Great location easily accessed with CTA Blue Line, expressway, or local streets. Attentative staff but, the Ballrooms were too cold and ladies washroom needed a little more frequent cleaning with the large crowd.

Desperately in need of renovations especially in the executive towers. The common areas and restaurants were decent and the executive lounge on the first floor was nice. Short 10-15 minute walk to the Blue Line Rosemont El which takes you on a 45 minute ride to downtown Chicago.

Rooms are old and average, property is old but well maintained, staff is great especially at Regency Club where a beautiful blond lady from Poland takes responsibility and runs a smooth show. Night front desk staff is really awesome, but valet staff is just a "service disgust".

It was by accident we ended up at this hotel due to flight delays. Man we were surprised and really enjoyed the hotel. Staff amazing. Rooms were clean. Within walking distance of a nice outlet mall. Well worth it.

Before booking, I called to ask questions and was treated as if I was a neucienc. I'm happy to say that once actually at the hotel, the customer service was very good.
I was excited to stay here having seen it my whole life in passing as I grew up in the area. Sadly I felt the hotel was very outdated, my bed had black hair on it ( I have short brown ) and the parking fee is outrageous for where the location is. It's not downtown Chicago, drop the parking to $10 not $34.
The television was huge, but not very good channel selection.
Upon arriving at the hotel after our event at around 11 pm, the hotel lobby was very loud and the bar patrons were sprawled out in the valet parking area with drinks in hand. Not very classy and where was security?

All in all I don't think I would rate this hotel 4 stars...I've worked in the hospitality industry most of my life and I've stayed at holliday inns that are better than this.

Also nobody ever asked if I was a rewards member....why not.

If you need to stay by the airport, I'd definitely check out other options, if you don't need to be near the airport, I wouldn't even look twice at this hotel again.

Rooms look like the Brady Bunch decorated them. Overpriced. The red bar was not only pretentious but lame. The home of the ten dollar beer with a side of smug. What a fancy $hitlole. Find a dive bar and go tons holiday inn express. Total joke.

Good water pressure even on the 10th floor and friendly staff. I took one point off for the distance parking is from the hotel, it wouldn't be an issue except winters here are apparently terrible!

The room was clean and the aesthetic was very nice. I arrived too late to eat in the restaurant proper and resigned to getting some rather disappointing food from the overpriced coffee shop downstairs.

Easy to navigate to. Rooms are nice and check in was quick. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only complaint I have from stay is the limited amount of exercise equipment given the amount of rooms in the hotel.

Room was nice and well made when arriving. The staff did a wonderful job accommodating us and providing great service with a fantastic attitude. Didn't partake of the restaurant or bar, but everything seemed well done.

This is a huge hotel, and quite nice. There was a bit of a wait on check in, but we came in with a bus full of people with a missed flight connection. The bar is very classy with good service, even if the cocktail menu is pedestrian. Overall a great experience and we'd come back.

Small rooms and a good bit of surrounding room noise; doors, tvs, showers/toilets. Had a room in the circular towers and bathrooms are oddly arranged with a 3x3 shower. Personally granite tile with moldy grout does not make up for the lack of size. To top it off I was looking around the room and found the mini bar. Didn't even know most hotels still had mini bars, but this one contained not only overpriced food but half of it was expired. The bar to lock the door from the inside had two screws ripped out where it looked like someone tried to force it in. There is no automated check out so have to wait in line for a receipt, and parking is 25/night self and 35/night valet. Would rather stay at a lower tier hotel that doesn't change for everything and offers more space for the price.

I was able to preview a special room of tomorrow so ill write about that. the room had an E-mirror in.the bathroom where you connected via Bluetooth to it from your phone. the bedroom portion was very generous. the bed was extra high up of the floor. the tv was like 60" . the room also had a white noise machine to help with the sounds of the landing planes.

I was here for a conference and found the staff and accommodations to be delightful. Specifically, I stayed in a double occupancy room in the executive wing. The only downside was extremely slow service at their bar Red. It's overpriced and the kind staff must have been overwhelmed by the number of customers. Otherwise it's a great hotel with a complementary shuttle to and from ORD every 15 minutes or so. You'll have to find your own travel to Midway.

My experience has been pretty consistent in the quality of my stay, that being above satisfactory. The staff is what makes this hotel above average especially the upkeep staff who services the rooms. An outstanding experience I had with my interactions with the staff is how kind they were especially since I forgot something in the room and came back shortly after checkout. I made sure to give them extra tip on top of what I already left them as gratuity.

As good as any Hyatt. I was given complimentary stay by United for a delayed flight. So only stayed here for a night. Somehow I liked the room better than the Hyatt regency in Chicago city where I stayed for one full week. Room in this one was more decorated I must say. Bathroom had a vintage royal feel to it. TV was bigger, almost everything was better than the other location. Would recommend.

Okay ish hotel. A little old and worn especially the carpets leading to the rooms. And the water doesn't get quite hot enough for showering. The beds were comfortable though and greatly appreciated after the mess that American Airlines left us with, after cancellation of our flight. For that standard of a hotel, it was a bit disappointing nor to mention surprising that the bottled water wasn't complimentary. Like seriously? Who does that? All Hyatt hotels or ? All other hotels on this particular trip offered complimentary water. The gentleman in charge of seating guests at the breakfast room was super kind. I wish I had taken his name to thank him personally.

The hotel was very nice but not worth the price. The cost of the room was so high you would think they could afford to put better toilet paper in the bathroom, it felt like sandpaper!

The hotel is very nice. Nothing wrong with it. The only issue is the price of items. The hotel is expensive and so is the food store and restaurant. The food store charges $3 per Bubly and the restaurant in the hotel is expensive considering the food. The location is very good considering that the convention center is nearby. That is the major saving grace of the hotel.
