This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is a nice bar to enjoy a drink and a good restaurant to eat some food. The rooms cost around $200 a night but the hotel is in close proximity to O'Hare airport.

I've been there a few times for various conventions and I like the hotel and convention center next door. Plenty of places to sit and charge your phone. Good service. Etc. Overall good experience.

Was stuck there overnight due to an overbooked flight. Room was nice and clean. The front desk provided me with complimentary hygiene products and was helpful with information about shuttles. I also ordered room service, the food was pricey, but service was professional and good and the food was tasty.

If you are spending one or two nights here, I believe this near-the-airport-location will meet your needs. If you are staying for an extended period of time, prepare to pay a good chunk of money for limited in-house as well as community options. Personally, I doubt I would stay at this location again.

Context:
I stayed at this location for 6 nights for a graduate school program which was held at the location. Continental breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack were provided, dinner was independent. I stayed at the location for convenience, however several other hotels were cheaper and just as nice.

Positives:
Mobile phone app allowed for quick access and information.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The TV Screen was very big, 50+ inches, mobile phone compatible to stream.
The house-keeping staff we friendly and timely.
Lunch was relatively okay but had limited options which were often over seasoned to the point of being unable to eat.
The dinning locations are fine but in my opinion, over-priced for the limited options.
Numerous areas made into seating nooks throughout the hotel.
Regular shuttles to the airport are provided.

Negatives:
The continental breakfast was extremely limited with coffee and orange juice, soupy eggs, a few pastries which were over processed, and bruised fruit. The afternoon snack was along the same lines.
I attempted to place a pick-up order once, when I had a migraine. After being transfer to several voicemails and going to three different areas, I was told no one got my call and what I wanted (a simple burger) was not an option and it had to be delivered which was $5. I ended up walking back to my room crying with no food in my hands. I suggested the different locations communicate to keep this from happening and they said they weren t allowed to talk to each other.
Walls are very thin both into the hallway and to neighboring rooms. This also applies to the meeting rooms which are often separated by the pull-out accordion walls so you could easily hear the neighboring rooms and lobbies.
No microwave in room, you must go to the end of the floor. Ice machine located several floors away.
Limited food options due to location, with several restaurants not delivering to this location. The distance to downtown, 30+ train ride, made experiencing Chicago difficult if you were here for business or similar formats. One aspect that you do get is that it is huge and always crowded. If you are looking for a relaxing trip, this is not your location.
Staff (besides cleaning) seam stressed a majority of the time and seem like they need to get everything done so quickly, that boundaries and experience of the guests is not a priority.

The rooms are clean, a little on the small side. The housekeeping staff was a bit pushy. It's so much easier to walk outside to the convention center than through the walkway which is either cold and slippery or approximately the temperature of the sun.

This hotel is great, food onsite is a bit pricey, but a very clean hotel and conference center. Rooms are ok, feel like they need better circulation in them. The hotel has a funky layout which can be dizzying for some on high floors.

My first impression was that this hotel is overwhelming. The reception was super easy - the personnel friendly and efficient. Photo ID, Credit Card, Parking ticket validated, room key issued in less than 5 minutes.
The key bed room was comfortable and spacious.
Park and Ride ... one of great conveniences, with a complimentary shuttle (and an amazing driver too!).

I found the establishment a suitable place for a convention. The employees were very friendly, and not at all cold. Can't say much for the rooms or anything, since I didn't stay the night, but the service was satisfactory. 5/7 perfect score.

What to start with,

What to start with,
Good things: - big tv and nice cables.
- rooms look nice
-nice bar at lobby

Bad things:
- the noise of the airplanes, i felt that planes are landing and taking off from my room, i even changed 2 rooms and the noise is very high i couldnt rest at the day.

- the noise in the room itself, so the plane noise was not enough so the room was having kind of noise from outside exhaust fans.

-over noisy neighbors who i asked them many times to turn down the music

- phone operator takes ages to pickup.

I did not enjoy my stay neither had good rest.

Huge Wonderful Hotel! Great shuttle service especially leaving the hotel in the morning. Great huge vans and nice bus drivers. Front desk staff are professional. The bellhops are very helpful. The hotel itself is massive but every room is clean, well appointed and well maintained. The bathrooms are slightly tiny for such nice rooms. Good Internet service and great huge televisions!

Close to airport and consider the park and stay package. Cheaper and more convenient than long term parking. Rooms always clean and neat. Food and alcohol expensive. Cracker barrel walking distance.

A lot of hidden fees such as 20 dollar breakfast per person and 32 dollars a day for parking. Could have stayed in a 3 star hotel and got both free. The worst part was how they didn't tell us about the fees until it was already booked and we were at the hotel. They also don't even have fridges in the room to force you into getting their expensive breakfast.

The hotel was clean, service was great as well, despite 2 different conventions running concurrently. The beds were horrifically uncomfortable. All 4 people in our room were unable to sleep through the night. Would not stay here again.

I went for a work conference and it was great location is always easy to get too. The have a great dining room above the main lobby. Over all it's a really nice hotel with a great staff that is always helpful and accommodating. Can't be happier with this hotel.

I have been there because my Lufthansa flight was late. I received from them 10 usd voucher for a snack in hotels restaurant. My snack was 26usd. I gave 100usd to the waitress and my voucher and she returned me 74usd, so she didnt reduce my bill by vouchers amount.

Stayed for a wedding and the hotel did not disappoint. We were on the executive side which was nice as layout of the main hotel room area seemed like it could get a bit noisey.

The concierge, bartenders, and even the cleaning staff were very friendly. Room was clean and TV was massive which was surprising for a hotel.

Although we didn't leave the hotel the location is fantastic too, being located next to the convention center, a block or two from the new Rosemont bars and outlet mall, and a short walk to the CTA Rosemont Blue Line station as well.
