Ok always stay at a Hyatt and no other hotel. This hotel is located few miles away from the airport AND there's an airport shuttle to and from the hotel which is a huge plus. The beds are extremely comfy, in room dining was prompt and the staff are wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking to stay at a Hyatt.

Love staying here! Nice rooms and excellent breakfast buffet. We stay here all the time when we come to the Sports collectors convention. However the bartender and the Red Bar sucks. Waited 25 minutes to get a damn drink so we left and the people at the front desk showed you where the closest liquor store was.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff.
Only issue is what ever perfume/fragrance they use in the lower lobby (outside coffee shop and were you enter and leave hotel from drive way) is very over powering and causes those of us with asthma issues. Please cut back on it.

I went to get a room for one night tonight on my way to Columbus. I was told i had to have a anime pass or keycard to enter the hotel. Wait.... I have to have a card to enter a hotel i wish to stay at? I dont get it but i should be allowed to enter the lobby without getting pushed out the door.

Great space for hosting a conference - it has everything you need and the hotel staff are great. In terms of the hotel rooms,in the wing I stayed in they could be fresher in that the air smelled stale - just might need an air filter change. Comfy bed and good pillows though.

I had an anime convention to go to. The hotel was clean and the layout was simple to find the panel rooms. They had interactive "maps" on the wall to check what times various things started. The central elevators have been challenging in times past, but this time our room was in the Executive Suite and the elevators to that section of the hotel were never too busy. We got "bumped" to a disability accessible room, and the bathroom counter situation was less than ideal. However, the rest of the room was pretty snazzy.

Hotel staff are good but their policies are not. Especially, paying for premium WiFi does not get you access through out the hotel. If you are sitting in any off the conference room the hotel does not let you access the internet service you paid for. Even if you are willing to as an individual to pay extra so you can access internet they don t have an option. They told me that the conference organizers are the only once that can pay extra for you to be able to access internet. I am unable to comprehend why you cannot access internet that you paid for all through the hotel. Hopefully they will change their policy.

A nice place, but distinctly overpriced. Rooms are expensive, meals are crazy (including no free breakfast) and the is no free internet. NO FREE INTERNET! What is this, 1998?
I was here with a school group that I oversee, but we chose to stay at a different nearby hotel to save a bunch of money.
I'd never choose to stay here.

Fantastic hotel but expensive. Impeccably clean. Rooms are nice. All the amenities you could want and a restaurant bar and coffee shop. Property has a 24-hour airport shuttle which is great. Parking is ridiculously expensive. For a short stay it is a very nice property. The event space is very nice as well

I brought a group of six here and we stayed the past two nights (April 27-28, 2018) for a national quizbowl tournament. The check in process was very smooth and the wait much shorter than expected even with a line of arriving teams. The rooms, we used two rooms, each with 2 beds, were impressive. A 55" TV that we didn't have time to use and a white noise/sound machine were included in the room along with a good number of outlets to charge our phones, laptops, CPAP machine, etc. The restaurant in the lobby is delicious but expect to spend at least $15 per person. The conference rooms were as expected or better. There was plenty of parking with a garage and plenty of room for oversized vehicles. Will happily come back and stay here again if I'm in the area!

Hotel is beautiful, very clean and staff is friendly. The banquet room I was in was nice and food was delicious. The drinks being served in the banquet room were way over priced, so I went to the bar upstairs and paid $3 less for a beer.

I want to thank the Hyatt Regency for providing a preferred parking spot for hybrid vehicles. Unfortunately they didn't provide a 110 volt outlet or a level 2 charger so I could energize my car while I am attending a conference here. Notice the Tesla chargers are not being used. Without an adapter they are not useful for the rest of us who can't afford a Tesla. Please think about the rest of us for next time, please, thank you.

Great location, the place is very nice. HOWEVER customer service is very bad, we call to change our reservation and the person who took the call (Patrick) forgot to register on the system. We got to the hotel and Cleveland at the front desk was not only in a bad mood but was a rude and racist all because someone at the front desk made a mistake. VERY BAD SERVICE.

Hotel is nice, but you need to update your phone system. Room I stayed in to call for room service, the phone had a ringing noise in the background. Phones looks so old in style for a nice looking hotel.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Check in was fast. The beds we're comfortable and the room was clean. The AC did not evenly cool the room, the far bed did not feel the cool air. The only other thing was the hair dryer did not work in the room.

This location is very close to the Rosemont stop on the blue line, making downtown Chicago very accessible. The large open interior is quite impressive. Despite the fact the doors to every room face the atrium, the rooms were very well designed to be soundproofed. The beds were very comfortable, and the in-room amenities were a step up above average (including a bathrobe and slippers!). All staff from check in, to parking attendants, to room service, and at the restaurant were all very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
