As always, another great experience at Honda of Tysons Corner. We purchased both of our Pilots from them, and always return there when we need service. The staff are always friendly, and the service people are all top-notch. Our service rep Tim always takes great care of us, and on this visit, when the shop got behind schedule, he rolled up his sleeves and started working on the cars himself, just to get his customers ready on time.
They have a very nice lounge area if you plan to wait for your car. Free WiFi, places to sit and work, and the breakfast burrito at the cafe is excellent. And if you're not waiting, there is a Silver Line station literally in their parking lot, so you can drop off your car and metro to work.

We had the check engine light come on and the Pilot started running really rough when accelerating so we knew we had to take it in ASAP. The staff was very helpful when we pulled in and got us set up for the next morning (it was at the end of the day). Tim who is our regular service advisor called the next morning explaining that the sensor that caused the light to come on was fine but that a rodent had eaten through the wiring harness. He explained that we had two options, one that was very expensive but he recommended that we go with option two at about a third of the cost. We got the car back that evening and its running great and they even washed it!
Good customer service and work quality. I was offered a free oil change once they found out that I had a oil change coupon in my last visit and did not have that in the final bill.
I baught a Honda Accord LX 2016 immediately after receiving the best pricing as I did in purchasing Honda Civic last year. There is no gimmick or similar to it. I just like the sale professional and financial manger there. I finished the deal as quickly as possible and I drove a brand new Honda Accord LX 2016 back home. That is so simple like that.
Great purchasing experience. Thierry Tshikalu was our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle we were interested in and was able to clearly explain differences among trim levels, including pricing points. He was very patient and did not try to influence our decision. Likewise, Donald Kim was very friendly and helpful, as he guided us through the closing of our loan and the options we had available to us. We have many other Honda dealerships closer to us, but we decided on Honda of Tysons Corner because of their transparency with pricing. We are very satisfied with both the vehicle and with the experience.
Beware of oil change coupons. Ridiculous environmental fees (about $45 instead of the $1.28 my local gas station charges for an oil change). Advisor also did not have the bill correct when went for late evening pickup; had to come back again the next day.
Hated working with Zac. All he could say is how can i help you?" "What can i do to assist you?" And he CANNOT help at all. He was the kind of sales person that just wanted to rip you off and only make money off of you.

They went above and beyond. They provided a complementary valet pick up and drop off, AC repair (my car was still under limited warranty), and interior and exterior cleaning. Just to be clear, I paid nothing for this whole service.
Huge shout out to Kevin Backstrom. Not only was he kind and professional, he also went out of his way to jump start one of our cars that had a dead battery after dropping off my mine, completely free of charge.

All in all, 10/10 service. I've had my car serviced here twice before, and while it might be marginally more expensive than independent auto shops at times, it is very worth it for the exceptional customer service and ease of mind. I will absolutely keep coming here to service my car.
The service that I received at Honda Tyson's Corner was fantastic! I had had a problem with my wheel lug lock, and everyone I talked to from the person in parts, to the person in service who scheduled my service, and Steve Farr who was in charge of fixing my car, every person I encountered was concerned, super helpful, and so professional. I will never take my car any where else to be serviced, even though I live all the way in Lovettsville. Also, I didn't have to wait very long, but the waiting area was so comfortable with a number of options for seating and a great internet connection.Thank you, Honda Tyson's Corner! Thank you, Steve! Great experience. Steve Farr was quick and explained all the changes needed for the vehicle. They have a nice and cozy waiting room with food and other amenities where I could work as I waited for the vehicle. They said 1.5 hours for the service, but gave the vehicle after 1 hour. Great to be there and would love to leave the car again for the service the next time!!
Mogeb Azim (Mo) of the Green Team is the person I always choose when I have to bring my Honda Civic for either a maintenance check or some other issue that just pop us like a sudden warning light that comes on (no, not the usual scheduled maintenance checks). I like that he takes the time to explain what my options are in a scale of urgency. I trust him 100% and yesterday while I was in the waiting room I started to chat with another lady customer who had come from way south of I95 to bring her car to Mo. She said she doesn't trust anybody else and neither do I. Good job MO.
Be careful with Tyson Honda dealership service coupons. I just went in for the service my Pilot and service advisor first told me on the phone that I can use those coupons. I left my car at dealership and when time to pickup service guy said he never seen those coupons Really !!! and refused to accept and did not apply full coupon towards the service (alignment).
Tysons Corner Honda and Sonic Care maintenance service was quick, efficient, well done and courteous. My wife was driving from work and I was to meet her at Tysons Honda Service Dept. that evening, and got stuck in traffic. Steve Farr, my service person, actually stayed 15 mins. beyond his workday to take my vehicle in for service. The car was quickly serviced early next morning and Mr. Farr processed the job without problem. He was very courteous , and knowledgeable about my service needs.

