfect room, clean. Parking is low but has garage. They get 1 star because Rebecca at the front desk just has the absolute worse attitude. Beware spend money for all day parking but get hassled about re entering your paid room. Upgraded at that.
Great staff, excellent service.1 bad experience with valet parking supervisor.
First, I will start by saying that the hotel has always had a view that was amazing (there were a few cosmetic issues, but that view was to die for). We d been going since it was they Hyatt. My review is basically based off of how management handled things.
However, the manager, Rebecca was emotionless and lacked empathy. Very eerie in her demeanor, and it seemed as if there was a bit of underlying racism. We d paid through one of the third-party sites (which she made ABUNDANTLY clear), brought an issue to her attention, and she was extremely unwelcoming.
We rented the business suite guess it was equivalent to the presidential suite. We did not get what was listed on the website, in the room. She made it seem as if we were lying about what we WERE to get. I printed it out but did not have it on me at the time. I thought we d get what was advertised with no issue. After all, this was the Hilton. Rebecca spoke in a very condescending manner. The employee, Kelsey did try to smooth things over by comping our parking, because I believe she did get the point which was made. We are sure that may have had to go through Rebecca, but Rebecca s face-to-face interaction was particularly scary to say the least her demeanor was something that I cannot describe.
Kelsey had more of a personality than the manager. The manager looks like she knows the bottom line but does not know that the people CONTRIBUTE immensely to making the bottom line happen. She needs to learn people skills. Diversity skills, and how to communicate with people. She is bad for business as it pertains to realizing that the consumer whether they pay via a third-party site (which obviously is needed to sell out rooms, or directly), should be treated equally. There are people who would lie about what the room was to have, but she knew that was listed at one point, and wanted to go back and forth about the listing being updated several months ago. How would I know that was even an issue several months ago if I had not seen it recently? In any event, Hilton needs to ensure their management team knows how to deal with ALL people, or they will lose a lot of business and have to outsource the selling of their rooms to a lot more sites if they keep that up.
Stayed here a few times for work. Nice place and great location. The rooms unfortunately don't cool quickly but it's still comfortable.
Great first experience! Parking was $35 a night. Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was friendly as well as the front desk. I'm very big on customer service and I rec'd great service from all shifts. I had a great view from my room which had 4 windows total. Would stay at hotel again.
Nice....but they miss a lot of the little details.....
Internet was terrible- paid $30 and got 0.5mb. food in the restaurant was mediocre, but sitting on the patio was nice. Staff was friendly.
I stayed at the Hilton Penn s Landing room 1514 from 1/25 until the morning of 1/27..the view was amazing ..the staff awesome ..very attentive. However, Saturday night I returned to the hotel with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday ..the next morning I heard a little sounds like something gnawing. Every time I would get up it would stop ..I called my boyfriend and told him ..he said it was nothing..he was out paintball with friends ..Later that evening we went out and return back late and went to sleep ..I hear scampering ..I got up and looked it stop ..Finally I had to get up for work ..I went to cut a peice of the birthday cake and guess what the mice had a buffet..other than this my weekend was perfect.
This is a very nice hotel. It had a nice room and a good view. Everything was clean, although there was a broken cabinet, which wasn't used anyway. Everything else was in good shape though. It was annoying to find out that you had to pay to use a microwave, but it is, overall, a nice hotel. I would stay there again.
It was great service was good and people and staff were nicee
Sat outside for service at restaurant and waited for 15 minutes while waiter walked by us and ended up leaving. Someone had a party in the hallways and didn't get much sleep. Heard them screaming and yelling till 4 a.m. If I could give negative stars I would.
The best customer service experience by far. From the front desk to house keeping, it was great.
Gorgeous view, amazing room, perfect location with lots to do within walking distance. Only negative was when we were checking in and out, there were long waits for the elevator for the rooms, but also for the parking garage. We ended up walking from the front of the lobby around outside to the back where the parking garage is to get our car, which was quicker than waiting in the long line. Or just pay for valet, it's worth it :-)
I travel a lot with work and as far as Hiltons go I was so disappointed with this one. The service was very poor. When I needed something I was made to feel like I was a bother. The rooms were not well appointed even with a club card.
The room was clean. Beds were not very comfortable. Lots of noise inside and outside the hotel made it difficult to sleep. Staff was friendly and professional. The girl at the desk was quickly able to work around a mix up with our reservations.
