Staff is always accommodating and helpful, room layouts and furnishings relatively modern. The lobby area and its towering central elevators alone make the Hyatt a place to check out, even if the bars and eateries (while delicious) price things a bit higher than I'd like. The Brutalist architecture featured throughout is unique and powerful.

Stayed here overnight due to missed flight. The hotel was booked up,so they put me in a bottom half of a suite. The room was great, but only problem was I had to sleep on a sleeper sofa that was uncomfortable.

I visit the Hyatt Regency O'Hare every year for the Fest for Beatles Fans. They're incredibly accommodating, and the facilities are wonderful. As someone who's normally a 'Marriott girl', I'd recommend this hotel to anyone!

Very nice stay. It is close to the airport, so there is a regular steam of audible plane traffic, but if that doesn't bother you, you will have a nice visit.
Staff is very nice and accommodating.

Good Hyatt property within close proximity of O'Hare. Not recommended for family travels as this place is geared more toward the business traveler. The king size room is small and comfortable. The bathroom is very small with just a shower...no bath if you have kids. Food at the restaurants is expensive with a limited menu. The airport shuttle to and from is very convenient and quick. Be sure to have a lid on any drinks you take on board as the suspension of the shuttle is terrible and you will feel every bump. Overall a great place to stay near the airport for quick trips.

Great staff! Beds were full not queen and you could hear bathrooms from neighboring room, other than that it was a great hotel. They took care of our conference of over 900 people with freedom and easy!

We go every year for the fest for Beatle fans. Best service anywhere and the staff that has been there for years remember us and my grandchildren and call them by name. This makes them feel special.

Great

Very convenient hotel for traveling out of O'Hare. The location is very easy to navigate to and the hotel offers shuttles 2-4 times/hr (depending on time of day). The interior is impressive and just as unusual as the exterior. I had a room in one of the corner cylinders and, even though it was necessarily a bit odd, the space was well utilized and it had a great view. We contacted the front desk for more towels and a couple of complimentary toiletries and they delivered everything right away to the room. I purchased the Park & Fly package from a third party website so my stay also included 10 days of parking (this can also be booked through the Hyatt website).

I've stayed at this hotel four or five times now and am always impressed by the beauty of the building, helpfulness of the staff, and comfort of the rooms. They excel at hosting large, complicated professional events. My one complaint is that cash food lines they set up for such events are amazingly overpriced ($3 for a can of soda, e.g.). Still, I do love this hotel.

Guests rooms were clean, smells good and fresh. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beds were really comfortable. Great place to stay and near the airport. Train station 5 min walk away from hotel.

Hotel is nice but be prepared to get killed by a 30 dollar per night parking fee. I can understand paying a parking fee downtown, but not in rosemont. Other hotels nearby do not charge parking fees. Check before you book.

Nice place! Lobby is fancy, rooms are clean. The problems are the beds are small, and the walls are thin. It sounds like the bathroom in the next room is on the other side of the wall to where my bed is. The person taking a shower at 1230 am woke me, and it was a long shower. The reason I still gave this place 4 stars is because the parking is a good price, and in a secure parking area.

The hotel facility has a beautiful interior. The lobby is very upscale and the restaurant has a very modern feel and appearance. I attended a wedding reception at the Hyatt and the reception hall was beautiful as well. The staff were, also, very nice people. The hotel is close to O'Hare airport so if would be very convenient when having to travel.

Arrived here after a weather related cancellation and saw 75+ people on the line to check in. Room was fine and so was the service, but the fact that their front desk was staffed by two people is unacceptable as an airport hotel who could anticipate this.

I was not impressed. You walk in and are immediately amazed by how nice and pretty everything is and then you get to the people. Most were very nice and helpful and others were just there to be pretty and not helpful at all. This is not a family hotel. There is nothing for the kids to do at all. No pool, no free breakfast. My towel bar was falling off the wall when we arrived, The balcony was dirty from previous occupants. When leaving I clearly needed a cart and asked for one and was told I would need to go to the bell boy... seriously... I have to go get help when you have a cart right there and I need help now? Not very hospitable. Parking at 25 per night is insane also. Seems like they are trying to be fancy without actually treating their guests well.

Had an all day conference at the Hyatt Regency Ohare, still no idea where an info desk is, no directory to find meetings, no signage to find bathrooms. Finally found a small sign on a door where the meeting was held. I hope they didn t pay much for the unprofessional facility. Never could find employees for directions or info. Never seen a hotel without a desk or signage. Could not recommend this place to anyone. The filthy bathrooms once I found them, are enough of a reason to stay away.

I'm giving four stars because it was a really noisy hotel and I got the sense that it's used mostly by conventions, people stranded at O'Hare, and people who want to party. The lobby and adjacent/incorporated bar were busy, even near midnight, and the noise just echoes through the lobby/atrium. The room was quiet enough, though, and attractive, and quite comfortable. My neighbors were there to PARTY and the hotel wasted no time in sending a security guy to tell them to shut up. Overall it was a fine experience, courtesy of American Airlines, and it's not really my kind of hotel (too busy, no free breakfast). If you like big, busy, and fancy, you'll love it.

Very nice hotel and close to the airport! The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport and also to the Blue Line Subway Station. However, the subway station can also be reached in 5 minutes on foot. There are shops nearby and also restaurants. The rooms are neat, clean. However, you hear from a certain time the air traffic

This hotel is very futuristic: There were tvs in the mirrors in the bathroom! The food was fresh and plentiful! The only thing I have an issue with is that there are not bathrooms on both sides of the conventions/meetings area.

The stay was worth 3 stars but if this was not during covid probably 4 or 5. With everything shut down, the only thing I can review is the room. It's nice and cozy but the bathroom is tiny and room itself too.

Really great hotel, very close to the airport. the staff was helpful and friendly. The bar food was pretty good all though it was expensive but that is to be expected from a airport hotel bar. the shuttle staff was always on time and the valet staff was amazingly nice and helpful to friends that came to visit me. The TVs in the rooms are HUGE. i would highly recommend this hotel to anybody needing a place to crash for a few nights

The lobby's interior decoration is top of the line using very modern, contemporary art that brings a rich and fulfilling atmosphere. The rooms themselves seem older than a more recently built like the Aloft, but the amenities and cleanliness of the room more than make up for it. The beds, sheets, shower, and overall design made for a wonderful 2-night stay

Very clean and the room was fantastic. Ive never seen as big a tv in a hotel room as the one in our room. Only stayed the night but it was a good stay. Close to the airport was a big plus as well.