My cars ac was not working so mr Wilson gueraro a customer service over there said it will cost me $286 just to check and they did not have any shuttle available so I hade to wait over their but fortunately while I was waiting I saw them parking my car at the back of the showroom after 3 hours they called me saying that they are done with the check up while I was waiting near my car all the time I never saw anyone doing check up on it. And the next thing they say it s $586 just for check up and not fixing it while they already said it s 286 before. When I asked them why 586 they said coz of costly freeon gas and 3 hours labor charge I said I was waiting near my car for 3 hours and saw nobody toching the car. And also I said if they put freeon then why is it blowing hot air but mr Wilson gueraro hade no answer to that.. they are fraud. O stars if I could.
I know these guys are working hard. But they mixed my car up with someone else car. It does not fill me with a lot of confidence.
Edit: so I went back and my confidence is even lower. My review went form 3 to 2 starts. They gave me a long list of very expensive repairs that I need which was a little odd... Took it for a second opinion, and got if fixed for $2,300 LESS. So I don't really understand what is going on with this dealer but my trust in them is very low. They also say weird things like "its not that much money" "you can get a lot of extra years form the car if you put this money it". I just don't understand how everyone else has all these great experiences and I show up and its a mad house.
I just don't have good vibes when the mechanics are trying to sell me on what a good deal i'm getting... I wouldn't be surprised if they charged me for an oil change and never changed my oil.
My service advisor, Mo, is personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. The most important thing about him is that he is super honest and fair, and will bend backwards to get your car is tip top shape at reasoble cost and timeframe.
The people are nice enough, but the constant upselling is everything you hate about car dealer service. I brought my car in for an inspection and an oil change. After they finished the extras they sold me on (alignment, tire rotation, etc.) I drove away and then noticed that my sticker was still expired. They FORGOT to do the inspection - the one thing that has a regulated price. Coincidence? I think not. Oh, and the wi-fi in the waiting room is horribly slow.
These folks always get the job done well and in a timely manner. The facility is comfortable if you decide to wait, or they'll shuttle you where you need to go. The service team are pleasant to work with, and I appreciate that they are focused on providing the right services at the right time, and not just trying to sell me services I don't need. I trust these folks to take care of me and my Honda.

He is very courteous, explained all the performed maintenance details to me, replied patiently and with a smile, all my inquiries relevant to that maintenance A. And I noticed that all Honda maintenance-staff that I met, smiles to you, so polite, collaborative and respond to any inquiry with pleasure. I liked also the waiting area at Honda of Tysons Corner, tasty coffee, nice space distribution of TV, available cellphone-charging connectors, where you can charge your cell phone, and supportive space to families who bring their children with them, and the small cafeteria. very nice. for all these reasons, I love to maintain my car at Honda of Tysons Corner. Excellent customer service and quality of repair. After having some work done my car was genuinely running like new -which is a lot to be said since it has over 100,000 miles. Service advisors friendly, patient, and explains the repairs required in an understandable fashion and understands if not everything can be completed at once (provides options). The waiting room is very comfortable -complimentary coffee and a deli where good food can be purchased.
Working with Mohamed Ameyar was a pleasure. He was the most knowledgeable salesperson I cam across in my extensive search for a new vehicle. I was undecided about what make and model I wanted and he was patient and kind throughout the process. He was willing to stay late and answer any and all questions. Brought car in for airbag recall, oil change and estimate for brake problem. 2 hours later, received $3,500 estimate for several problems. Took car to my trusted mechanic. Rear brake pads and rotors replaced for more than $200 less than Honda of Tysons Corner's estimate. Mechanic reviewed the extensive list of other "broken items" and determined repairs were not needed. Hmmmmm!

I moved to vienna and first week of my move got a flat tire I just walked in to Honda of Tysons and I remember I met Steve He immediately got my car into system and within half an hour they had the patch. I also noticed engineers talking to customers in waiting room and explaining the technical issues with respective cars which shows their knowledge and willing to make customer understand what they are going to get. I highly recommend this place and for sure I will take my cars for future needs.
My third service for oil change and air filters took more than 3 hrs of waiting time. Waiting times are too long so reduced a star

