The hotel was clean and staff friendly. The rooms were clean, but the tower rooms had a strange shape and we're a bit cramped. Overall nice experience though and I would stay there again. Quick walk to the entertainment district. Food in the hotel was a little flavorless and too salty.
Really like this place, rooms are nice. Found the ironing board to he messed up.. needs replacing, shower is small but doable, perhaps more counter space would be nice in the bathroom. Nice big screen TVs.

Excellent service. Room was incredibly clean, cozy, and quiet. Beds were comfortable and the room was decorated nicely. Hotel bar/ restaurant stayed open late and had good food. Line to check in moved slowly, but I had come in with a shuttle bus from the airport.
I visited the Hyatt during a conference. The staff is friendly, the food is good, and they take good care of you while you're there.

Clean room, easy check-in and check-out, convenient location. The only thing that kept it from five stars was the availability of a decent reatsraunt on site. They have one but was not impressed with the service and options.

Attended a seminar here. It's a nice facility. Lunch was delicious. After lunch, our meeting was a bit distracted by noise from tearing down the lunch service, which was annoying.

Only stayed for one night. Got a great rate for a very nice king tower room. Sparsely, but sufficiently staffed. Free shuttle from /to the airport, but getting picked up was a bit of a nightmare. Even after calling, they never showed at Terminal 5. Best to make your way to the shuttle hub in front of the Hilton at Terminal 2 right-away. They run every 30 minutes from Door 1 there. Forgettable take-to-your room breakfast from their coffee shop (due to Corona protocol)
Great hotel. It has really cool architecture and setting pieces. They offer an airport shuttle every 15 minutes during normal hours and every 30 minutes normal hours. They were running out of room so I got a good deal from an executive wing room. It was very spacious and had a big TV. Room service is great. I called a few times to get some complementary items because I had forgotten a few and they never minded bringing them to me. Their range of complementary items is also wider than your average hotel. It's pretty quiet. It's a short less than 10 minute walk from Rosemont station too so if you cant find a place to stay within downtown Chicago this is a great alternative.
I was here to work an event and can tell you it is a very nice hotel. Everything was very clean and there are giant rooms perfect for events.

There was a stinkbug and a maggot in our room. There was poop on the shower curtain. The bathroom lights barely worked and our fridge did not get cold at all. Additionally, we found some blood on my comforter and could not get access to the wifi for over a day and we were hung up on by the Hyatt's tech support multiple times. However, they comped our room one night and gave us access to the Regency Club for the duration of our stay. These things balance each other out to three stars, personally.
Good value for the price. I was there just for a few hours in between flights, so I don't know much about the hotel itself. The service at check in was quick and great, and the room was very nice as well. This place is about a 10 minutes drive from the airport and you should make sure that you don't get stuck in traffic on your way back
Hotel is aging and shows it. Slowest check in I've experienced in years. My room also smelled like burnt plastic and weed. On the plus side, on site restaurants are solid, the TV in the room are enormous, and it's easy to get to.

Stayed overnight for a quick nap between flights. Arrived late evening, and stayed on the 10th floor. Was very worried about noise, and did hear planes, but they had a noise machine I could use in every room. Will stay again for sure! Also, shuttle ran every 15 minutes starting at 4am, 30 mins before that.
The executive suites are total trash. The carpet has stains and the rooms are very small
I attend conventions at this hotel and event space twice a year, and am always impressed with the quality of the rooms, the professionalism of the staff, and amenities of the venue. It's easy to access from the CTA blue line and any number of buses. The food options are a bit pricey but that's to be expected at a luxury hotel.
Facility is clean. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. The location is very convenient. Shuttle takes you to the L, which means all of Chicago is accessible. The staff are friendly showing Midwest hospitality. Great selection of shops and food nearby so it'll be a good stay. Takes a while to get here from O'Hare and vice versa, so plan accordingly. The airport shuttle is extremely convenient. There's an airport shuttle pickup area in O'Hare, instructions for which were not clear on the web site. Call them and they'll clarify. Highly recommended!
Loved it! Definately a large hotel and far away from the convention center. None the less, it does connect by walkway and our room was amazing.

I went to the Hyatt Regency in O'Hare for a Transformers Convention. Transformers as in the toy and not the ones used in modern electricical devices. I didn't stay at the hotel biut I did check out the hotel's ballroom and bar. It's a very nice venue for a hotel by the airport. If you find yourself stranded in O'Hare and got some time I suggest staying at the Regency. Sure there won't be a Transformers convention during your stay but they're others things. Various local bars and a movie theater. Got a shopping itch, there's an outlet store close by. I dated a girl who worked at that outlet, she said it was cool. We aren't dating any more but I'll take her word for it, no hate.
I was told I could park on the first floor in the garage, but it was all valet parking only tow zone. I was told I would get a room with a king size bed, I got two full size beds instead. The room was not what I expected at all. Very small br and tub. The br door looked old and dirty. I just thought for the price and how grand everything else was, that the rooms would be better.

I was there for a convention, so it was obviously packed, however we never received more blankets after requesting them, and had to ask several times. Other wise, the staff was kind and helpful.
Room-service charge was quite expensive. Other things were okay. The crew lounge was spacious.
