In May I made a reservation with Hyatt for August 8-11 for the Beatles convention . I guaranteed it with my credit card. I arrived at Hyatt and was told at the front desk that "we have no record of your reservation." I had to find another hotel to stay at. When I arrived home, my credit card for showed that I was charged a NO SHOW fee, for not checking in for my room which the hotel told me I didn't have. I called the accounting department when I returned home and they told me that when my reservation was made, my name was spelled wrong. The front desk could have easily discovered this information and given me my room but did not. I wrote letters to the president, CEO, and hotel manager. All I received in response was an emailed survey designed to see if the front desk clerk did her job right. Hyatt did nothing to correct this mistake which was their fault.. If the survey was their only response, after 30 years of staying at Hyatt, I will never stay there again

Great service the rooms are very nice and the bar has great liquor. I love the new Starbucks store on the bottom floor. It was a great experience expecialy because the feast for Beatles fans 2017 was going on when I was there.

I went to the Hyatt Regency O'Hare to attend a wedding reception. I enjoyed the celebration in the ballroom. It was spacious and well organized. I didn't stay overnight since I live close by. Overall, the look was excellent.

Our family of 5 recently stayed here for 5 nights for an event. Our toiletries were never replaced and we did not have enough towels. The a la carte cafe was overpriced (nearly $4 for a small water bottle) and the rooms/building were outdated. We ve stayed at other Hyatt Regency hotels and this was the most underwhelming experience we ve had.

The room, layout and space was really clean. I loved the toiletry products that they provided in the bathroom; gentle and cruelty free. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were way too soft, no support. The interior design was lonely. I loved the hundreds of different species of pothos that outlined each floor. The staff was very friendly and quick. Check in literally took less than a minute. Very large screen television with a lot of channels. We used the conference rooms and they were spaces and clean. The food was catered by the hotel I assume and it was very good with almost every side offered as a gluten free and dairy free alternative. The hotel is about 2 blocks in size. So there is no question about room for any event you are trying to plan. The shuttle to the airport was complementary and a short, smooth ride over. Very nice time while on business there. Would recommend and would stay again.

Lobby space is a great setting, hotel located right next to the convention center. Always feel comfortable here. The dining in this and other hotels in walking distance is way over priced for what you get but that goes for all/most hotels so just in general looking for a good pizza delivered will be my first choice going forward if pulling the car out of park seems daunting. (Depends on what event is going on.)

Top class Hotel. Had a great stay here. You pay for class. Wasn't impressed with having to pay extra for parking, though. Especially after the room was well over 130 a night. Really, can't spare a parking fee? Oh well, rest of the experience was great. The room is super lush. Suave and modern. The bed was comfortable. The location is ok. Close to the airport. About a 15min walk to the Chicago L.

I've never written a review on this hotel before, but if I had, this would be my upgraded rating. My main issue here is that my room is never ready and it's never the proper room. But the last time my stay was flawless. So I added a star. If you have club access the people in there are wonderful, helpful and caring.

It was ok. The room decor seemed a bit dated, but otherwise, I was a decent stay for the night. I got the room half off through a 3rd party site.
To be honest, I would never have paid full price for what we had.

Used for airport parking only. The service desk attendant was very kind, helpful and polite and seeing I was in a hurry to catch the shuttle to the airport, assisted very quickly with concise instructions. The shuttle driver was also courteous and drove safely and professionally. Top notch

Customer service at the front desk was very good. Some issues with 'guide' functionality on the t.v.; flat screen, but most basic 'hotel t.v.' Couldn't use Roku. Bed was very comfortable, but pillows were a flat down. Beautiful lobby and bar; overall very nice hotel.

Got an ok rate BUT Hyatt proceeded to charge we $24 an hour to use their "guest" computers in business center!! Have stayed at sooo many hotels and none have ever tried to gouge me like this!! Plus charging $25 a day to self park. And no pool or hot tub, weird for a large hotel like this! If they did have one they would probably charge $50 an hour to use it. STAY AWAY from this place unless you enjoy getting ripped off. I WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER HYATT!

Personally, I prefer dulles.