He thoroughly reviewed the multi-point checklist with me and provided additional information on what to expect on future services. His team even washed and vacuumed car! Great experience for my first time using Honda of Tysons Corner. Steven brought a concern to my attention to save me money in the near future. Honestly, he could have not said anything and I would need to buy 4 new tires at once down the road. I would definitely go back when work is needed on my car.
Great service and fast! I had a minor warranty issue so I visited with Raymond in the parts department. He ordered the item and it came in just 2 days. When I went to collect the part, Raymond walked me over to Troy in service, where he promoted installed the item and had me on my way. Big thanks to Raymond and Troy!
Jessie was great - got my recall done in a Jiffy while I waited. However, he said either he or someone else would call me when they found out what part I needed to fix my glove box. That was over a week ago. I ordered the glove box months ago, but it didn't come with any parts. I find it hard to believe that they can't fix my glove box. I mean, really? It isn't rocket science.
I was there for a routine maintenance. Did not make appointment. Was told it would take around 2.5 hrs. I agreed and waited. Obviously, they finished the work earlier since I saw the car was parked outside. However, they kept me waiting for almost an hour while telling me my car was being washed. Finally, they delivered the car to me after almost 3 hr's waiting with the car having no sign of having been washed. I don't care about car washing but I could not understand why they kept me waiting for more than an hour while the work has already been done.
This past Saturday my husband, 2 kids, and I stopped by this dealership to test drive the Honda Odyssey. I had previously driven the Pilot and Highlander at several other area dealerships and was less than impressed at how I was treated as a woman. Despite having done hours of research on the vehicles and being very well-informed, the sales associates repeatedly directed the discussion toward my husband, implying that he made the money (I work full time) and would ultimately be making the decision. It definitely soured the experience.
Our experience at Honda of Tysons Corner was just the opposite. From the moment we arrived, our sales associate Gary was friendly and helpful, even with the distraction of our two elementary school aged children. It was a remarkably pressure free environment and he gave us space to make the decision that the Pilot was a better fit for our family.
We decided on a 2016 Honda Pilot Touring. We were not planning on purchasing a vehicle that day, but we have no regrets! The trade in process went smoothly, as did the financing process. We are happy customers!

