While shopping for a new Honda, I contacted several dealership internet departments. While most either took a while to respond and then only to try to lure me to their dealership to talk with me, Adam Klein of Honda of Tyson's Corner quickly replied to my inquiry and gave me the information I requested and nothing more. We moved to a phone conversation where we quickly reached a deal that I was comfortable with. I met him at the dealership where I found my new truck was prepped and ready to go. A short while later after finalizing the deal, I was on the road on the way home. Thanks Adam for a simple and honest deal!