Things I was concerned about:
Security box and TV mouse did not move.
fitness but was usable comfortably, way back to the room, the hotel man who had been seen in the strange eyes were worrisome.
I do not feel anything special for the price.
As the airport is near, there are a lot of sounds of arrival and departure, so if you like quiet you may feel loud.

Good thing:
Correspondence of the front desk was good.

I stayed here after missing a flight. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. It was refreshing to stay at the Hyatt Regency after a long and frustrating day of travel. Beautiful hotel and great food in the restaurant.

Such an amazing hotel. I come here for a convention every year and the staff is amazing and super helpful and friendly. Rooms are very nice as well. There's lots to do in the area. The hotel bar though pours their drinks very weak and the prices for cocktails is outrageous, so be careful going there.

The hotel itself was lovely. The room was gorgeous, the amenities were nice, and the view was amazing. However, I checked in late and there was a line 15+ people long at midnight on a Tuesday. There was only one clerk, and it took forever to get checked in, which was frustrating. Another clerk was helping the elite customers, but there were only 3 customers in that line and they never opened it up to the rest of us.

I had a serious issue with the other hotel I was booked to stay at. Thankfully the Hyatt took me in very last minute and provided great service. We had some minor issues regarding how long my stay was (I clearly requested 2 night but they only booked me for 1) but these issues didn't remain issues for long. They were handled quickly and painlessly.
(Edit: I'm still having issues regarding payment. After having previous issues, I ended up staying for 2 nights and then checked out, but I'm still being charged for an extra night. Waiting to get these issues resolved.)

Probably my favorite hotel in Rosemont. Definitely Happy when I come back to this hotel. They have a bar/restaurant and a 24hr walk in food and snack shop that will also deliver for $5. Great service! The suits are even more amazing with views worth every penny. You will enjoy.

Was told I was the guest of the day which I figured they told to everyone. Then I got to my room and realized they put me in a deluxe suite. What!? Room was LARGE. Bedroom was upstairs via spiral staircase. Loved the multiple 70" tvs and the TV in the upstairs bathroom was a nice touch. Didn't have an auxiliary cord to plug my phone into the radio so they brought me one with bluetooth. Overall was a great stay.

I stayed here for a weekend for a convention, and I must say I was very impressed by both the hotel itself and the staff. I had friendly service and my room was clean and the hotel was quiet, despite being close to O'Hare.

My bad experiences actually occurred after I had left. I was leaving in a hurry, and I forgot some clothes in my room (I know, stupid me). I called them ASAP after I realized I had forgotten my items, and the person on the phone (Mary) was not polite and was very flippant about my plight, showing their true colors. To my amazement, they were able to find my items and send them to me a week after the event. I was thrilled...and I was going to rate them a five star experience for going above and beyond the call of duty. However, to my disappointment, only two of my five items I forgot were returned. The other items somehow "were gone." While I'm grateful for them returning two of my items, I didn't get everything back. Hence, a three start rating.

Suoer clean, they let us check in early since we have a 5am flight, staff very friendly, clean bedrooms, perfect location, close to the train station, coffe store 24 hrs, fedex, restaurant and bar.

Awesome bed clean, quiet and everything perfect. Thumbs up to the receptionists they were friendly and professional. Neat idea with all that ivy growin on all the hallways. Elevators were cool. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Was put up here for the night from Delta airlines after multiple delayed and missed flights and they were absolutely amazing to work with! Had a nice big room with a balcony, soft comfy bed, big TV and they even gave me some personal hygiene products since my bag was lost. They made a very frustrating trip a little more pleasant.

I stayed for a Fraternal Regional Convention held at the Hotel. I needed money for registration and used they Hotel ATM. I got the money out then, but 2 weeks later I received a call from my bank telling me that someone tried to Fraudulently take out 400 dollars on my account. My bank also told me that it came from that ATM and that ATM has a Skimmer on it. I can only imagine how many other travelers might be affected. I hope all Hyatt's aren't like this. Thank God for a Good Bank because the hyatt should be ashamed of themselves.

Room was OK, i believe the breakfast was overpriced for cold food.

Overall don't get money out of there unless they change that ATM.