My wife and I just bought a Honda Accord from Honda of Tysons, and we have never had such a good car-buying experience. Completely low-stress. Jose Mojica was outstanding. Their prices are extremely competitive, and most importantly, they offer a great price without gimmicks, cash back, or requiring dealer financing (although we did end up financing through Honda because they gave us a better rate than USAA). The initial offer from Honda, with ZERO haggling, was significantly below TrueCar, and better than the deal I had negotiated with VW for an identically equipped Passat (which took 2 hours of stressful negotiation).
I was amazed that I had to fight so hard for a good price on a VW, when their sales are hurting so badly. In the end, VW couldn't match the savings off MSRP that Honda was offering. When I pointed this out to the VW sales manager, he said, "well, maybe you should buy a Honda." I did just that.
I stopped by service today at 10:30am to see if they can take a look at my navigation system because the satellite is not working. I believe his name is Tim Guiduno. He first asked where I purchased my Honda Accord. I said at a dealership in MD new.. It's a 2017 Honda mine you currently with 3000 miles on it. He proceeded to say I have to take it back to the MD dealership. I said it's a new car still under warranty. He then claim I purchased a car that may be involved in a crash. He then said they purchased a used Honda with about 1500 miles and it was involved in a crash with the framework damaged, and electric damaged. He then said does not know when he can have someone look at it. It's Tuesday morning at 10:30am. I walked out and contracted Honda in Sterling who was more helpful and scheduled an appointmentimr 10 minutes. We own 2 Honda, an Audi, a BMW, and a Mercedes. Worst dealership in this area. This is why we don't buy our car here. You're a service advisor Tim, a car salesman, nothing more.
I had a great experience when I bought my honda civic. Mohamed the sales agent was very helpful during the no hassle sales process and afterwards. I needed to have my temp tags renewed, I was running late, and he sent me the tags just in time. I recommend this dealership strongly because of my experience. I normally avoid dealerships because I do jot like the back and forth negotions. The price I was quoted was not inflated and based on kkb it was reasonable. I also enjoyed my experience with Mohamed. He was most helpful.
I am very pleased with the clean body work on my car. Although the damage on my car was extensive but I did not expect it would take more than 3 weeks. Regardless, I'm driving my car now and I'm grateful for the great job that Honda of Tysons Corner Body Shop has done for me.
I really wish Honda of Tyson's Corner sold more than Hondas :) I decided to switch to Jeep based on where I moved (needed the bigger ground clearance and durability for off-road), and had to go to a different dealership. I knew I had it good with Tyson's -- I had purchased a few Hondas from them, plus refereed 2 other family members there to buy their Hondas -- but I didn't realize just how good I had it. Best dealership ever! I never felt taken advantage of. They came back with better deals than I ever thought was possible. They were definitely customer friendly. I didn't have to spend 8 hours for something that should only take a few. Apparently in 2016 other dealerships still operate like the typical 1970s "used car salesman" operation. If you are in the market for a Honda, definitely go here. If the owner of Tyson's Corner ever add other car makes, I will be in asap to move my business back there.
My husband and I found a used 2007 Acura MDX through the online website and desperately needed a new car at the time. I took my 5 year old son with me on a wim (about a 2 hour drive) to check out the vehicle. The price was very reasonable and below kbb so I took it for a test drive. I felt comfortable and did not feel pressured at all by our sales rep Jimmy. He was very nice, well knowledged and laid back. He made my car buying experience quick and painless. Thanks Jimmy!
The sales guy nana is very helpful and nice during purchase. He gave us the test drive we want. he is very patient about our test drive and questions. The honda accord sport SE we chose is very impressive. The trim level is just sitting between lower model and higher model, however, it still is equipped with the luxury interior features, leather seat,heated front seat and impressive 19 inch wheel with uncomplicated features but practical. The exterior design is very sporty with 19 inch wheel and dual exhaust, which provides the smooth and powerful driving performance. I really felt strong forward push when speeding, however, it still felt the inside noise is lower and the smooth ride provided by four wheel independent suspension. This is good combination for people to select the car with sporty feature without overpriced luxury features like GPS, blind spot checking, sunroof.
While shopping for a new Honda, I contacted several dealership internet departments. While most either took a while to respond and then only to try to lure me to their dealership to talk with me, Adam Klein of Honda of Tyson's Corner quickly replied to my inquiry and gave me the information I requested and nothing more. We moved to a phone conversation where we quickly reached a deal that I was comfortable with. I met him at the dealership where I found my new truck was prepped and ready to go. I came to the dealership knowing what I wanted and they had a car ready for me to test drive. I had a lot of questions but they were patient and accommodating. Their prices really can t be beat in this area. I spent more than 6 months searching for and pricing cars, and they had the best prices within 200 miles of my house. I wish I could give this dealership 1000 STARS!!!! I came to VA from PA in 2011. In PA auto mechanics are plentiful, so the competition is fierce. I had the best mechanic I could find up in PA. Once I moved here, it was awful trying to find a good mechanic. I had a few less than desirable experiences, and after the last dealership sent me away almost in tears, I was about to give up. Then one day while driving on Route 7, I saw the huge HONDA sign and that little voice inside me said, "Go there! Go there!" So I did. Right away I was very impressed by how immaculate the service area was. That was furthered by the smooth operation of the service process! Clearly I could see this was a "well oiled" operation. At first I started with the general maintenance, and I was pleased. Then I had a major issue ON A SATURDAY, and of course the extended warranty people were no where to be found. I was having a major melt down, when over comes this mechanic who started talking to me, explained to me exactly what was wrong with my car, what probably caused it, what he would do to fix it, and very gently advised me that this would not be covered under warranty. His name was Rob. He asked me if I could leave the car with him, let him find out for sure about the warranty, and check back with him on Monday. That's what I did. And he was right. It wasn't a warranty problem. He repaired the car, giving me updates to his discoveries, and when he was finished, my car was not only repaired, it was clean and shiny when I went to pick it up! He was so patient in explaining to me what he did down to the smallest detail. He showed me the old parts he had replaced. This is a mechanic who I now trusted. He went Above and Beyond his customer service requirements. I was sold on Honda of Tysons Corner from that day on. Since then, I feel like I am part of a three man team consisting of Jesse, Rob, and myself. Jesse is an excellent communicator down to the smallest detail. He keeps me informed, and checks with me on any and all changes while Rob does the work. And well, I just can't say enough good things about my new "Best Mechanic"! I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. They are the epitome of excellence. Go with confidence that this dealership will treat you the way you want to be treated. They are fair, reasonable and honest. I now live in Loudon County, but I will forever be a customer of Honda of Tysons Corner! AAA+ all the way!

No hassle experience, straight to the bottom price. In fact price negotiation was done through email on the very car that I bought. Salesperson permitted the drive test of two vehicles for comparison.
There was a leak of transmission oil in my car and I thought that transmission box was damaged and will need a replacement, which costs $6000. The service representative, Tim Godinho, suggested that I fix the leak first and see if the transmission would work. It did. I am very pleased with the result. Good and honest service.
This is the worst honda dealership. They dont value your time. Holding customers like they dont have anything to do. I stayed there for almost an hour and nobody is there to assist you.
